My boyfriend and I rushed our seizing 14 yr old boston terrier here last week (7/13/21). We had called before hand and they told us to pull up front and call them. We did. Little did we know we were at the wrong place! The staff had no idea we were coming, yet they took her right in and began to help her. We had to say goodbye to our baby that day. But the staff here was wonderful! It was meant to be, I would choose them over & over. If we decide to have another some day, we’ll definitely take them to Dr. Croos and the rest of the wonderful staff.

We've went here for years, and have never had a problem. The office staff has always been wonderful. I recently moved out of state, and my dog still has a 6-month refill of Sentinel at Ridgeville Animal Hospital. Over the pandemic, we started ordering meds through Ridgeville Animal Hospital (rather than the cheaper online options) because I wanted to support local businesses. I called the vet and told them we moved 6 hours away, asked if they could refill my prescription and mail it to me. They refused. "Refused?" Okay, weird. I asked if they could mail it to Chewy, and they refused. They said I would need to drive 6 hours to pick up the prescription, and then mail to to Chewy myself. I racked my brain trying to figure out how to get my dog his medicine. I asked if they could mail me the prescription, and they refused. At this point, it's clear that their goal here is to just be unnecessarily difficult, it's so sad, and as a pet lover, it breaks my heart. I'm not sure why they would withhold a pet's medicine like this, but sadly, it is something they do. They COULD have chose to do the right, kind thing. There are no laws preventing them from sending my me pet's prescription. Sadly, they just... didn't. In fact, they proudly say that withholding it is part of their "corporate policy". Vets in the state I moved to are booked solid, and many are not taking new patients. Worst of all, is that Ridgeville Animal Hospital COULD just work with Chewy. They choose not to. They COULD mail me my prescription. They choose not to. They COULD have done the right thing. They chose not to.

ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO!! ❤️❤️❤️ Our George CLOONEY needed his teeth removed, Dr. Cross explained what he has and how the process would go. I’m very upset while there I had them trim my dogs nails and after the appointment she was limping I was told the nail was cut to short. and after months of her limping I was told that if I wanted to have it looked at it would cost over $400 because it was Bella’s fault because she didn’t cooperate when they was cutting her nails . I now have a new vet

I was recommended to go here and I’m SO happy I did! The entire staff is beyond caring and compassionate to the animals. I have a dog and they petted him as well as just giving him love and attention (he loves to be around humans the most). He had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Cross was very thorough in explaining what had to be done as well as making me feel more at ease. She’s amazing!!!! Even if you don’t live near, it’s worth the drive!!

Have had many visits through the years. Unfortunately we recently had to put our beloved dog to sleep. They were kind and compassionate through the whole experience. Thanks for making the day a bit better.

They take such good care of our dogs and are so patient with one that came from a rescue and tends to be....a bit much!

These folks always take spectacular care of our furry family members. They are friendly and very welcoming. The new renovations are very nice. The prices seem reasonable for the quality of service, and I would trust them with all my animals currently.

We came here for a second opinion regarding dental treatment for two of our cats. The staff was all very nice and welcoming. We were put into a room and our cats were allowed to get out of the carriers and walk around. Our big boy wanted to comfort his shy sister. They were so good with the cats, and did the exams and treatments in front of us, which I appreciated. It seems a lot of places are taking the animals to another room for the exam and then bringing them back. It turns out that Fred wasn't as bad as the other vet had said, but Gilly needs more treatment. The vet, Dr Cross, sat with us with a book to show the anatomy and what was happening with the teeth, and as a visual learner, this was fantastic. They came back with an estimate and their prices are very reasonable. They are both scheduled for surgery, very quickly. I was impressed that we didn't have to wait so long and that they could both come in together. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic veterinary dental services. I shopped around for prices and they can't be beat. I've taken multiple cats here for stomatitis full mouth extractions.

I started taking my dog here this past year and I have nothing but good things to say. My dog started having issues so I called and they got me in that same day! I was in and out in under a half hour. The entire staff is kind and they don’t try to force different treatments/vaccinations/products on you. I highly recommend.

I am so happy to finally have found a vet I like! They are prompt, courteous, and treat my animals like they would treat their own. Every time I come in for an appointment my pet is seen right away. Ten stars. This is the best veterinary clinic in the greater Cleveland area. They were amazing to my dog when he needed to be put under for a tooth extraction, and they are amazing for routine dog care. I trust this team completely with my dog’s life. What blows my mind is that they are also more affordable than other clinics. Feel lucky to have this resource in our area. Thank you to the whole staff for being both highly competent and skilled and kind.
