I
became
a
Covid
ICU
Travel
Nurse
at
the
beginning
of
the
pandemic.
I
gave
up
my
home.
I
left
my
children
&
granddaughters.
I
have
worked
in
multiple
states,
And,
I
have
lived
in
hotels
for
the
past
2
1/2
years.
I
have
been
here
for
11
months.
I
will
be
here
another
7
months.
Finally,
I
have
a
place
to
stay
where
I
don’t
feel
desperately
homesick.
This
hotel…
and
this
amazing
staff
have
repeatedly
gone
above
and
beyond
to
make
me
feel
as
“at
home”
as
possible.
Sure,
things
aren’t
always
perfect
(I
do
NOT
miss
being
responsible
for
my
own
home
maintenance).
While
routine
maintenance
is
clearly
a
top
priority,
things
break,
things
need
repaired.
Here,
things
get
done
quickly.
They
get
done
correctly.
The
property
is
extremely
clean
and
well
maintained.
The
free
laundry
&
workout
equipment
are
clean
&
well
maintained.
The
convenience
store
is
clean
&
well
stocked
(although
the
company
recently
switched
to
Pepsi
products).
The
staff
is
AMAZING!
My
dogs
love
it
here.
The
people
who
stay
here
are
respectful,
and
clean.
Everything
is
convenient
(restaurants/shopping/freeway/airport).
I
have
never
felt
disrespected
here.
I
have
never
felt
unsafe
here.
For
the
unplanned
direction
my
25+
year
nursing
career
took,
I
would
not
be
able
to
continue
to
do
the
work
I
do
if
it
weren’t
for
this
hotel,
and
the
incredible
people
who
have
been
such
a
blessing
in
my
life!
