Everyone is great when they're taking your money but that's where it ends. Lynn checked me in and was very personable. She said she gave me a "nicer" room because I was pregnant. We live in the area and needed an affordable place to stay while awaiting keys for our new apartment, which were delayed over a busy weekend full of events in the area that made room availability in the city scarce. The room was musty and the carpet so dirty that it turned my feet black when I walked across the room barefoot. The bedding was itchy and the towels worn thin. There was mildew all over the tub and cigarette burns everywhere in the bathroom and on the entire carpet. In the first night, my husband killed three bugs that looked like tiny cockroaches. Google reviews for the property were OK but after he did further research online we found Yellow Pages reviews complaining about bed bugs. After finding that information, I called the front desk and talked to Linda who insisted there was no such problem, and that she lives on the premises. She said the reviews were actually lies, left by disgruntled guests who'd been asked to leave prematurely for causing problems. The following day my husband woke up with bites on his arm, abdomen and foot, and killed another bug. I went to the front desk where Lynn was working to alert her about the problem. She said that I could leave if we weren't happy, denied any infestation and said she wouldn't provide a refund, and that I would have to talk to the owner Mr. Patel to try to get one. When I expressed my disappointment with her deceiving me the previous day, she told me to "Get the f**k out!" and "F**k off!" I promptly headed to Drug Mart next door to buy trash bags to place our belongings into, in an attempt to avoid taking bed bugs off the property and into our new home. Unfortunately, we used our vehicle a handful of times during our 30-hour stay while in clothing we had been in the bed wearing, and won't know for several weeks if we cross-contaminated our car due to the incubation period that it takes for a bed bug to mature from larvae. So far, we spent more than $30 confining and laundering our belongings that were in the room. We'll need to do the same thing with all the items that were in the car before they can be moved into our new apartment, and possibly have the car treated by a pest control company. What we saved in room rates is costing us much more, both in money spent to eradicate the pest problem that the management concealed from us, as well as all the emotional distress we were put through during this ordeal. Don't let the location fool you. It may be adjacent to Nuevo Acapulco Mexican restaurant and Fat Head's Brewery in a nice suburban area but this place is by far the dingiest place I've ever stayed with the most negligent owners imaginable.

Not a bad place to stay if you're looking for inexpensive lodgings. All the employees I'd interacted with were very courteous, and the women that I seen that worked here were pretty cute (the two that I seen anyway) and the room was clean. The water was hot, and the rooms were decently warm (although I would have liked to turn the heater up higher than 72Β°F but was unable to). I'd recommend the economy Inn and suites to anyone!

A good place to stay down the road from west Cleveland if you need just a night or an extended stay. The staff are very friendly people and willing to accommodate. Many of the suits have been renovated and are well done. And the rates are great. And the location on Lorain Road makes it easy, near the mall and various places to shop and eat which is a big plus, whether you are walking or driving.

The owners are very reasonable and nice. They make free fresh coffee every morning always nice and hot. The rooms are very contemporary which I like very much as I prefer contemporary to modern. The beds are very comfy and they have nice thick comforters which is great because I am a freeze baby. All around great experience. Sometimes certain guests can be rowdy all you need to do is let the owners know if there is loud noises or something agitating and they will be sure to fix the problem stat.

Front desk staff are very friendly and chill. Owners are very kind and understanding rooms are a little outdated but still beautiful and very clean. The beds are quite comfortable I always get a good nights rest here.

Met some nice ladies here during my 3 month stay. Was a little down and out and they rented me a room for $150/week. This helped me stack some dough until I could get back on my feet. With cheap company and within walking distance to Burger King, this was a great stay

Dirty and broken down. Tub disgusting. Chairs stained. Husband asked if this was a crime scene. Fight in foyer. Fight in next room. Staff friendly. Go elsewhere.

Staffs alright. Almost every room smells tho. Some rooms are better than others. Some have burns everywhere . And stains and the bathrooms aren’t the nicest. Go on Priceline and find a place down the street three times as good for almost the same price. I don’t reccommend

My friend got a room there. The room was $60 at night. The room was nasty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuum in weeks. No trash can. All the trash from last patrons was still in the room on a table. It was terrible. Let's not mention little things like no cups, ice or cold water on the premises. Oh you can drink out of the bathroom sink in your hands. The same bathroom where the tub was nasty and stopped up. Good luck people. Never again!!

Dirty disgusting filthy hotel. The owner Mr. Patel should be ashamed of himself to rent out rooms at this place. Moldy bathroom , dirty bed sheets , dirty carpet broken toilet !!! Calling the city of North olmsted to report this place ....

Woke up out of my sleep because I was so itchy. And when I did there was a bed bug next to my face. Told the staff and the only response I got was oh wow we haven't dealt with that in a long time. Sadly it's the cheapest hotel in North Olmsted but tread lightly

😠 Late flight caused me to check in at 2am, guy at the desk was very aggravated and talking to me somewhat aggressive. Was charged a security deposit upfront, which was not mentioned anywhere before, was told it was in case I smoke or damage the room. Get in the room pull back the comforter and there...
