If
I
could
give
this
hotel
a
ZERO
star
rating
I
would.
The
only
thing
positive
about
this
hotel
is
that
it
was
very
spacious.
I
was
visiting
on
a
business
trip
for
four
days
and
my
hotel
room
was
dark,
not
well
lit,
dirty
and
gross.
Also
majority
of
the
electrical
outlets
in
the
walls
did
not
work
and
I
was
unable
to
charge
my
devices.
I
called
that
night
and
informed
them
and
there
were
no
other
available
rooms
and
was
told
that
they
would
submit
a
service
ticket.
A
service
ticket
is
not
going
to
be
completed
or
addressed
within
a
reasonable
time.
I
called
the
next
morning
to
switch
rooms
and
they
weren't
of
much
help.
I
was
told
they'd
go
check
the
wall
outlets
and
the
breakers
in
my
room
and
that
really
there's
nothing
that
they
are
required
to
do.
I
was
so
pissed
that
I
decided
to
go
stay
somewhere
else
the
first
night
and
then
switched
hotels
all
together
for
the
remainder
of
my
trip.
Not
to
mention,
I
also
brought
back
home
bugs
and
little
critters
back
with
me.
This
hotel
needs
to
be
fumigated
and
thoroughly
cleaned.
Are
you
guys
going
to
offer
me
a
refund
on
the
lice
and
bug
treatments
I
was
forced
to
purchase?
