The employee who was covering (7-9 pm February ,6)was very impolite and unprofessional, she kicked us out and refused to refund, unfortunately I heard good reviews about this place but this employee has ruined the experience ! Please train your employees to communicate clearly and politely with clients as we came to have fun but turned out to be the worst!

I had the worst experience ever. I arrived on time, but no one welcomed me, and there wasn't any name on the table, so I sat beside my friends. After a while, the instructor came and impolitely told us to move our seats. We responded that we didn't know those weren't our seats and suggested that she could have asked us politely to change seats. Following this, she shouted at us again and asked us to leave. She was unprofessional.This incident left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the service.

A most amazing experience that exceeded my expectations!!! The owner was very personable and went above and beyond to make the event unforgettable. The instructor was knowedgeable and patient and the bartender attentive. I went on Dec 31st and could not have ended the year on a better note! Thanks for the extra attention and time, it made me feel special 🙂

Pinots Pallette is such a fun place. The owner is a sweetheart and so is her staff. They are so patient and helpful and go step by step to help you with your painting. I stopped painting for a while because I was too critical of my work, but they brought my love for painting back! I highly recommend the place ❤️❤️❤️

It was a great place to spend great memories with my mother, brother, son and friends. Great for all ages and unforgettable. We had Wine 🍷 to drink while painting. The staff was very helpful. My only issue is that it felt rushed towards the end, I guess so, since we were the last group and they had to close.

The owner, Jenna, was simply amazing. Her passion for art and her business was evident in everything she did. She was warm, welcoming, and attentive to all of our needs throughout the event. She was also incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with helpful tips and guidance throughout the painting process. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch experience truly set Pinot's Palette apart. I must also give a shoutout to the bartender, Alex. He was fantastic and kept us all well- hydrated with a great selection of drinks. His friendly personality and upbeat energy made the experience even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of Pinot's Palette was wonderful. It was cozy, comfortable, and had a great ambiance that really set the mood for the evening. The painting supplies were high quality, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it accessible to artists of all levels. I highly recommend Pinot's Palette in Woodmere, Ohio, to anyone who wants to spend a fun, creative evening with friends or family. The combination of amazing owner Jenna and talented bartender Alex, coupled with the great atmosphere and top-notch supplies, made for an unforgettable experience. Five stars all the way

Wow, we had a great time! I can't stress enough how I am not an artist 😂 I can draw a stick figure. But these girls give you confidence, advice, and help you without being overbearing. They're true professionals but fun and very talented! Can't suggest them enough for a girls night or a date, and I'm definitely planning on returning sometime.

It was an enjoyable experience. Would have given it 5 stars but one of the staff people came over and started making "corrections" directly on my painting without my asking/needing them to do so. It felt very intrusive. A different staff person had just stopped by my palette and assisted me when I asked for guidance. Definitely, don't draw/erase/paint on someone else's artwork without their permission.

I recently attended (7 - 9) pm drawing class at this studio, unfortunately it was a highly disappointing experience due to the poor customer service provided. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and attentiveness. Despite having made a reservation in a advance, I was greeted with disinterest and confusion. From the first moment, the instructor demonstrated a lack of patience and failed to provide adequate guidance. Instead of fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. In summary, my experience at pinot’s palette woodmere was far from satisfactory. Lack of professionalism, poor instructions and dismissive attitude towards customer feedback were major drawbacks. I sincerely hope that the management takes proactive steps to address these issues and works towards improving the customer experience in the near future
