    I made 3 or 4 phone calls, I needed a catylitic converter, and they hung up on me each time I called back, very poor customer service. So I called Rainbow Muffler in Maples Heigts, Ohio, and Don the manager, took care of me with prompt custom service.

    Affordable prices and quick in and out. No masks being worn properly, everybody had on their chin or nose out. You should probably know what your looking for before calling or at least some idea.

    My experience with this store is always a great one. Service is nothing but phenomenal. Employees are passionate about their jobs. They are super nice and helpful. And their prices are awesome. Will definitely continue to buy all my car parts at C.P.W.
