    This has been a HORRIBLE experience with North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. I bought a 2018 truck in 2021 with 19,000 miles. I thought this would be a good running truck that I would use for my small business. I was wrong about that! I have had problems with this truck just 6-7 months of owning it. The truck has just stopped on my wife and I twice. Leaving us stranded. Both incidents we had to get the truck towed to the dealership we bought the truck from North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They would not even offer a loaner while my truck was being fixed. This has hurt my business and been an inconvenience. I thought North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was a dealership that had some integrity but again I was wrong. I still have not received my truck back yet. This problem needs to be resolved. J.McCoy

    I guess I can’t even give them a one star for bad service. Because they denied me service. I have a 2021jeep Rubicon 392. I’m having a warranty issue with the exhaust, I went there for service. First thing they asked is if I bought my vehicle there. I said no. And they told me to take it where I purchased it that they needed to take care of people that bought vehicles there. I tried to buy a vehicle from them a year ago. And they were grossly inflating the number over suggested retail. So I couldn’t even buy a jeep from them. -1 star again

    We purchased a used pickup truck from this dealer, paid big bucks outright, no loan or trade-in involved. Vehicle came with some short term warranty. Within a few days several warning lights came on, independent diagnostic showed some serious issues. Vehicle was brought back for repair under warranty. Total cost: several thousand Dollars – ouch! It took the Service Department 2 days to figure out what was wrong including negotiations with the warranty provider to accept to fix all issues under that warranty. 5 days later one part still not there, after a total of 8 days the vehicle is finally ready to be picked up, all repairs covered under warranty, BUT, and here is our concern: According to the paperwork the vehicle had a diagnostic and total inspection before it was placed on the lot for sale, why have those issues not been noticed during that inspection? I guess you do not really inspect your used vehicle that thorough, but hope the new owner will fix them on his own. Another issue with this dealer is the way they do, respectively do NOT answer their phone. Every single call ends in the voice mail box, and it either takes hours or they do not call back at all. I have seen reviews stating that same problem almost a year ago, and the owner states they have a problem with the phone system. If you have that problem for a year, why don’t you fix your phone system? In the end we hope the vehicle will now run without further problems. I doubt we will come back for service unless there is still something wrong that is covered under that above mentioned warranty. Remember: A happy customer tells his friends about a good experience, an unhappy customer tells the world about a bad experience. Update as of 5-4-2021: I called the GM and had a fair and open conversation. I had the opportunity to mention that on day 34 after the sale we are still waiting for the vehicle title. He promised to get back to me about that. We offered not to have the title mailed but would pick it up in person, since we live nearby. We received a call later that afternoon that the title is ready to be picked up. We noticed that the title had been transferred that same day (5-4-2021). Coincidence?

    I like coming to this dealership because everyone is very polite! I enjoyed worked with Laurel back in October! I was looking for a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and traded in my Chrysler 300, she found the one I wanted in what seemed like seconds. She will always put you first in finding the vehicle you want. I 100% recommend meeting with her for your next car!

    I would give the service department zero stars if I could. He actually argued with the warranty company because they wanted to cover the repair and he didn't think they should. Who does that, just take their money and fix the car. Then on another visit they wouldn't replace parts that the manufacturer had extended the warranty because of safety issues. He said it's not bad enough to qualify. Took it to another dealer who replaced everything under warranty. Then a recall came up on my truck and I tried to make an appointment but they wouldn't take it because it wasn't purchased their. He said they only fix customer vehicle's. We are a Mopar family with a minimum of 3 vehicles at a time in the driveway. 2 being lease's that get swapped out every 2-3 years. Because of the service department all current vehicles in my driveway are from Brunswick. They get all my business now. A far superior dealership.

    Let’s start with my initial visit when I was looking to purchase a new Gladiator. The trade in offer was terrible, $6k less than the other 3 dealerships and $2k or $3k charge if I didn’t finance through them. Nearly $10k more than any other dealership, so I purchased elsewhere. Well that was 6 month ago, today I try to make an appointment for my first Jeep Wave service and was told they won’t service it because I didn’t purchase it from their dealership. I have never heard of such a thing, most dealer want to service your vehicle because you are more likely to buy from you next time. There are many other option in the area, I recommend going elsewhere!

    I have purchased vehicles before from other dealers and I just have to say that North Olmsted Jeep by far was the most efficient!! I was in and out in 2.5hrs and on the road with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Luaay Haddad made my purchasing experience great! He was very informative and helpful and took his time showing me how to work things on my new vehicle. I will most deffinetly be a returning customer!! Thank You!!

    They installed the wrong side view mirror. And they told me too bad. And that they could not provide a credit or anything. I specifically showed ​the lady what mirror needed replaced. And she made me feel like it was my error. What a waste of time and 500$

    Luaay Haddad and Nick are very very very helpful and have great customer service! They both helped my mom get her new Compass 2022 yesterday 12/4/21. If you are looking to buy a Jeep at this dealership I highly recommend asking for Luaay or Nick!

    Laurel is an excellent salesperson. She’s very knowledgeable about the dealer’s variety of products. She’s extremely engaging and helped my wife and me select a vehicle that suits our family’s needs within the budget we discussed. She worked with us on pricing and appropriate financing. I’ve purchased or leased four vehicles with her personally. She always treats us like valued customers!

    I ordered a custom-built Wrangler but when it arrived to the dealership it had the wrong interior color. Turns out the dealer provided the wrong built information to the factory. 100% the fault of the dealership. I offered very reasonable requests from them to either replace the interior at the dealership or re-order to correct their failure. Their counter was absolutely unacceptable. The options they gave were: 1. Re-order the car, but they wouldn't honor the agreed upon trade-in or sales price. 2. Replace the interior with leather at an additional cost. 3, Cancel the order and refund. Only the refund option made any sense; they took their own mistake as a way to try to up-sell me. Ridiculous! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND FIX THE PROBLEM. I eventually agreed on a $500 discount, but that was far from an acceptable solution.

    My 2015 Jeep Patriot has 40,000 and will randomly fail to start. I have taken the Jeep to this dealership 3x and they can not find the problem. The service manager suggested I take it to another dealership and maybe someone else can find the problem. This dealership does not stand behind their product.

    DO NOTGO HERE! Do BUY A CAR ANYTHING!! Horrible, horrible place!! We came here with our Jeep for an emergency situation AAA to us to go to closest dealership because he didn't know how long car battery would last. They battery light was on engine light on and all kind of indicators! They refused to help! My husband said I bet if we were to buy a car right now cash! off your lot you would help!! But you can't help us now?? Are you kidding?? this is the reason we bought our jeep for excellent service Clearly not from this this place!! Just horrible I can't believe they had to suggestions nothing not even bothering to help us when all indicators lights in and a towing company sent us directly to them!!! Thank god we didn't get it towed there!! Would of just sat! This ia a JEEP DEALERSHIP SHOULD YOU NOT HELP!!! Jerks!! Don't go there go anywhere else I suggest Brunswick auto-mart jeep. So we had to take to the dealership we bought it from in Brunswick Pretty Far away!! We made it!! And they saw us immediately!! Said the car would be probably be done the next day and if anything cane up further they would call us.

    The salesman at North Olmsted CJDR was extremely helpful in finding me a vehicle within my price range that fit my needs/wants and they did their best to make the whole buying process as smooth as possible. Additionally, after purchasing my Cherokee, my salesman checked in on me later to make sure everything was going ok with my car (it was) and, when I scheduled my service appointment, the service department was able to get me an appointment that fit my schedule and made the whole process quick and easy.

    I took my 2019 Jeep in for service today and was pleasantly surprised by the great attitude and level of service I received. The issue was with my brakes but they also replaced my rotors and seviced the system at no cost to me. Additionally, the salesperson I purchased my vehicle from was instrumental in facilitating everything. Thanks to the entire team!

    Lied about work they did on my Jeep, when I called to question why it was still having the same problems I was told my Jeep "just had to get used to the changes they made". The second mechanic informed me that nothing they said they fixed had been touched. My 2018 Jeep ended up needing an entirely new motor and complete rewiring thanks to the dishonesty of the staff at North Olmsted Jeep. This has been financially devastating. I wish I could give less than one star.

    I had a great experience today at North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for my service appointment and working with Frank. He went above and beyond to deliver genuinely great guest service which is hard to find these days. I previously took my vehicle to Ed Tomko Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Avon Lake where I was quoted nearly $1,000 to repair both of my rear seatbelts. They stated that a part which allows the seatbelt to retract, needed to be replaced on both sides. However, thankfully I decided to get a second opinion in North Olmsted and Frank in the Service Department took the time to take a look at my seatbelt issue and quickly discovered that the seatbelts were simply just twisted/tangled inside the panel and he was able to fix both seatbelts right there on the spot. Not only did he fix my issue, more importantly there were no broken parts or repairs even needed. I truly appreciate the honesty and willingness to help me and for that I am very thankful. I will definitely chose North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for all of my future service needs and highly recommend to anyone looking for a dealership that will provide a great experience and cares about their customers!

    The service department keeps me informed, takes time to explain findings, and offers explanations for scheduled maintenance. My salesman remembers me and greets me with a smile/hello. The GM makes sure he stops by to say hello, and the finance guy answers in detail with great patience all my questions related to my oil change packages and warranty information. Everyone treats me like family. Highly recommend this dealership! 🤩

    Over-all they did a good job. Mark was easy to deal with, was able to get my trade value up and the cost of my truck down so I'd be where I needed to be $$ wise. Was pretty quick and simple signing the papers and they were able to transfer my plates for me too. I know its maybe dumb, but you would think on a vehicle purchase they'd hand it over with a full tank of fuel, but it was literally at a 1/4 tank when I left the lot. I work at non-competition dealership 70 miles away and EVERY vehicle sold has a full detail, front row parked and waiting with a full tank even at 4.00 a gallon. Even so, pretty happy with my experience.

    I had my jeep serviced today and can't recommend this place enough. Every person I interacted with went the extra mile and the care I received for my jeep was the best I've ever had. They got to the bottom of longstanding issues and even fixed my broken door handle without me mentioning it. I could have cried when I saw it was fixed. The staff really care and take the time to go above and beyond. Exceptional customer service & friendly, wonderful people. Thank you North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep!

    Overall the actual sale of the car and trade in were uneventful, I was not pleased to find they had done 4 hard credit checks which were all reflected on my credit score, so now I have to contest it with the credit bureaus. I was preapproved for a better rate before I bought the car, and they claimed they didn’t accept it.
