I would give 0 stars if possible. Staff were rude, rooms were dirty, the "hot breakfast" was a fruit cup, juice box, and cold coffee, and they were doing work on the hotel at 730am on Thanksgiving waking everyone up. I stayed here for 2 things--hot breakfast and the pool (essentials when traveling with little kids). Prior to going to the pool I asked staff if it was open and they said yes but failed to tell me that the heater was broken. So I got my kids in their suits and when we went to the pool it was so cold we could see our breath and the water was freezing. This hotel is unexceptable and disgusting. After reading reviews after the fact it is apparent that management doesn't really care. **Edit--I've tried calling and left 2 messages for the management to call and have yet to receive a call back.

The room was updated newly refurbished. The heater , air conditioner needs updating . Smelled musty no thermostat just heat and air with a switch . No temperature control. Great location across from the mall. Front desk were nice. It was ok for the price

First off Staff at the front desk was super nice checking in.. But When we get up to our room and the bed was busted the pillow had a huge yellow stain on it the blanket was stained..we called the front desk and they were nice enough to move us to a new room except in this room there was dirty socks left in the room from the previous people! The toilet would run after every flush and we had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop and then it was leaking out of the front!! The shower was gross and had hairs all over it.. our check out time was noon and the cleaning crew was knocking on our door by 11 and they were literally trying to open the door we even had the do not disturb sign on the door handle! We told them we have til noon and they come back knocking again at 11:45.. we definitely will never come back and it was not worth $140!

We loved everything about our stay here from check-in to check-out and everything in between (except one thing). The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the hallways were clean and quiet, the breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from. However, one huge selling point was the indoor pool. When we decided to use it, we noticed the water was stagnant and dirty. The filter was not on. We didn't see a way for us to turn it on. There was no evidence of (recent) chlorine use. Also, the jacuzzi had sediment collecting on the bottom. Had the pool are been properly maintained, this location would've gotten five stars easily.

This hotel looks nice from the outside and is in a great location but my stay last weekend will be the last. Lobby restroom out of order for both days of our stay, yet the *employee bathroom* was off-limits. Breakfast very underwhelming and missing several items. Morning manager complaining to other staff very audibly, sets a bad tone for a guest that just wants to relax and eat in peace. Management needs to step in and save this sinking ship. Good luck.

The hotel was perfect. Updated. The pool area was nice, except for the hot tub has been out of service for WEEKS... I rented this room when I came into town to see my new grand babies (twins) for the first time. We were up and down all night with twins. And the young man that worked the front desk at night bummed at least 4-5 cigarette from me during the night. It was very annoying. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was HORRIBLE. I put 8 creamers in it and it never lightened up. Eggs were very salty, but I love the waffles.

Breakfast was literally just bread. You could have toast, a bagel, or make your own waffles. No eggs/breakfast meat (even though they turned on the chafing dish where it should have been), no cereal/fruit, not even the usual yogurt/hardboiled eggs in the fridge. Severely disappointed. The rooms were clean, at least, if very small. However, the mattresses (both of the ones in my room, which I shared with a co-worker) were broken, to the point of being slanted. I was constantly waking up, having slid to the edge of the bed, about to fall off. As for location; the hotel is pretty out of the way. Ten+ minutes away from town and decent restaurants. Overall, displeased enough to leave a review.

Pros: The rooms were clean when we arrived. Bed, pillows, and blankets were comfortable. Had a mini fridge, microwave, and tv as well as wifi. The hotel looks nice and is in a great location for freeway access. The pool was small but appeared clean and comfortable to swim in. Cons: Our room was never cleaned or serviced whatsoever while we were there even when we had made requests. My son had an accident on the sheets and when I called the desk for a fresh set the attendant said they "had a ton of people to check in and were really busy". At 10pm? Sure. Never got the sheets. Had to go downstairs to get towels and trash bags. The breakfast could be better. Salty eggs, confusing waffle maker, broken juice machine, bruised apples, bagels and yogurt. Employees smoke directly outside in front of the door. Eating and playing on their phones in the lobby while we waited on requested items we never received. The price we paid was a bit much for the lackluster service. Especially considering we were the ones having to do the cleaning and fetching of supplies.

We stayed here with our 2 dogs for a week at the beginning of June while our floors were being refinished at our home. Check in on Sunday night went smooth. Unfortunately the smoke detector in our room started to go off every 30 seconds starting at 7 am (thankful it wasn’t at 2am). There was nobody to fix it. They tried changing the battery to no avail so they switched our room. There were plenty of areas on the hotel grounds to walk the dogs and the hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating to us and our dogs. Our room was clean and comfortable; the 2nd room had the more comfortable mattress. If you travel with dogs, we would recommend this hotel. They could use more staff though to help their hard working staff. There isn’t enough of them to go around!

My daughter and I are currently staying at La Quinta for a few days. Our room is clean, coffemaker in room, and the beds are comfortable. A nice touch is the electronics charger/clock on the night stand making it easily accessible from the beds. I can't say enough about the staff running the front desk, Dawn and Tammy. They were so friendly and personable. They talked and joked with us for about 15 minutes, putting us at ease and making us feel welcome. Overall, they were the best selling point for the motel!

Modern feel hotel. Rooms are clean but small. A regular room is 2 full size .. not queen size beds. Breakfast was nice, could make waffles or pancakes but there was not a meat choice. The pool was fairly clean and warm, but the hot tub was out of order. I did like the guest laundry was near the pool area, which would be quite convenient. 2 stars because there was VERY inappropriate content playing on the tv in the lobby sitting area several times. My 2 young granddaughters witness this and there was a family walking in also with 2 young children one of the times it was playing.

The cleaniless of this hotel is really questionable. There were bed bugs in our room... But the worst part is their staff and their attitude. The hotel staff didn't really want to compensate us for the bed bugs situation and kept telling us they will address to management. The shuttle bus driver was constantly late. On the day of my departure, he was late for 35 mins and multiple guests almost missed their flights. When the driver showed up late to work, he didn't even apologize and told us he would only drop us off at the shuttle bus area which is another 15-min walk to the terminal. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Would give it 0/5. No employees at check in. Employee finally came to the desk after the phone was ringing for 10 minutes! Employee came in smelling like miller lite and Marlboro menthols. Meanwhile the other employee just started at us and refused to help check us in, after we stated we needed to check in. Sheets broke out my skin, and bathroom walls have the paint chipping away, tubs were uneven. The bed room phone was not working. Someone kept trying to open our door in the middle of the night, but we couldn’t call the front desk due to the lack of the hotel phone. Wall are super thin, so you could hear everything. Floor was very dirty, found a dried up plum by the bed. We felt out of place and uncomfortable. Employees had staring problems as well. I wouldn’t bring my pets here. Had a party in the lobby all night long, and 10pm quite curfew was not put in place.

Literally one of the better hotels I have stayed in by Wyndham. The Continental breakfast was delicious and included in my stay. We stayed the weekend for an event in Cleveland. Because the hotel was situated in North Olmsted, it was a 20 minute drive to downtown Cleveland, and it was close to shopping, entertainment, and food. I would stay here again. It was my two children, my s/o, and myself. The pool was good, although I had to give a 4 star rating for the chunks of hair in the pool. This hotel is also under room remodel. The fourth floor is where we stayed in room 420. It had been remodeled. For these reasons I give this hotel a 4star. I would recommend.

We checked in with my service dog and the front desk gentlemen (Shiva) was very helpful. Asking if there was anything we need, even calling when we got to our room to make sure the room would serve our needs. We come to Cleveland about 4 to 6 times a year, and we always stay with LaQuinta in North Olmsted. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Staff is excellent and very attentive to our needs. This makes spending time with the grandbabies so much more enjoyable. If you stay here, tell them the Bowers sent you.

My husband and I stayed at the La Quinta in North Olmsted for about 9 days while visiting family for Christmas. The room was clean and very comfortable. There was a slight language barrier with the staff, but being polite goes a long way. We had no issues. I love that they allowed our two large well-behaved dogs to stay for free, although the waste bin for dog poop was full and overflowing the entire time we were there. The hotel itself was pretty clean and it’s beside the mall and close to several restaurants. The breakfast was lacking, but there was coffee! Overall we enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

January 2024: We visited the Westlake area of Ohio for meetings and chose La Quinta based on previous stays years prior. It was a disappointing visit, one that led to a change of hotels. I’m not sure when hotels decided it is okay to have staff dress in streetwear, but the associate who checked us in wore a hoodie and was just kind of “there”. I’m sure he’s a nice guy and his mother loves him, but he didn’t leave a favorable impression. We had to quickly drop our bags and get to our meeting which lasted until after midnight so we didn’t get a chance to inspect the room until our return. What we found was a dirty room and a bed that, I swear, must have been from the 1980s. I tried using the phone to contact the front desk but the connection was bad so I went to the desk and told the night associate on duty about the problem (he also wore streetwear). He came to the room, inspected the dirty toilet and said: Housekeeping is gone for the day, what do you want ME to do about it? Sending him off to bring supplies so I could clean the toilet, he returned with a bowl brush. No cleaning supplies, just a brush. Now, about that bed. It is deplorable to keep mattresses for as long as this one appears to have been in service. If it is newer, it was obviously purchased at one of those discount places you see in cities that advertise queen beds for $50. I’m a petite woman weighing 115 pounds and even I sank down to the box spring. My poor husband was basically on the floor. Not only that, the bedding or the bed itself smelled of cigarette smoke (perhaps the employee smoking area is off the laundry room?). It was the worst hotel experience to date. And there really is no excuse for it. Thankfully the hotel was quick to reimburse us for our 2nd night and we were able to change hotels. And management also made a good faith attempt to make things right. We give them marks for that. I honestly don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but my hope is that corporate officers take this and the other unfavorable reviews to heart and look in to the problems at this location. I will note that we mistakenly visited the other La Quinta close by and by the looks of things in the lobby alone, I fear this may be a hotel-wide problem. Until things are brought up to a better standard, I urge you to look elsewhere. Just down the road from this location are several other hotels worthy of your hard-earned money.

No heat•Dirty rooms• overall the entire hotel smelled like the elevator mechanical room. 3 parents also had no heat in their rooms. Bathroom and tub were unpleasant. Our soccer team was in town and this hotel was recommended by the tournament organizers. Kids running the hallways until 4am. Management wouldn’t do anything about it. You can also hear all the traffic all night long. Don’t waste your money.. very disappointed.

I don't do reviews, but I had to on this one. This place is dirty, the staff is rude, and it smells bad. I've never felt so gross at a place in my life. I expected the bed to be of low quality because of the price, but please take care of your place. Please stay far away from this place. I'm sure there is a better hotel.. I would rather sleep in my car

This is a very fair assessment of my stay: I stayed here for several days. One night would have been more than enough but it was pre-booked . The staff was friendly, but that was the only positive. This hotel needs a major upgrade. The rooms were dirty and found random hairs all over. There was pink slime around the tub. The doors slam as they close. So that’s all you hear all night. Desk and Counters were all sticky. That’s beyond gross. I’d hate the UV light it up… Garbage falling out of the front trash can as the employee walked right past it…Not his job I guess. The business computer printer does not work and when I asked the desk, he said “ Ha, that never works “. No attempt to fix . Not his job to fix that either I guess…. Next, The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had. It sank in the middle and lumpy on the sides. Pillows were good though. No blanket just a duvet which wasn’t warm enough. My major issue is I paid an extra $30 per night for a wheelchair accessible room. What a joke . They are far from that.. There were no handrails in the restroom. The carpeting was so deep you couldn’t move freely. The sinks are mirrors were so elevated, they were not useful or accessible at all. Worst of all was the shower. It was a rickety old shower chair with a broken hose hanging off the wall. I likened it to a dog washing station. It had one hand rail on back of the wall only. Very unsafe . I took photos but no place to share them. They turned off my key card in the middle of me removing my belongings to check out . It was one hour before check out time. It ended up locking me outside in the freezing cold. Had to push myself around in a wheelchair the entire outside of the hotel (which is huge) in the 40 degrees temp to get back to the front door just to get card turned back on again . Again, this was one hour before check out. This was completely unacceptable and should never have happened . Not their job either I guess…. In all , if your in a wheelchair, I highly do not recommend you stay here. A quick overnight is probably ok if your able to walk, but bring your own cleaning supplies and a blanket and don’t try to use the business center. Usually Wyndham is much better than this, so it was disappointing. Charging extra for wheelchair accessible rooms that are NOT accessible at all was just wrong all around.

The front guy was Great! He is so hard working but he is the only guy there! My room had a damaged tub and dirt in every corner. The pool has a ring of oily accumulated black on the side walls. The hot tub is almost not working jets are almost non existent. The guests were allowed to be as loud as they wanted as late as they wanted, pounding on random doors and running. 2am it was still party hotel. Never never to be repeated.

Filthy room! The tub drain was so clogged with hair it would not drain. The first room heater did not work. I should have left at that point, but took a replacement room. The heater barely worked in that one and continued to cycle off and on all night. The place is also deserted. Parking feels unsafe. Can't comment on the breakfast because after the condition of the room I couldn't stomach trying it. I had to give one star because it won't allow none.

Run away from this place fast! Why would JVA Volleyball recommend this place is beyond me. 1 person per shift, working for the entire hotel. First morning at breakfast, waffle mix was so rotten as well as the black bananas. scramble eggs were OK but nothing else to eat with them... Just eggs. No housekeeping at all. A hotel room with volleyball players and I had to empty my own trash and obtain our own towels & tissues when needed. The last night, until midnight, kids were running around the halls, people were slamming doors & closet doors in room and banging. Then the 2a.m couples fight in the next room over. My girls heard every word. Then it was taken out in the hallway in front of our door. Continuation of slamming doors! The female went back in her room and continued to rant and rave to her friend for an hour. 6am came quick! I was not so quiet and made it a point to be loud. No sleep for these volleyball players who had a big tournament at 8am the next day. DO NOT STAY HERE. 3 nights of misery.

I told my family and friends that this is one or two steps away from not staying here. My car would have been cleaner to sleep in. Between pet friendly and the smoker on floor 5 my allergies were raging in the morning! We complained about the smoke but it continued during the time we were there. A refund would be great but the desk attendant could not comprehend my request due to my dissatisfaction. Needless to say we will not stay here again. Others in our party agreed.

We’ve been staying here while visiting my father in the hospital for a few weeks now, and I can’t speak more kindly of the staff working at this hotel. Everyone has been extremely attentive & kind during this hard time for our family and we can’t thank you all enough. Tammy at the front desk is truly the sweetest and I’m so happy to have met her, Thank you for taking such good care of us and making sure there’s always a fresh pot of coffee for my grandfather waiting for when we get back :) Affordable, Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and it’s close to everything you would need. Highly recommend staying here Thanks again!

The King suite is a sizable room with a couch that has a pull out bed. There is a wall-mounted TV that pulls out for convenient viewing from the bed. Coffee maker and microwave work fine, mini fridge works as well. I had fun with my family here, we didn't go in the pool, but it was definitely open and working - no hot tub for COVID reasons. There was actual hot breakfast with make your own waffle irons and eggs, bagels and cereal, as advertised. 2 very minor complaints that take it down to a 4 of 5 - 1) the shower didn't get as hot as I'd like, but enough to wash comfortably 2) only 1 if 2 heating A/C units was working so the other worked overtime to compensate, and it got chilly before turning on to warm up the room. Bed and pillows were soft, staff were friendly. Almost forgot, the shuttle service doesn't run on Sunday when I departed, but I got an Uber for $16. Overall a good trip, thanks for pretty much living up to expectations!

They need to get rid of the lady who can't speak clearly at the front desk! She is so rude it's not even funny ! She loves to hang up on you when you are supposed to be on hold. And when you call back, she doesn't say hello, she just hanged right up. So we went up there after all that, she was very surprised we was in town. Asked to talk to the manager. She called and talked to him in her language.. how rude! Who really knows what she was saying. Looks like they got a lot of bad reviews on her.. need to drop her. I'm guessing they changed management. Used to be a wonderful place, not no more

All in all I had a good stay, not normally one for leaving reviews but the manager was rather pleasant, and the pool was fantastic. First hotel pool I've ever been in with no over powering chlorine smell, crystal clear water. We have to stay somewhere later this winter for a couple weeks for a home renovation. Having two kids, we are going to be back for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub made our last stay. After a long day at work a peaceful pool room with a hot tub was rewarding. If I had a couple things that could be better it would start with the TV, the antique flat-screen has poor picture and the size is very underwhelming. The only other thing that could use improvement is the hallway carpet is looking dingy and old, amd breakfast had a lack of fruit. Bananas aren't cutting it for a stay longer than a day. Everyday we stayed the fruit choice was.... Banana. Thanks for an otherwise great stay cation.

We got what we paid for and this is no disrespect to the staff- they were amazing and attentive at the desk and around facilities but for some reason our room was dirty (garbage in the garbage can, things in couch and drawers) our tub/bathroom was cracked the foundation was slanted you couldn’t stand in tub and breakfast was subpar. If you need a quick stay then do it but other than that I wouldn’t go again- respectfully. Management was great though!

Love LA Quinta because I travel with my dogs as often as I can. Clean rooms and breakfast room. Although the 19 people sitting at the exit door of the breakfast room ate everything 🙄

TERRIBLE check in, no hospitality, and ownership has TERRIBLE manners. The front desk, doesnt have feminine products like pads or tampons. PADS OR TAMPONS? Thats a BASIC hotel necessity. Checkin was SLOW and not busy at all so there was no excuse. The front desk agent was ignorant with an AWFUL attitude. We asked where the luggage carts were and both front desk agents stood around and said "oh sometimes theyre around the property". Why would the front desk not collect them? I asked them to look because my uncle had bad knees. I SHOUDNT HAVE TO. They couldnt find them. Whatever. POOR EXCUSE FOR HOSPITALITY ONLY STAY FOR EMERGENCIES AND THE BREAKFAST SUCKED.

We stayed for one night, 8/10/23. For the price-about $110 with tax-it was fine. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The front desk person needed some training on greeting customers- “hay man, how ya doing” and dressed down a bit too far. It’s not in the 5 star class, but if google had price categories, I’d give it 5 for a low end motel.

  • 2/5 Jennifer G. 8 months ago on Google
Staff wasn't exactly rude, but they dont exactly make you feel welcome either. Not very knowledgeable when it comes to telling you what door and parking would be closest to your room. I was told to park in the back and use a back entrance when my room was in the front near the lobby. Pool area lacks adequate seating for quests, 1 table with 5 chairs. There were no pool towels. Another guest asked for some and was told they don't have any. Walls of the rooms are terribly thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors three rooms down to doors slamming on the floors above or below you. The bedding was clean with the exception of 1 pillow case. The bathroom had what appeared to be mold around the grout in the shower. The tub slopes in making it almost impossible to stand in. No hairdryer so be prepared.

Stayed here for a few months while trying to find a permanent place to live. The double bed room wasn't too bad but I wish it was a little bigger. Occasionally you would get the guest that let their kids run up and down the halls and the guest that would leave their dog alone all day which sucked. If you tried calling the desk at night you would get the response, well I'm alone here so what do you want me to do about it.. It was nice having a free breakfast but the selection was lacking..

We always stay at LaQuinta hotels where ever we go. This one was by far the best! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are always clean and super nice! The breakfast is excellent! Paul the owner went above and beyond by personally taking us to and from the airport on a day they don’t offer shuttle service. We will always recommend LaQuinta hotels to everyone and hopefully we will be back to this one many times!

We came here for a concert and have stayed in la Quinta hotels before. Unfortunately this was our first terrible experience. The staff were very happy and accommodating and did everything they could at the time but when we got into our hotel room there were black mark creases, stains, and even found a spot of dried blood on the pillows, sheets, and blankets. There was hair and stains on the towels and stains on the floors and walls. This made us very uncomfortable. We were moved to a new room which was a bit better but there was still black mark creases and stains on the pillows and sheets. This has made it very hard to sleep and very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. How can housekeeping not see any of this? Especially the bedding and towels. The pool also had no towels.

  • 1/5 Lissette A. 9 months ago on Google
Room sheets were not changed see hair all over them. Pool area dirty and pool. Dead bug in back of bathroom door. Toilet had hair in back of seat. Carpet not vacuumed. They didn't do anything to accommodate me. This place should not be open. I came here years ago it was nice now its like a motel.

Friendly for your budget hotel, pool was cloudy, rooms appeared clean in pictures, but sheets, carpet, blankets and walls were stained, front desk staff commented on looks that was inappropriate and rude. Breakfast was subpar, did not have food choices suitable for disease management. Would not stay here again.

The rooms are quite small, possibly one of the smallest I've been. The breakfast is very lackluster. I've had motels serve more options. The staff is very rude. There's literal trash bags in the hall, and the trash cans are always full. It's normal to hear yelling kids, door dashing, screaming, what appears to be abuse of families, and drunken people. The power went out due to a thunderstorm, which is reasonable, can't stop mother nature, but it's been 3 days, and the WiFi is still down. Magically, everyone in the entire hotel was charged 120 dollars for no reason. An entire mob was downstairs, and yelling and screaming was not pleasant. My father in law got a room for his son and wife and another one for me, my infant daughter and his daughter. We lost the key he let them know our names, but they gave us a hell of a time trying to get it back because we weren't the person paying for it.

Not the best La Quinta we've stayed at. No coffee maker in the room. Lights unplugged or not working and found clothes left in closet from previous guest. Front desk folks wher happy to correct what we found - especially the coffee maker. We understand staffing can be an issue, especially with COVID so we weren' upset but it seems they missed the mark on this stay.

Booked a hotel with a pool so kids can have fun, but pool was closed. Room was dirty. Bathroom had hair in it and smelled like urine. There was garbage on the hallway floor right by our door. Neighbors were playing loud music at night and early in the morning. Do not recommend!!!

Stayed here for 6 nights for our 3 year anniversary and the room was great from the perfect price. The staff were super friendly and the location was right next to a mall and several restaurants so that was a good plus. Also very close to the airport and even offers free shuttles to it which was the original reason why I booked her. The only issue/gripe i do have is that the keycards for the room were very easily prone to not working if the card was next to phone or any kinc of magnetic item. But otherwise great stay.

This hotel is easy on/easy off I-480. It has access to a paved walking/bike trail that provided a great opportunity to walk my dog in a suburban area without worrying about traffic. The front desk staff gave me a room on the ground floor near the back exit so I could take my dog out easily. Very accommodating.

The room was nice, clean, spotless. Til woken up at 2am. Not sure if staff was cleaning at the time. But after calling room service to ask them to come up and manage the situation (not sure if people were fighting in the hallway being so LOUD). I heard the phone ring next door. Which was obvious they put someone in the adjoining room next to us. We were consistently hearing the people all night. I don't know why you would put a new check in; so close to people who were trying to sleep for a long drive at that. But when telling management what happened hours later. We were told "oh you should've called us." ...We did... " Oh you should've called again then we would've handled it. I'll be sure to tell my staff". Not cool. Maybe 3 hours of sleep to drive 12 hours.

I would have done a 1 star had it not been for a few of the friendly staff & convenient location! The phone didn't work in the 1st room when I tried to call down for housekeeping. Was moved to a new room that the walls were cracked at both ends of the shower rod! Trash piled up for 2 days in the hall can. Carpet in the hall was never vacuumed the whole time we were there. The pool closed early at least one day. The hot tub was closed. The pool was mucky. Breakfast was a joke! Eggs were ever salted. No meat selection. Minimal options on morning 1 and even less each day after that! Last day they were finally restocked. Communication between staff was lacking. It appeared that the staff didn't show for their shift on a few occasions and that they were struggling to keep staff!

I'm a transporter and stay at hotels nightly. Upon arrival you will find the grounds well kept and parking area well lite. The desk clerks are friendly and welcome you to the hotel. Each employees goes out their way to accommodate your needs Rooms are very clean & refreshing. Breakfast offers a nice selection of product, plus attendant is constantly tending to the area. For the business folks, the hotel offers 2 computers along with a printer. All within nice large sitting area. Forgot to mention the indoor pool & spa. mmmmmm so relaxing from long day. You won't be disappointed staying here

days ago on Google The rooms appear clean at first, but upon closer inspection, the bedding was not cleaned or sanitized. There were crumbs under the covers and pieces of human body hair. The TV remote was down inside the bed. My colleague across the hall had orange stains on her bed. When were checking in another guest came down to complain about her room being dirty, and this was her second room they gave her. She made the desk clerk go up to her room to show him how dirty her bed was. This was a room given by airport for cancelled flight. Many passengers stayed here, and all were on 3 rd floor. The hotel said they have a set of rooms that the airline typically uses. I think these rooms are neglected. The shuttle was not available after 3:30 pm even though the airport gave us the number to call. It was around 7:00 pm. Upon arrival no clerk was even at desk for 10 minutes, as he was only one, and he was up with other unsatisfied guest. We aked if there was water, and they had none available, or even to buy. It was upper 80 degrees and very humid. Any hotel I have ever stayed at has complimentary water Overall, I was not impressed and left feeling overtired and icky. I slept on duvet all night, as there was no offer to give us clean sheets. I am going to call airline, and recommend they use a different hotel, if they even care. Someone should call the health department.

😠 Late flight caused me to check in at 2am, guy at the desk was very aggravated and talking to me somewhat aggressive. Was charged a security deposit upfront, which was not mentioned anywhere before, was told it was in case I smoke or damage the room. Get in the room pull back the comforter and there...
