Very unhappy. TV wouldn’t work. They couldn’t get it to work. The lighting was very very dim and depressing in the room. The seminar room was not set up for enough people. Not prepared. Snacks were abysmal. They won’t ever have a seminar here again. The staff terrible and not qualified at all.

Nice location, the place is okay... but needs to pick up their game. They were out of two beds in a room. But 8 a room with a bedroom, a fold out couch in the living room area .... but it was ripped and was unusiable. Also, no bedding for it was in the room. So it was not usable bed. I called down and was told that they would replace the couch and make up the bed while we went to dinner. When we got back from dinner, we found a twin fold up bed beside the couch and had the bedding and pillow stacked on top of it. So, we paid for a double room, and had to setup and make the bed ourselves . The breakfast eggs, potatoes and sausage was room temp. The layout of the breakfast area, was done in such a way. It was obvious the person who maped it out had never eaten breakfast there. The milk and juice cartons were warm. This was not the problem of the staff working the kitchen, it is management's lack of careing, knowledge, and not checking things, the pompous manager working that day walked through the room and never checked anything, nor made any contact with guests to see if things were good. Also Marriott has some other issues at a corporate level... the body soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles have unreadable labels so you don't know what is inside. I travel for work and have over 10,000 nights in hotels. Marriott has gone downhill to the point that their service is below a mom and pop's motel. Or what a motel 6 is now. But they charge almost $5 for a cold soda at the front desk.

When I first checked in the FD staff didn’t tell me one thing about the amenities, one lady was very rude one word answers, acted like she hates her job. I had to call down a few times to find out information and they acted like I was bothering them if I had a question. Bathroom floor had hair all over it and the room refrigerator didn’t work. Just wasn’t what I was expecting especially to stay for a few days, would not stay again.

Stayed here for a business trip. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great visit. The fitness center is small, but sufficient. Hottub was nice.

Great hotel. Has gym and laundry and a small Starbucks inside. Good bar food. Nice staff. Walmart directly across the street, a cute mall 5min walk down the street, and tons of restaurants like macaroni grill red Robin the Harry Buffalo and more all walkable within 15 min or less. There's some water stuff close too but I haven't done that yet. People even get married and choose this hotel a lot. Only one frown and that's the microwave being all the way downstairs in the lobby. Still a great pick

Front desk quick and responsive. Hotel is always clean and safe. Easy access to stores and food nearby.

Really poor hotel. Run down, out of date, tired looking. No recognition of our titanium status, no perks or amenities offered, and the room we arrived in was stuffy and uncomfortable with a roadside Motel through the wall air conditioner. No thermostat on the wall, only at the unit.

Arrived around 10:00pm and was able to gain access through a back door that was supposed to be locked. When I entered my room I found popcorn remains on the floor, large hair on the sink and half drunk bottle of milk in the fridge. The rest of the room was clean. When I went to the front desk the service was ok but staff didn't seem in a hurry to help. The coffee in the morning was not ready until after 6:30am. Overall experience wasn't bad or worth the effort of trying to find a new hotel but I certainly will look elsewhere next time.

This hotel has amazing walkability. There is plenty of food options that are walkable. Wonderful Midwest customer service. Rooms were comfortable, nice hot showers.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. My husband and I stayed overnight before an early flight. The morning of, the shuttle driver was ready to take us as soon as we got downstairs. The hot chocolate bar was a very nice touch. Where they really went above and beyond was after we got to the airport -- our flight was delayed several hours and we were quite tired from our early start. I reached out to the hotel via the chat function and got a response back very quickly. Not only did they let us check back in to our room, they allowed us to have a late check out. They arranged for the shuttle to pick us up ASAP -- we didn't wait at all. We walked into the hotel and went right back up to our room for a few more hours of rest, which made all the difference in a very stressful day of traveling. Once we were ready to head back to the airport, the shuttle was able to take us over right away. Every touch point with a member of the staff was flawless -- from the front desk, to the shuttle driver to housekeeping. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and knowledgeable and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. If I am ever in the area again, I would be glad to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much!

I didn't like this hotel. Location is very loud for light sleepers. The room I was originally given faced 2 main highways and was on the 1st floor. It was also at the back of the hotel where the door was, I didn't appreciate being put on the 1st floor as a solo woman. Also one of the staff told me it would be better to park my car in the lot behind the hotel since it would be closer to my room. Horrible tip to give to a solo woman alone. Why would I want to park my car in an abandoned lot where there is barely anyone around?! So they aren't really thinking about safety. I ended up having to move rooms since my first room was so loud. 2nd room was still loud. Hotel just seemed dirty overall and low class. I have always had great experiences with the Courtyard brand and this was my first negative experience. It definitely didn't feel like a Courtyard to me at all. More like a motel. I was disappointed it was like this for the price I paid. I wouldn't recommend it at all for light sleepers or solo women.

This is NOT a great Courtyard, or Marriott location in general. It's not dirty, but it doesn't feel like everything is there either. And the desk / bistro staff are all over the place from pleasant to downright unhelpful. I'll give a different Marriott a shot next time I'm in Cleveland.

My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The customer service was passable but lacked enthusiasm, giving an overall sense that the staff weren't excited to be there. Upon entering, the noise level in the hotel was immediately noticeable, diminishing the initial impression. The restaurant options were limited, and the lack of clear instructions from customer service added to the frustration. While the room was decent, the inadequate lighting was a drawback. On a positive note, the room itself was quiet, and ample parking was available. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a convenience, but overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Such a wonderful staff and clean rooms! I am allergic to dogs, so this is a perfect place for me since they don’t allow pets. Very close to the airport and they offer shuffle service.

This is one of the best courtyards I have ever stayed at. Overall stellar experience. Staff was AWESOME..room was comfortable and cleanliness was superb. Thanks to the entire staff for an unforgettable experience. When on Cleveland again, this will be the only hotel I stay at!.

Breakfast NOT included! When I checked in I enquired about breakfast and the desk clerk said it is served between 7 and 10 in the hotel lobby so I was expecting a complementary breakfast but it turned out you can place and order ($7 to $15 for entries) -not what I was expecting so we went out for breakfast which was an unexpected cost for us. The room was quiet and clean which was good. The hot tub jets would not turn on - so overall I would say "OK stay". I've had much better Marriott stays but this one wasn't horrible.

It was clean and comfortable. Had a nice looking pool that I didn't have time to use. Cute lil Cafe in the lobby. The woman Jennifer that drives the airport shuttle was really kind.

Was very clean and while my only interaction was with the front desk it was courteous and as expected the rooms were nice and clean and fully furnished.

We stayed at the hotel on our wedding weekend. We also reserved block rooms for our guests and the hotel itself was wonderful. Our room was very clean upon arriving and the employees were so sweet that helped us check in and purchase snacks at the front desk. We also took advantage of the shuttles they have available. Our driver was very sweet, and everyone was able to take the shuttles from our wedding location back to the hotel safely. If you are in need of a location near this hotel for a wedding I highly suggest working with them and Taylor Pellegrini who took such good care of us when we were setting everything up with the hotel.

My stay was short. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 PM only to get up at 3:00 AM to catch the shuttle to get to the airport by 4:00 AM. The staff was very courteous and the shuttle was prompt. It was nice to leave my car in their lot for a week until I returned. Upon my return I called the hotel from baggage claim and the shuttle was there to take me back to the hotel and my car by the time I got my bags and headed outside. I would definitely recommend for anyone else taking a red eye out of Hopkins

We stay at a lot of hotels. Yes we are a hockey family. Playing cards, dice and having cocktails….maybe we laughed too loud??? Constantly yelled at in the lobby here in North Olmsted. The staff was so unprofessional, throwing tantrums and fits….the lady behind the desk slammed her hands in her desk and screamed for us to be quiet. I understand 20 people in a lobby having fun can be disruptive but we were nowhere near guests. Isn’t that what a lobby is for? So you aren’t playing games in your room, laughing etc? Disturbing other guests? Unfortunate that they had 15 families come spend money here and be treated like a school child. We have been to so many hotels without issue. HOCKEY FAMILIES BEWARE!!!!! And it’s a hockey city……pick a different hotel. Save yourself the trouble.

Wonderful room! Groovy furniture and loved the pool, hot tub and lobby complete with hot chocolate bar😁 we stayed two nights after Thanksgiving. Clean and quiet and super friendly staff. Only downfall is no complimentary breakfast as we expected.

Not bad. The room was updated nicely. The bathroom was not. Stained and dated. The staff was very friendly. Nice lobby. Overall good.

Clean spot. Bathrooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh. Overall a good night sleep in a clean spot

Perfectly serviceable for what it is. The only thing that would have been better would be a breakfast option.

Friendly Staff, nice location, amazing shuttle driver. My issue is the beds!! Who is making these beds…… this is my 3rd room and it looks like someone already slept in my bed. If anything, can’t always update the look but you can make this look pristine! Smooth it out!

Location is great for food and the Walmart across the street is a plus. The rooms are dated but clean. A hot breakfast is all it’s missing.

Very friendly staff. Gentle bedside manner and care. I was pleased with how informative and helpful my nurse was. 😀 I didn't enjoy the test but I enjoyed my stay and the staff.

I've been here twice on business trips. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is, also, good. The fitness center is appreciated. I like that there's a Walmart across the street, and there's a mall and a handful of restaurants only a few blocks away. The neighborhood is good. No complaints. Thanks!
