Can
I
give
this
a
0/5?
Don’t
stay
here
unless
you
have
no
where
else
to
go.
This
was
the
most
disappointing
hotel
experience
I
have
ever
had
and
I
hope
to
never
experience
something
like
this
again.
When
I
arrived,
I
was
given
a
key
to
room
429.
When
I
got
to
room
429
it
was
deadbolted
and
I
could
push
the
door
open.
It
was
entirely
unclean
like
someone
had
tried
to
flip
the
room
for
a
new
guest
but
stopped
after
making
a
pile
of
dirty
sheets
and
towels
on
the
floor
and
all
the
trash
compiled
in
one
bag,
but
then
left
the
room
unfinished.
I
went
down
to
the
front
desk
again
and
the
front
desk
person
was
surprised
because
his
records
said
the
room
was
ready
for
a
new
guest;
he
gave
me
room
310
instead.
When
I
got
to
room
310,
this
room
looked
like
someone
had
made
this
room
ready
for
a
stay
over,
the
bed
was
made
but
someone
had
definitely
slept
in
it
and
the
sheets
were
not
fresh,
there
was
no
new
toilet
paper
and
barely
any
left,
only
one
towel
left
clean,
and
someone’s
used
washcloth
hanging
in
the
shower.
In
addition,
there
were
giant
trash
bags
left
in
the
hallways
outside
of
a
few
of
the
rooms
as
I
passed
by
on
the
way
to
my
room
(either
housekeeping
left
them
there
while
cleaning
the
rooms,
or
they
were
put
out
of
the
rooms
by
guests
and
housekeeping
didn’t
collect
them).
This
was
entirely
unacceptable,
but
there
were
no
other
rooms
available
in
the
hotel
as
it
was
fully
booked
and
there
was
no
housekeeping
on
duty
to
clean
the
rooms
-
it
was
8pm
on
Christmas
Eve
and
I
was
stuck
in
Cleveland
due
to
weather,
so
beggars
can’t
be
choosers.
I
slept
in
the
bed
entirely
clothed
to
reduce
any
contact
with
germs
from
the
previous
guest
who
was
staying
in
that
room
but
this
was
a
health
violation
and
not
safe
at
all
especially
during
a
pandemic.
When
I
spoke
with
someone
the
next
morning
about
this
situation,
someone
from
housekeeping
informed
me
they
had
just
brought
fresh
towels
to
room
429!
That
means
the
previous
night
when
I
checked
in
the
front
desk
gave
me
the
keys
to
a
room
that
someone
was
already
staying
in!
The
same
person
from
housekeeping
was
nice
and
apologized
and
informed
me
she
would
tell
the
front
desk
right
away.
When
I
checked
out
45
minutes
later,
the
front
desk
person
didn’t
know
what
I
was
talking
about.
I
told
her
about
the
situation
and
she
said
that
the
hotel
was
short
on
towels
so
that
was
why
I
didn’t
get
two
towels…she
also
said
in
so
many
words
that
is
was
unacceptable
however
this
is
a
budget
hotel
and
if
I
was
staying
at
a
nicer
place
like
the
Hilton
I
would
have
a
better
experience.
She
also
seas
constantly
interrupting
me
when
I
was
telling
her
my
experience.
This
was
shocking
to
be
told
this
by
a
front
desk
person
and
clearly
management
at
this
location
has
done
a
TERRIBLE
job
training
their
front
desk
staff
and
housekeeping.
Anyone
could
have
cleaned
those
rooms
to
an
acceptable
standard,
but
it
just
seemed
like
the
person
who
was
working
didn’t
care
at
all
and
the
communication
with
the
front
desk
staff
for
which
rooms
were
taken
or
someone
checked
out
was
completely
wrong.
Thankfully
the
front
desk
person
gave
me
a
$30
refund
for
my
bad
experience
and
assured
me
the
manager
would
contact
me
to
refund
the
full
amount,
but
I
have
yet
to
be
contacted.
I
hope
that
something
in
this
hotel
changes
and
no
other
guests
who
walk
through
that
door
experience
anything
like
this.
No
one
deserves
to
stay
in
a
room
with
a
used
washcloth
and
used
sheets
from
another
guest.
How
could
this
happen?
If
I
was
corporate
I
would
immediately
come
to
the
location
and
retrain
the
management
and
all
staff
or
close
the
location
all
together
until
these
situations
do
not
happen.
