We've
went
here
for
years,
and
have
never
had
a
problem.
The
office
staff
has
always
been
wonderful.
I
recently
moved
out
of
state,
and
my
dog
still
has
a
6-month
refill
of
Sentinel
at
Ridgeville
Animal
Hospital.
Over
the
pandemic,
we
started
ordering
meds
through
Ridgeville
Animal
Hospital
(rather
than
the
cheaper
online
options)
because
I
wanted
to
support
local
businesses.
I
called
the
vet
and
told
them
we
moved
6
hours
away,
asked
if
they
could
refill
my
prescription
and
mail
it
to
me.
They
refused.
"Refused?"
Okay,
weird.
I
asked
if
they
could
mail
it
to
Chewy,
and
they
refused.
They
said
I
would
need
to
drive
6
hours
to
pick
up
the
prescription,
and
then
mail
to
to
Chewy
myself.
I
racked
my
brain
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
get
my
dog
his
medicine.
I
asked
if
they
could
mail
me
the
prescription,
and
they
refused.
At
this
point,
it's
clear
that
their
goal
here
is
to
just
be
unnecessarily
difficult,
it's
so
sad,
and
as
a
pet
lover,
it
breaks
my
heart.
I'm
not
sure
why
they
would
withhold
a
pet's
medicine
like
this,
but
sadly,
it
is
something
they
do.
They
COULD
have
chose
to
do
the
right,
kind
thing.
There
are
no
laws
preventing
them
from
sending
my
me
pet's
prescription.
Sadly,
they
just...
didn't.
In
fact,
they
proudly
say
that
withholding
it
is
part
of
their
"corporate
policy".
Vets
in
the
state
I
moved
to
are
booked
solid,
and
many
are
not
taking
new
patients.
Worst
of
all,
is
that
Ridgeville
Animal
Hospital
COULD
just
work
with
Chewy.
They
choose
not
to.
They
COULD
mail
me
my
prescription.
They
choose
not
to.
They
COULD
have
done
the
right
thing.
They
chose
not
to.
