Very unpleasant experience. Only hotel in the area that was not plowed from the snow, so just getting into the hotel was a challenge. Stood at front desk for 10 minutes before I called the hotel to get someone to the front desk. Bed was hard and lumpy. I requested 2 extra pillows, but they never appeared despite going to the front desk again. 2 stars because the water pressure was good and temp hot, and wifi worked well. Won't be staying here again.

This hotel was great in all that matters. The key cards worked flawlessly, the room was clean with temperature that could be perfectly set for comfort. Breakfast was free and everything I wanted. In my experience, Hampton hotels have been all I need for a hotel, and this one was no exception.

When checking in, the front desk was having some major issues with making room keys because of a system malfunction. They had to walk us up to our room to open doors for me. Even the digital keys would not work. However, the staff was on it! Everybody pitched in, including the shuttle driver to get people in and out to rooms, fitness room, etc…. I must have used them to open my door about 5 times but they did so with a smile and apologizing every time. Phenomenal job in a bad situation. The rooms are clean but they should work on some finishing touches like the grout in the shower which were cracking and moldy. However, due to the outstanding service, I give them a 5.

I have very low expectations for a hotel, but this is unbelievable. As I write this, it’s 3:55am and I’ve been sitting in my car for the past hour. To begin, I’m in my 3rd hotel room because the first room wasn’t clean, and the room I got moved to wasn’t available for more than 1 night, so now I have to bounce rooms for the rest of my stay. At 2:50am, the fire alarms went off (which aren’t in the rooms by the way, just in the hallway). So now everyone is just outside waiting for the firefighters to sort things out. The only think I want from a hotel is to be able to sleep at night, and I’m currently 0 for 2 on nights. Oh, and the pools broken if that matters to you

Horrifying, no sound insulation. It’s currently 4am. Someone has been walking around and pacing in the room above me since 10pm, He seems very angry and talking in a deep baritone voice that’s apparently matching the resonant frequency of my bathroom mirror. People are also talking and watching tv in the adjacent rooms as well. Every toilet flush on the floor can be heard. Never again. I have a presentation at 8 and a six hour drive after, on zero sleep.

I am a previous guest (pre COVID) and I have to say I was a little disappointed. It seems the property isn’t maintained as it was. Or maybe I just had a bad room. It was okay, but not as great as I remembered. Breakfast was decent but I wish they had served the fresh mixed fruit the Nashville Hampton location does. The juice machine wasn’t working , but there was juice available in the cooler. I feel they should of noted this to guests. There wasn’t really an attentive breakfast agent either. I did not use the pool, but I believe it was closed the night we came in. Other than a few minor issues with the room, the stay was decent. I would suggest putting more than 2 towels in a room that holds 4 people. Other than thank thanks for a great stay. It was pleasant to learn this is dog friendly location as well. I would still stay here if in the area again.

They have free shuttle to the airport and the person driving the shuttle was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very clean and had a nice walk in shower. The staff there I would say is very trustworthy because we dropped 50 dollars somewhere in our room and they called us saying they found money on the floor and would mail it to us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had room issues the first night. The front desk staff during the night and the morning were rude and unwilling to help at first. Just kept putting us off saying that housekeeping would have to decide if we could move rooms. Finally the next day at 4:00 they said we could move rooms if we could be out of our room in 30 minutes. Outside of the room issue, the hotel stay was fantastic.

Nice new hotel near the airport in Cleveland. Rooms aren’t huge but really clean and well taken care of. Breakfast buffet has the best waffles ever. And I’ll die on that hill… or from the whipped cream. 😋

Very nice and clean. Near the airport, but very quiet - we didn't hear anything at all. Good breakfast. There is also a Wallmart across the street, so we got some groceries there for the road trip.

This newish hotel is a 7-minute ride from the airport. There are many restaurants within a short drive or about a 10-minute walk. The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. The room was large and clean. The bed was was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean with a shower. Other Amenities: -Free WiFi -Indoor pool -Fitness room -Mini fridge -Laundry room -Complimentary buffet breakfast (eggs, meats, yogurt, cereals, & bagels)

I really enjoyed the stay at the Hampton. The staff was nice and the service was great. The rooms were clean. It's not far from the airport or the I-X Center. There is a Walmart right across the street and a Chili's by it side. I read reviews before coming here and there were comments on how the breakfast was bad🤨, but it was actually very decent🤗. I had waffles😋, eggs stuffed with cheese, turkey sausage, apple juice and coffee 😅. I had no complaints. They also had bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt and other items. One complaint I remember reading was the boiled eggs were cold...they was but, not a big deal for me zap them in the microwave, that's an option or just pass. But the overall stay there was great and I would stay there again.

We came to Cleaveland for a weekend trip visiting family. The hotel was a great choice. Spacious and clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly front desk staff as well as all the staff during the breakfast srrvice, not too bad complimentary breakfast items. We will consider staying at this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn prior to my flight from Cleveland to Las Vegas for my sister’s wedding. I had to make the reservation at the last minute due to another hotel chain cancelling a previous reservation, and the staff at the Hampton were very courteous and helped me with all my queries and needs. I am now a Hilton Honors member, Hilton property fan, and will definitely stay again before my next flight!

The only waffle batter I saw was some new Vegan friendly thing without eggs, which, of course, tasted like cardboard. They've ruined one of the best things about Hampton Inn. Please save the waffles.

This was a pretty decent hotel for a one night stay as we were passing through. We had no issues with the staff; check-in was very easy. Free breakfast was fine. Only issue was that the pillows in the room felt like they had no substance; I had to roll the pillow into a ball just to have something to put my head on.

Very nice front desk, breakfast and maintenance man. Nice touch to be given two water bottles at check-in. The usually great Hampton Inn Breakfast is something we can always count on. The only negative was the cable TV. They just got a new system and it was very confusing and not intuitive. They had Cinemax, HBO and many options for channels, the trouble was knowing how to access them. The maintenance man came up and helped us out. He was very pleasant and helpful. There were also a Chili's and Macaroni Grille within walking distance as well as a Walmart across the street.

We stayed for a night since we had an earlier flight out of the airport the next day. The staff were polite, and we definitely appreciated the airport pickup and dropoff service, but the initial room we got wasn't the cleanest and we found live bedbugs on the sheets and the pillows, which was an unpleasant surprise. We were able to get a room change but it was still disappointing to get a scare like that.

During our recent visit to the Hampton Inn North Olmsted, we had the pleasure of being hosted by the exceptional manager, Darlene Mayes. Her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home during our stay. The spacious and pleasant rooms further ensured that we will definitely return for another stay!

We arrived on a late flight and despite the website saying that they offered a shuttle - they did not offer it after 11:00 pm We ended up with a $40 taxi ride. The hotel itself was clean and up to par but their website should reflect that they are having issues with their shuttle drivers and can't offer late at night.

Loudest stay of my life. The people above us were repeatedly jumping or running in their room all night. We called and complained three times. The staff was receptive but repeatedly said they could not do anything about it since there was no manager and the people above us claimed they were sleeping (there'sno way they were sleeping). We have still received no phone call or any apology for the awful stay. I even offered for yhem to come to our room and hear the noise but they declined to come. There were hairs on our walls we didn't see until morning. They didn't offer us a different room until 5:50am so no, we didn't take a new room at that point we needed to leave a couple hours later. Very disappointing considering we are rewards members for hilton. The last straw was when we stopped to get a quick bite at the continental breakfast, which is located across from the front desk, and a family with 4 small children had their kids running around barefoot and even had their barefeet on the continental breakfast area TABLES. The staff never said a word to them. Which makes me wonder if they ever even followed up on our noise complaints. Worst stay of my life.

Had a long drive and needed a place to stay. This hotel was able to accommodate and it was amazing. The pillows were so comfortable and the rooms looked newly renovated. Everything was so unbelievably clean so props to the cleaners! Thank you so much to Beth and Kristina at the front desk for your help. I will definitely be staying here in the future and will be ensuring all my family does well. So clean, so convenient, and such a great stay!

I didn’t leave a one star because the manager emailed me and people need to know my experience incase you need to stay there for the airport shuttle. I called the day before to make sure their shuttle to the airport was running, I was told it was with no limitations. I book a night and then my wife was gonna drop me off because I had a 6am flight the next morning and we live an hour away. When I get there I am told the shuttle isn’t running and if I need a ride to the airport that they could get me a Uber BUT they can’t guarantee they could get one at that time (bc it was so early) I told the young lady working ‘this is why I am here, I need a guaranteed ride’ she was nice but not understanding which left me feeling insecure about my ability to get to the airport on time. I ended up calling Hilton and asking if they could move me to another airport hotel that actually had the shuttle service running. Which they did. I get that things can happen but I called the day before and then when I needed a guaranteed solution I wasn’t given one. If I was managing that hotel and didn’t have a driver, I’d be driving my guest to the airport.

This is a newer hotel with very comfy rooms and beds. Everybody here from the front desk to the breakfast area was super friendly! It's conveniently located near the highway and it's next to a big mall. As a Canadian, I'm pleased that it's located near all the American chain restaurants (Olive Garden, Chili's, Applebees etc...) My favorite part of any Hampton stay are the breakfast waffles but unfortunately, they were sour when I had them. After the stay, I casually mentioned it in a phone call to the Hilton hotline for another matter and to my surprise, the manager immediately reached out to me over email! This just goes to show how much they care about the experience here. This is not a Conrad or a Waldorf. But the attention to detail and care displayed by the staff here (from all levels from the front desk to management) is nothing short of amazing. Although this hotel is not located in downtown Cleveland, I will definitely go out of my way to stay here the next time I'm in Ohio.

Dirty beds. We reserved two queen beds. One had hair and something black on the sheets. The other bed had blood stains. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned. We ask for the maid to clean our beds and we showed her the problem. Normally, most Hampton Inns have a clean strip when the room has been cleaned. Ours did not. I sprayed everything down with Lysol. I hope it kept us from getting sick….We will not stay at this Hampton Inn ever again!

Quiet, clean, nice large breakfast area. The usual experience one would expect from the Hampton Inn. The only complaints - the oatmeal was too thick and not hot enough and there was no breakfast cereal with at least 5 grams of fiber. I appreciated the fact that they had skim milk in addition to 2 percent.

Very pleasant amenities. I generally like Hampton inn hotels, but this one was nicer than usual. I'll be back next time I'm passing through.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well-appointed. We stayed here the night before a flight out of the Cleveland airport because of the stay and ride service. Unfortunately the shuttle to the airport didn’t start until 7am so we still had to get a cab to the airport. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know that when we booked.

Great hotel, close to restaurants and shopping, clean, and friendly staff. We stayed here for a hockey tournament and the staff were all very nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet had good choices, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Only reason I give it 4 stars is the pool is wicked tiny. I mean small. My daughter and I had to leave because a large group came in and there wasn't anywhere to swim by ourselves, or even talk. The group that came in was only 8 people but the echo from them was enough to drive out anyone who would've been in the pool area. If it would've only been me on my recent trip, 5 stars all around. I don't usually use the pool. I'll be back for sure!

NO EV CHARGING STATION!!! So upset. We picked this hotel because we could charge our car overnight. There are so many other hotels we would have stayed in with a charger. We had to drive 10 minutes back the way we just came, waste 20 minutes just sitting there instead of eating dinner, & drive 10 minutes back. Great way to spend a Friday night. We were told by the ladies at the front desk that they had told management about this and it’s still on the website. If we had less than 10 miles on our car this would have been a really big issue.

So I rated this place 5 stars even though it was kind of a miserable 3 nights here. Here is why. Each night we were there the people above us made a ton of noice all day and night long. We called the front desk and they did what the could to quiet them down. However, the people upstairs would be quiet for a bit after getting the call from the front desk and then a few hours later would be noisy again. I don't hold the staff responsible for this as they did try to remedy the situation. I almost called the cops the third night, but resisted the urge to and unfortunately I just ended up putting up with it. The staff at the hotel were awesome! They printed something out for me that I needed. They called that other room without hesitation. They offered to make it up to me upon checkout for my troubles. I have not seen any of what they said they would give me as of yet, but I suspect it's coming. The facility though was off the charts. Smelled good, super clean, appeared to be a new facility. Super close to everything. The breakfast buffet was very good and I felt like they had a good variety, even during covid times. The staff member who was dealing with the food each day was super friendly, very responsive, and very pleasant each day. He seemed like a really good dude, and a really good employee. Again, the front desk staff were great, the pool and fitness room looked very nice, although I didn't use them. Parking was ample and safe, as was the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Really clean hotel. Really great staff - exceeded my expectations completely even though I expected great things at the outset. The receptionist saved me a great amount of time by suggesting an alternative to my initial request - great person to have working for your business - the shuttle guy was excellent too.

Great place. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport, which is great. Just make sure you schedule it with the front desk. Would recommend.

We came to Cleveland for a few weeks because my sister had three back-to-back serious illnesses requiring hospitalizations and acute rehab. We needed to move her out of her apartment and into assisted living. Kristina, Hampton’s Front Desk Manager was very compassionate when we reserved our room and agreed to give us a discounted rate due to the length of our stay. She also agreed to move us to a handicapped accessible room and add our sister between the day she was released from rehab and the day she could move into her new place. All of the front desk staff, in particular Zjana and Olga were caring and supportive. They provided extra chairs for our room and in general helped to make this very challenging and stressful visit as positive as possible. We are extremely grateful to all who helped us. I would not say this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is limited (more healthy choices needed but we enhanced it with our own food ), there’s wear and tear, but the bed was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, hard working, pleasant and very compassionate and professional which made a difficult time for us a little easier. Thank you one and all.

😠 Late flight caused me to check in at 2am, guy at the desk was very aggravated and talking to me somewhat aggressive. Was charged a security deposit upfront, which was not mentioned anywhere before, was told it was in case I smoke or damage the room. Get in the room pull back the comforter and there...
