They need to post "Quiet" signs!! I would thoroughly enjoy this library if it wasnt so noisy. Noone requires their kids to be quiet there anymore, they can be as loud as they want; employees just sit there talking on the phone like it isnt a library; customers have their phone ringers on as loud as they want. The library needs to bring back " Quiet Please" signs.

Tried to attend the meeting at North Olmsted Library about property tax increases but no place to park or even get in. Tons of people trying to get heard, they should have planned this for a much bigger venue. Library is great but way to small for this group. They said there was a 730 meeting but I can't imagine the first HUGE group having all their questions answered n leaving. Poor planning.

Very considerate employees if you find one interested in helping you. Librarians toward the front of the library were very rude and not interested in assisting me at ALL! Thankful for the libra rain who went above and beyond to assist me in finding info online and sending my resume to gain employment.

Beautiful library with great staff! They have a wide variety of books, computers, and printer/fax machines (with ability to print via email which makes it very easy to walk in and pay for your print and go with a few quarters or a credit card as the machine takes both). There are lots of tables spread out throughout the library as well as a few quiet rooms if you want more of an isolated area to study/read. Beautiful little pond/fountain in the center with trickling water that gives off such a peaceful sound. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful to those who have questions or need help.

All of the Cuyahoga Public Libraries are great & this one is no exception. They really think about children and I appreciate that. Very nice play area. The layout is nice so that you can easily keep an eye on your child.

A very nice place with a lot to do and a good catalog of books and many activities and things to do for students. Free lunches are offered to people under 18 as well as a vending machine in the cell phone zone. A quiet study room can be reserved for free for about 30 minutes, giving a nice place to work or study. The teen area near the back has computers and a Nintendo switch, but is a bit noisy considering it's the only place teens can talk and socialize. The teen area has recently been moved for construction though. I've had an overall positive experience here.

Great library. The staff was really helpful. We love the children’s area. A lot of fun toys for toddlers to play with and enjoy.

Went in to apply for a passport and they helped with everything and we're very polite and made sure everything was correct. Did not take long at all. Also walked around the rest of the library and it is a very nice, clean and inviting place. One of the nicest libraries I have been in.

friendly staff, diverse selection, free lunch for children. great experience, although the staff can be a bit harsh to the children at times, that is my only complaint.

Great place to hang out after school with free lunches. There's a Nintendo Switch too. The teen section is amazing :)

I was absolutely amazed how lovely, large, and well maintained that this library was. We initially were just planning to pop by to renew our passports, but drawn to the children's section due to our 4 year old. It has a lovely play section with toys for younger kids, and I have never seen a larger, or clean and well managed kid section. The librarians were very helpful and patient with us and kind to our son. He's only four, but after visiting and choosing some books, I believe that he has more appreciation for reading and will for life. Thank you!

I gave it a 5 stars because of Diane !! She went above and beyond to help me when I wanted help with my passport renewal!! She looked over and also gave me an envelope to mail my passport without an appointment! I appreciate you so much Diane!

Alway too loud because of the high schoolers. Not a quiet environment. Suggestion: have the students get picked up at the actual high school and NOT the library. Makes no sense.
