We've stayed here before and it was ok nothing special but served its purpose. This time though O.M.G.. We pulled up to the place and it looked like a homeless shelter with all the people in the front with walkers and sitting around smoking on the curb by the door all around(they need a covered area with benches tables maybe in the back please don't penalize them). First time on the first floor IF we come back we will never do that again it's loud room had no couch just a single chair at the peninsula and 1 that was supposed to be a lounge chair (where are 2 people supposed to have dinner together?) Shower drain became slower by the day (we where there for 7 days). A/C had a mind of it own I'd put it on constant fan cool at night leave at some point in the day come back and it would be on auto. (Or was someone in our room?). One of the keys would randomly stop working for no reason even after having the front desk fix it. Coffee was decent/ good about than half the time. The the staff was awesome though as they are making this place work. Why is half the laundry room out of order?

Avoid this chain of hotels at all cost! I tried to save money on a trip and detest that it was non-refundable... my bad. The hotel seems to be a very extended stay for possibly government subsidized "tenants". We did not feel comfortable staying here. Lots of people smoking right outside the main entrance. Very dirty throughout... common areas, elevator, hallways, and especially the room. The trash was full in the room with items were left in the fridge. No ice machines on any of the floors. For the amount of money I saved, I lost it completely in comfort, cleanliness and peace of mind. I will never be staying at the hotel chain again.

I love it here it's nice and the employees are really busy (good thing) and kind, they has free and tasty grab-and-go breakfast the beds are really comfy well for me And it allows animals and apart of the grab-and-go breakfast there's tea, coffee, muffins, peanut bars, and creamer, the fridge ACTUALLY works, the oven/stove also works, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly fine (for me), and the phone works fine to, thank you for reading this is the best place I've ever stayed at.

Hallway smelled moldy. I’ll give it that rooms were nice and spacious with a kitchen. Toilet clogged and when I asked front desk to send someone to tend to it, she handed me a plunger wrapped in an opened garbage bag….disgusting!! We are on a road trip and this is the worst hotel we’ve stayed at thus far. I gave it 2 stars for the space only. Noisy with riff raff outside that apparently hotel doesn’t care about.

Location- 5star Breakfast- 3star as they were just starting back giving Breakfast so options are limited to muffins and granola bar with coffee/tea Room-3.4 star. Great little cozy suite with full kitchen. I had issue with no plates or dishes that normally be available to you in suites locations. The rooms are a little but older but not run down. It could use some great painting on the walls to brighten the space a bit more. Again it ain't bad but just somethings to think about. The staff- 5star. They welcomed us with open arms. The First Point of Contact eas great we didn't feel like a burden for coming in an hr earlier to check in. Nice southern hospitality in the North #LOVEIT! All is all it was a good spot to rest your head for the night.

DIRTY! There was stuff all over the carpet, hair on the desk and sticky substance all over the furniture. There was a contact lens on the nightstand and hair all over the shower walls and tub. The towels were also stained and just not clean looking. We told the front desk about the issues and were told “I’m sorry” but there was no offer to provide additional cleaning or a discount or refund. We specifically asked for the room to be cleaned, and the surfaces were wiped down with a bleach rag, but nothing was done to the nasty shower. The listing also showed breakfast and there was coffee and a wrapped cereal bar. There was also no where to even sit down.

Horrible experience. Our flight got cancelled after waiting all day at the airport. We decided to stay here because it was closer to the airport. We asked for 2 separate rooms. They gave us one room with two queen beds. That was already a red flag. We had tons of luggage and the front desk didn't offer a cart. We go upstairs to our room and the previous guest is still in the room. He greets us with his underwear on, all confused and embarrassed. We immediately close the door and ask for a different room. They then give us one room with one bed and a sofa bed. Very small room for a party of five. Door looked like someone could easily break in. We didn't feel safe and left. Very stressful experience on top of a very stressful night.

The night attendant was not nice. She complained when we ask for silverware and plates. We try two doors that not open, and she get mad with us. The room was smelling bad but the size was ok for us. For one night it's worked, but if a go back to the same city I will probably search for other hotel

The room was not cleaned, the mattress had blood stains, a room was tapped shut, the shower head fell out, the sink wouldn’t drain and the pull out couch was broke. When contacting extended stay about it, the hotel management lied about the room and extended stay refuses to do anything.

Place was alright. The room I was in was a bit dated and looked like it hadn't been updated in maybe a few decades, but it was clean.

After leaving the hotel 5 minutes after check in due to finding a roach, my other half called today about our refund. The hotel only wanted to give half of it back saying that we agreed to that. Who would leave a place due to roaches and agree to only getting half their money back? Would never recommend this place!!

Service was great, however our room was horrid. The manager was so sweet though.

Heads up- location asks that you attest you have not tested positive for COVID in the previous 2 weeks. Nothing on the website mentions this, and it is not in line with CDC recommendations. Weekend price is closer to $160 after taxes and fees.. Pet fee is an additional $25. Not much room to walk them either. Looks like there used to be a pool out back but it’s filled in.

Not clean, smelly, hallways smelled of pot, no breakfast at all. The entire room had stains on every piece of furniture. Bathroom was gross, toilet not clean. Extremely sketchy.

This hotel was dirty, dodgy, noisy. I felt the hallways were something out of a horror movie. I was waiting to turn the corner and find twin girls asking me to play. The room was super noisy. I found a half eaten sandwich in the fridge. I considered just leaving but I had an early flight and said it was only 12 hours. Awful.

Everyone from staff to visitors are pleasant! Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate with muffins and granola bars which are awesome due to the fact that as we purchase the room knowingly there's kitchens fir even more convenience. Work out room, laundry room etc. My family and I will most definitely return! Thanks

Great hotel, just annoyed that one night there was a tone of laughing and gafawing outside my door at midnight, if I wouldn't have been undressed I would've went out and screamed at them. Ruined my sleep.

Courteous and friendly staff but the motel was NOT very clean. There was no breakfast and I understand with Covid for certain circumstances. I feel there are accommodations such as lunch bag breakfast's that could be implemented.

I've been visiting this Extended Stay several times for at least a decade, I think. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the rates and accommodations are reasonable for long- term stays (as the name implies). The rooms have full kitchens, plus the Great Northern Mall is right across the street, which provides a lot of dining options. Great place to stay, especially for long visits.

Great rooms for a great price! Full kitchen, comfortable beds, room was clean. & The staff is great. I really have no complaints. I'm convinced any negative reviews are from people mistaking this one for a different location. There is another Extended Stay close by, so it's possible they're talking about that one.

Very sketchy! The pictures listed on here are not accurate. Kitchen was provided however we had to ask for the plates, cups, utensils. The trash and fridge was not emptied so I doubt it it was properly cleaned. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was only 5 squares left! No toiletries as well, probably had to ask for that too! There were constant door slamming and loud outburst past midnight. They also have a policy of not being able to hang DO NOT DISTURB signs on the door. They also didn’t supply ice machines, just ice trays in the freezer. We ended up having to purchase a bag of ice. We left that there for the next guest :)

If I could give this hotel a ZERO star rating I would. The only thing positive about this hotel is that it was very spacious. I was visiting on a business trip for four days and my hotel room was dark, not well lit, dirty and gross. Also majority of the electrical outlets in the walls did not work and I was unable to charge my devices. I called that night and informed them and there were no other available rooms and was told that they would submit a service ticket. A service ticket is not going to be completed or addressed within a reasonable time. I called the next morning to switch rooms and they weren't of much help. I was told they'd go check the wall outlets and the breakers in my room and that really there's nothing that they are required to do. I was so pissed that I decided to go stay somewhere else the first night and then switched hotels all together for the remainder of my trip. Not to mention, I also brought back home bugs and little critters back with me. This hotel needs to be fumigated and thoroughly cleaned. Are you guys going to offer me a refund on the lice and bug treatments I was forced to purchase?

I had the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I booked a room with three beds about one month in advance, and when I arrived, the front desk told me there was no room available because they had overbooked. There was no compensation or apology; all I got was, "We're overbooked." I had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night while it was raining and heavily snowing outside. Eventually, I found a room at another Extended Stay America nearby, and I ended up spending way more than I had originally intended for the room. I called customer service, but they were unhelpful and rude. They lied to me, promising to call me back and compensate for the inconvenience, but I never received anything. For your information, it's been a year. Besides, don’t fall for the tricks of the management team replying to the comments. They said they will take serious action to my issue while I have not yet get any response from them, they did not even leave the email of the manager under my comment so that I got someone to contact.
