    I used to love this store so much I would always tip $5 or usually more & buy the car behind me (Little white Ford & colored hair, that’s me) but on Sunday two employees ruined that. The drive trough was far onto the street blocking traffic so I went into the store only to be told I had to sit in that line & possibly cause an accident or place my order online cuz they don’t do in store sales anymore. As many times as I’ve helped these employees out with great tips & they couldn’t just make my coffee this one time & tell me from now on you have to order online or use the drive through only? It me feel so low & disrespected after as many great tips I had left I never expected that treatment. Guess who’s not going anymore? I’m sorry to the others that do know me cuz of your two employees Sunday morning they have now ruined it for the rest of you. I hate to be that way but I’m so upset. I was raised to take care of people & they will take care of you back,

    I go here everyday and obviously coffee is great but the consistency is off. Some days my coffees perfect. Some days it’s wrong but it won’t stop me from coming back. Also the line is long.... like all the time

    Every time i’ve gone here they either mess something up or forget something and their attitudes always suck. especially after 2 it just gets worse the later it gets. I’ve worked here before and just because i’m not coming in the morning isn’t an excuse to serve horrible service. I’m done with dunkin after this ✌️

    I placed an online order for a box of coffee and some donuts for work meeting thinking I could either pick it up or they bring it out to me like many of the other restaurants do. Their lobby was closed the line was 15 cars deep and when I called to ask if they could bring it out to me the person was extremely rude and basically hung up. What's the point of mobile orders if you can't pick it up quickly and bypass the drive-thru in lines. If I was the franchise owner of the store I'd be embarrassed on the service they provide to their customers. It's one thing to have issues it's another thing to be rude to customers over the phone and hang up on them.

    I'll be very hesitant to go back. I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up they only gave me half of the order. I let her know there was more and she walked away before I could finish talking coming back with just one thing. I explained that there was still more and she acted suspicious like I was lying. She finally brought the doughnuts only for me to notice that there was food (something not related to the bagel) smeared all over the inside wrapper. When I asked for a fresh bagel she was bothered. I didn't even mention that the doughnut order was also wrong; at that point bc nothing was going right and I didn't see it getting better. My biggest thing to share from all of that is that I watched the worker take the bagel that my daughter has touched and with other food smeared on the inner wrapper and place it back on a shelf with other prepared food!!! Maybe I'm wrong, but it sure looked like she was going to try to serve it again.

    Ordered a hot chocolate and frozen coffee on Nov. 10th, but received a black coffee that tasted like mud instead of my hot chocolate. I had contacted Dunkin via email, had to give additional information to three different people...just to receive and email from the owner apologizing but not offering any compensation. I was disappointed by the lack of consideration for the customer and I usually have no issues with this location. I don't think I'll be back. Maybe I'll go to Scooters or Starbucks next time instead.

    Very poorly staffed and under trained. Leaving cars on the road and not one car in line from the order screen to the window. Yet they'll let the cars sit on a busy six lane Rd

    Please understand the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the employee was courteous and friendly. I’m not a big DD person but I figured I’d order through my phone to save time - I ordered 12 donuts (4 different flavors) and 2 drinks. I checked in at 10:21am while on the exit ramp of I-480. Pulled into their lot at 10:23am, by 10:33 I was 1 car past the speaker and at 10:38 I was still 1 car from the window. I soon found out why: when I got to the window I had to ask for my drinks to be put in a carrier, then I was told 1 of my choices was out of stock - my deselection was also out of stock. During this time a second item on the original order went out of stock! I then said I’d just take any 12 donuts as long as they aren’t filled. Worker finished assembling my dozen then proceeded to make a coffee drink which she put in my carrier. I told her I was only suppose to have 2 drinks - she examined the carrier and as she removed 1 she mumbled “why is this even here?” She handed me the carrier, the dozen and a bag (what’s in the bag!?). 20 minutes in the drive-thru by the time I pulled away from the window and I ended up with 12 chocolate donuts (originally asked for 3 chocolate), the 2 iced coffees (correct) and a bag of blueberry(?) donut holes (that I didn’t even order)... You’d think with the “out of stock” issue that the donuts would be fresh but that wasn’t so. I don’t think I will be visiting that location anytime soon.

    Disappointed once again, I ordered a chai latte hot and it tasted like warm water I'm so tired of being disappointed with this place it's the worst Dunkin' donuts I've ever been to

    Always out of ingredients and their ovens never work. Although that is true for most Dunkin locations.

    Usually a good experience, but not today. I waited in line for 20 minutes, which I get, that wasn't the problem. I received the wrong order and wasn't able to eat it. I didn't have time to go back, so I had to wait an hour before I could stop.

    Eewww ok my daughter went to Dunkin for me. I don't know what the hell she brought home. I ordered an English muffin egg cheese and bacon it was borderline gross but oh my Lord the hash browns are burt and not edible like what the hell. What a waist of money SERIOUSLY WOULD YOU HONESTLY EAT THIS?????? I will drive 50 miles before I go to this location. My daughter ordered and paid line when she picked it up they tried to .make her pay for this garbage again buyer beware you might get sick eating here

    Nine times out of 10 when I come to this location I’m waiting several minutes for an online order to be completed, then my coffee is 90% cream 10% coffee. Would rather pay extra and have a good coffee at Starbucks.

    Always gives me my order backward.. I get the same 6 sugar 2 cream for a large hot coffee ☕️ I always gotta pull back in and get it made correctly...totally sucks. drive-thru is for quick access.. but from this point on, I'm just going in to order.. but I must say workers are always polite

    Shorted me one donut and gave me one in a flavor I did not ask for. Coffee wasn’t stirred at all and was oozing down the sides. Waste of time and money. Can’t believe I’m about to say this but, Lorain Dunkin is WAY better than this location.

    I wen through the drive through,an this place was hopping! Thankfully the line in the drive through didn't take too long,and the employee that took care of me was very patient and friendly. She was also very helpful. When I pulled around to pay the worker at the window was friendly as well. But the food was not what I'd hoped it would be. I ended up throwing the sausage patty away ,and the hash brown's were soggy and not hot. I was surprised due the line being so long,and it was breakfast time. Bit my frozen coffee was perfect! I'll give them another chance. Any place can have an off day.

    The service today, was poor, the employee had a huge attitude. Seems to have taken it out on me, my drink was wrong, was handed to me sloppily and then attitude to give me napkins. I have been calling and calling to speak to a manager and the phone rings off the the hook.

    First it's Dunkin and not my favorite coffee, however at least this location fills up your cup. I'm my hometown they never, NEVER fill the cup. If I'm paying almost $5 for my coffee, I at least want my cup filled properly. The donuts were good. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was very bland, I would not order it again. The iced mocha my son ordered was pretty gross, I'm not sure why, he's ordered it before without issue. The watermelon refresher thing was yummy. Very sweet. The service at this location was much better than my hometown as well. The coffee started to leak and the gentleman adjusted the lid, and wiped the cup checking to make sure it wasn't leaking still before handing it to me. At my hometown Dunkin the girl handed me the cup coffee streaming down the sides, with no napkin and clearly a messed cup with an ill-fitting lid without care. The small lot causes traffic congestion for the drive-thru. I would have parked and gone inside but I couldn't even get to the parking spaces to attempt that and then I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get out of the parking lot after as well. I don't normally like to go to Duncan but my children wanted donuts and there wasn't anywhere else to go.

    This Dunkin’ Donuts needs help, they give out the wrong orders to people, don’t know where to put the food that was ordered online compared to drive thru & instead of helping someone tell them hold on 3 times. Food that was ordered around 830 was not received until 920 because of their lack of customer service. Manager with the split dye hair was the only nice one however .

    This is the PERFECT place to work for if you wish to be hired as a BAKER and then get thrown into the drive thru window because nobody wants to train you for the POSITION YOU WERE HIRED FOR. 10/10 disappointing experience, and I was there not even a full month.
