I took a quick getaway here, very nice place for what you pay. The workers are extremely nice and very professional, rooms were clean & I had no problems with the rooms at all. My only let down is the "grab & go" breakfast was literally granola bars, muffins, hot chocolate & coffee which was a slight letdown because I thought they'd have some sandwiches or something to make the breakfast experience a little better. But overall, if you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced, professional hotel, definitely go here. It's well worth the price.

*NASA INTERN DISCOUNT* If you are out of state and are looking for a place to stay for the duration of your internship at Glenn Research Center, this place is it. They provide a clean room with a kitchenette. It is also close to the mall, Walmart, and Glenn. Steve was very helpful and kind! Very smooth experience! Will be back

I never write reviews, even if I had multiple bad experiences in places. But this right here I can't ignore. I originally booked online. When I got to the hotel I had to pay in full before seeing the room as I got inside the place smelled like smoke and weed. As I approached my room. It smelled so bad and the mattress sheets were dirty. I left within 2 minutes being in there. I paid 271 and some change and I never got refunded. They claimed I stayed there for few hours when I haven't even been in the hotel for more than 5 minutes. Horrible horrible experience.

Checked in at 930 pm and when we got to the room it was full of cockroaches. In thd toilet, under the seat, in the fridge, all the cabinets, the floors. It was so gross. Went to talk to front desk a few minutes later and she left for the night. We left immediately beware!!

Literally disgusting. A bunch of people outside smoking when we walked up. Ratchet people in the hallways. Hallways and rooms smell very strange. First room had bugs in it (see picture!) Second room had dirty bed sheets with food crumbs and pubic hair all over it. Dirty, stained carpets and drapes. Dirty bathroom. Immediately left and got a refund. Dont waste your time. The front desk attendant, Vera, was very sweet however!!

This place is very prejudice and they are very gossiping the staff play victim and but actually half do there jobs and talk about you , rooms are clean no pool or hot breakfast and no clean comforters or covers , pretty spacious but overall I'd rather go to the one up the street there way better and will actually have clean covers and closet to the mall

Dirty, smelled smokey & moldly. Very noisy. Has a couple nicer front desk people, but usually a rude person that wasn't interested in helping you.

Poor attendance by employees. Bedsheets smelled. Toilet looked like they were not washed. Only good part was the location was 10 minutes away from where I need to be. Thank God I only had to stay for 1 night.

Management reached out when I completed a survey regarding the unsatisfactory condition of the room I had. I was offered a voucher via email I guess to “make things right”, in which I accepted. He asked for my address to mail the voucher out which I gave. Needless to say (months later), I have yet to see it and he hasn’t responded to any of my messages now. Remember, he contacted me! BAD BUSINESS, horrible customer service from “management”,nonetheless! They will never get any more of my money. That’s for sure.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, very friendly and even interacted with my 2 year old son. HUGE problem though- when we got to the room we saw a bug run across the counter and into a drawer. When we took the drawer out we got a closer look of the bug and it was a COCKROACH! We immediately left and went to the front desk for a refund. The staff was obviously understanding about it. I'm disgusted and will never stay at one of these hotels again.

My stay here was wonderful until Stacy left. Now your lucky to find someone at the desk except for Holly. I have been trying to get a print out of when I'm paid up to. I keep getting run around. I really like it here but this is wrong. .

Older but still respectably clean. Lower rates v others, so that means you also are staying with folks that have to hang out in the parking lot or entrance... Also, be sure not to disturb Lisa at the front desk during the evening, like when you get back to your room and neither key works. Lisa is antisocial and clearly hates her job, and maybe more. Should not be public facing as she has zero personal skills. Lisa should be cleaning bathrooms only.

Have no idea why this place has any stars, worst extended stay I've experienced. It was my fault however,I was the wrong color and should have known better

Rooms are clean and there was someone at the front desk when I checked in but this hotel was listed as having breakfast, it DOES NOT, and having a pool, IT DOES NOT, which is the only reason I chose it. It is close to dining and stores so I guess that somewhat makes up for it. I wouldn't stay here again.

I checked in late at night with my boyfriend, and the kind blonde woman at the front desk was still able to find us a room. She was very warm-hearted and helped us check in smoothly but unfortunately I didn’t get her name (I wish I did - she was superb!). We absolutely loved our stay here and if we find ourselves in Cleveland again, we will come back to this Extended Stay America.

This place was a mistake. I thought it would be a good place but I should have read the reviews first. Facility was not clean common area carpets were filthy. Definitely over priced. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, didn't feel safe at all here.

Bad wifi, hard surface floors. Squeaky subfloor. No coffee. No breakfast. Questionable stains on the headboard. Worn out bed. Thin sheets. Cheap window frames and poor Insulation means you'll be cold, and have to blast heat, but it will still be cold. This is my second attempt at writing a review. Wifi really bad. More to complain about, but I'll keep it short.

My experience was comfortable and inviting. Nice rooms. No breakfast was my only hiccup

Do not stay here for an extended period of time, especially with a pet. The guy on days told me the pet fee was 5 dollars a day and it way more than that, I told the day shift guy that my pet was in his kennel on cleaning day so he could notify the cleaning staff and he didn't tell them so I came home to an uncleaned room! They allow some people who stay to put cones up in front of parking spots so no one can park there. There is nothing in the room when you check in so you have to go to the desk and get everything you need for the kitchen and I still didn't get everything. The internet is terrible! 31.99 extra a month for "upgraded" internet and still can use my ROKU! Go to Sonesta Suites next door....way better all around! Moving there July 9th, only cuz I am paid up til then!
