Cute hotel! Room was clean and comfortable. I liked how the coffee station was well and neatly stocked by the housekeeping with teas and extra cream and sugar. Also liked their breakfast choices downstairs! The front desk was nice as well. Minus one star because the hotel shuttle was.. rough around the edges and a tight fit. Did not like getting in and out of the small van

Decent hotel about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle driver was nice and efficient. After finally finding my reservation, got checked in to a top floor, corner room. At first glance the room is nice and arranged well, however the cleanliness of this hotel is…well not good. Countless black hairs all over the bed sheets and comforter, discolored two pillowcases and a carpet that either wasn’t vacuumed or was, but with a broken vacuum cleaner. Regardless, I chose to stay in the room as I only had a short stay. In the morning when it came time for a shower, the shower gel was empty and I found just one lonely towel on the rack…thankfully I was the only one occupying the room. As others have mentioned, the doors on this property don’t close quietly…they slam and create a loud bang so you can hear even several rooms down. For a quick stay it was fine, I would definitely look at other options in the area for my next visit.

I am no fan of the Aloft, as I find they are a step below no frills. I did have a pleasant experience at this location while on a work trip. The room was clean and the sheet quality was better than the other locations I’ve stayed at. The lighting could be brighter, and overall it is certainly a basic room. Yet the staff is fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me feel welcome. I would surely recommend this hotel.

Second time at an aloft. Again, great value, room was very neat, warmer this time upon entry but it cooled down quick with the AC turned down. The shower again was fantastic. I really like the big shower heads. It was definitely a good stay here. Front desk people are great!

The rooms were very clean, so is the bathroom. Room service is very professional and always had whatever I needed. The breakfast is not the greatest, but it wasn't that bad either. The hotel does have a gym and a pool but I didn't try them so I can't comment on their conditions. It also has a shuttle that can take you to the airport and nearby places such as the mall or Walmart.

Everyone from front desk to housekeeping was so friendly. The lobby, rooms and hallways were all really clean and the property was well maintained. Small bar area with plenty of drink selection and a pool table, and a small pantry area to grab snacks at any time. There is also a hot breakfast option. This hotel came recommended from a friend, and we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town. Thank you for a pleasant stay! The only thing I would change is the bathroom door inside the rooms. It is a sliding door that makes a loud thump if you don't hold it, and there is no lock on the door. If you have small kids staying with you there is no way to stop them from opening the bathroom door on you.

The loft Cleveland was amazing, clean, accommodating, and everyone was treated like family! After a horrible experience at another local hotel we called the Loft hotel and the came and picked us up from the awful place we were at, Thank you “ Dan the Doorman” you we awesome and so helpful! All the staff we sooo amazing, and treated us like family, as I observed them it wasn’t only me and my family, it was literally everyone who came into their door, the customer service was something we don’t get to see too much anymore, but this staff has it down to a T. Thanks everyone! Maria Jenson and Family

Front desk staff and General Manager were rude and dismissive during conversations. They obviously do not have any aptitude for customer service and show an affinity towards their personal interest over guest retention. I would recommend staying at a different location. I have been coming to Cleveland for years on business and will now always choose another hotel.

My stay was good, but the next morning was terrible. I ENCOUNTERED DAVE the shuttle driver. Dave was VERY RUDE! He argued with me about me taking the shuttle. My company has a contract with this hotel, I will be speaking with them as well. The other lady and myself were very afraid because he was very angry about me taking the shuttle that only had one other person on. He acted like I was putting him out by taking an earlier shuttle. UNACCEPTABLE. HE IS DIRECT REPRESENTATION OF YOUR HOTEL.

The room was tiny. The breakfast was not only not free but was expensive ($8 for a single waffle). The room was advertised as being soundproof but we were awakened very early in the morning by slamming doors and kids screaming in the hallway. They had coffee in the room but it was only decaf. For $190 there should be some complimentary items. The bar is alright with reasonable prices but it’s in the lobby and there’s kids running around everywhere. My tab was $29 after tip and my account was charged $50. Just go to the motel 6 if you want to be disappointed. At least it won’t break the bank. I’d give 0/5 stars if it were an option.

I made a reservation at this hotel for my wife and I to have a little bit of a one night getaway. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. However, the noise that went on all night was unbearable. Doors slamming, people clomping up and down hallways, talking loud, and the pool being an echo chamber. Things did not quiet down until about 4 AM. I paid over $200 for a one night stay. I will not do it again. And they seem to cater to flight crew personnel. I hope those people have a dedicated area in order to allow them to actually get some sleep' Based on my one night experience, it seems like this hotel allows too many lowlifes to rent rooms. Maybe a "staycation". Again, nothing personal, but maybe better during the work week.

Place was clean and well appointed. I especially liked all of the charging outlets around the room. The walls/doors are thin! Cleaners were making a racket early in the morning. So if I stay here again it’s definitely earplugs. Other than that it’s a great choice!

Front desk staff and shuttle driver service 5/5 so great. The room was kind of loud with echoes, also cold and the bed unfortunately was rock hard. I usually like a firmer bed, but it was a rough, short night of sleep in preparation for an early flight and really was uncomfortable for myself and my husband. A little disappointed this was the closest of Marriott brands with airport parking and shuttle which we appreciated.

I've stayed at this Aloft multiple times; it's our go-to spot when driving through town. Located conveniently off the highway and near a mall, so there are a lot of amenities. Dog friendly; and they even have their own Aloft dog treats for your 4 legged friends! Clean, nice workers

Love this Aloft and the location! The beds are extremely comfortable, especially after days of traveling. We stay here often when in Cleveland and I appreciate the great accommodations.

This is a great hotel. The bed was super comfy. The hotel had a cool vibe and the rooms were set up nicely. There were two servings of coffee with four creams. I stay at a lot of hotels and this is one of the better ones. I’ll look forward to staying in an Aloft Hotel again. Friendly staff, airport shuttle, and discounted breakfast.

They asked for a card for incidentals. I charged 0 dollars but they claimed a 50 dollar authorization hold. Fine, Then After I left the deck they charged my credit card for nearly 800.00 dollars. next day I realize my debit card is overdrawn . They realize their mistake but several days later still no refund .ultimately had to have my bank get involved . I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy . Secondly it is not even close to being at the airport .

Twila and Mila were thee best front desk employees. Haven’t had good service like that in awhile. Overall hotel was super comfy and the bartender was great. Last point was dinner at the restaurant next door offers 20% discount to hotel guests and the food was amazing.

Me and my wife stayed here for our vacation weekend, and the workers were so nice and the location is perfect! They have a heated pool, a bar that is lit a night but not to lit to the point you hear it in your room which is awesome!! They even have a pool table! I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We really enjoyed our stay and next time we visit Ohio we’ll be coming back!

These guys saved my trip. I was at the Ramada down the road (I'll blame someone else for that mistake) but managed to get into the Aloft for the rest of the trip. Great ambiance and pool table for my dad to whoop my arse. We were depending on others to ferry us around so the pool table got used much in between outings. Staff also helped us bigly allowing us to use the shuttle to go shopping nearby for a blazer for my dad for a wedding. AWESOME STAFF. Would defo stay again.

Traveling for work. Made reservations weeks in advance with company credit card. Was not told I'd need the card when I checked in. Had to use my personal card. Was assured there would be no charges until I checked out. My personal credit card was charged the next day and I still had more night to stay. I gave them the info for my company card and I was assured the charges would be corrected. We shall see

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient to the airport. Right across from Moen HQ. I'm always impressed with the Aloft brand; great lobby experience.

My husband and I had high hopes for this place because the room looked beautiful and clean. But we got into bed and the fitted sheet was inside out, which made me think it wasn’t changed - just flipped. That grossed me out, so I went looking at the other sheets. The comforter was stained with something that looked like blood in a few places and vomit in another. We asked for new sheets and a new comforter. The nice lady at the front desk couldn’t find a comforter, so she gave us a bunch of sheets, which just isn’t quite as warm. For compensation, we got a free breakfast, but we thought breakfast was complimentary.

Not kid friendly at all. Everything at hotel is 18 and over and staff is very obviously unhappy to deal with anyone under 18. We spent one night awake until after 2 with a wedding group yelling in the hall yet the staff's only concern was if anyone under 18 touched the pool table or ran in a hall. Would be a fair choice if a business traveler who wants no frills. Enjoy the $6 bowls of cereal...

Great friendly staff - especially Geneva, Mila, and Camille. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for us when we come to visit our friends who live in the area. I wish the hotel was pet friendly but other than that it's perfect.

Fabulous, friendly staff from check in until check out. The hotel (from lobby to hallway to room) was spotless. The bed was super comfy. I look forward to my next visit.

“Sherry” you were just so kind. Late night arrival after a canceled flight. So warm, kind, welcoming, beautiful room, clean - just perfect. I tried to switch my flight so I could stay longer!!! Can’t wait to return! Thank you. ,

Aloft is a great brand, but this location is not very close to the airport. Yet it's a great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff made the difference! Lots of great food choices available in the pantry and adjacent to the property. My room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone's hair was left on the bathroom sink, on the desk, and on the floor. I had to remove it from my socks. Since, this was the only problem, I count this as a good stay.

My flight was cancelled and I needed a last minute room for a few hours of sleep. This is a really nice place. I'd certainly stay here again. The room was great and even at 3 am they had a good selection of food so I didn't have to eat junk. Most definitely will stay there again.

Easy access to the highway. Quiet location. I was nervous that there would be alot of street and airport noise but there was not. Pool was small and only 3 chairs for seating. Luckily it was not busy when my kids wanted to swim. Rooms are average size but layout is strange. Not a fan of the barn door style slider between the sink and shower/toilet. Also disliked the all glass shower. The door leaked making the floor wet and slippery. Also the frosted glass window in the shower into the room was annoying. When the bathroom light were turned on at night it lit up the room waking up those trying to sleep.

A bit far from the airport but they do offer an "Airport Shuttle". When I visited the front desk staff was friendly and exceptional. Rooms were clean and decent with a nice "Rain Type" shower. There's a restaurant right next to property and also a great BBQ one just down the street.

Overall a great stay - it was pretty clean and service was great. Had to deduct 1 star because I called front desk to request new bath towels and they questioned WHY I asked for more. Then she said she was going to send someone up with my towels. Never received them!

Staff is friendly, the rooms are new and clean. Make sure you check out the bar. Camille is the best. She knows how to run the place. You will not be disappointed if you ask her for a surprise drink.

Whoever is in charge of making the beds needs to find new work! The bottom sheet is non fitting and almost immediately become wrinkled up the moment you put any weight on the bed. Not too long into laying in bed you are touching the mattress on all corners. Nothing is tucked in. Disgusting! On what planet has anyone thought using non fitting top sheets as the mattress sheet is a good idea?! I will never stay here again!

Was there for conference/work shop. Upscale, modern, beautiful place. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Even has a little cafe inside for snacks and meals. Lots of pilots, flight attendants and airline staff stay here as it is 2 exits on 480 from the airport.

  • 5/5 Trina C. 1 year ago on Google
A fantastic experience, largely due to the kindness and service provided by the front desk staff! The lady who checked me in was wonderful and sweet, and the lady this morning was incredibly cordial and helpful, offering to get ice and water for my mug. We were very pleased.

Premier hotel. Will be our go-to choice for stays when needing to be close to the airport or Cleveland. Great rooms and even better service. Cannot say enough good things about every person we encountered. Front desk. Transport. All of them combined to make a perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft! From the moment we walked in, Twila at the front desk made us feel right at home. She greeted us with a warm smile, and a bubbly personality throughout our stay. The room was great - comfortable too! Thank you Twila!

Great hotel. The aloft units I've stayed at are always in too shape but this one had a staff that was equal to the hotel. After 2 calls prior to booking to confirm a 4:30 airport shuttle availability we booked. They took us to the airport night before and to register for our Clear account and brought without any complaints or issues. The next morning the shuttle was out front ready at 4:30 as promised. If you don't stay here I'm guessing you may well end up wishing you had.

Concrete echo LA style rooms. Bit stark. Nice, but feels like a concrete room. Staff friendly. Instead of for sale items for breakfast, how about just giving a nice breakfast to all guests. We pay a lot. Sad we have to keep paying. But hey, got a free cup of coffee.

  • 4/5 Robert T. 1 year ago on Google
Awesome experience! A bit pricey, but well worth the stay. Clean room, spacious, comfortable. Couldn't give it a 5 star because of the noise from other rooms.
