My server went the extra mile for me and my son

We usually go for Endless Shrimp, but I was in the mood for some major seafood. I ordered the shrimp trio platter, I was impressed. It was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was attentive and kept our drinks filled & our Cheddar Bay Biscuits filled. Very pleased.

Always have a wonderful experience here! They have the best pina coladas!

The location was quiet for a Sunday afternoon, which made the meal even more enjoyable. My server Alicia was doing double duty at bar attendent and server. She was a tendive and friendly. My meal portions were larger then I expected, so I'll have lunch for tomorrow. 😋

Enjoyed a nice Christmas meal with my flight crew. Our server, Robin, was THE BEST! Great food and drinks for the holiday. I enjoyed the Snowglobe Sangria.

Had the clam chowder which was good, but sadly not warm enough for me. My ONLY issue as I like HOT soup. The cheddar Bay biscuits WERE warm and fresh. Perfect to dip in the soup. I ordered the lightly beer batter cod sandwich and the Lobster topped mashed potatoes as a side. Both came out very hot on a hot plate! The batter was perfect, light and crunchy and the fish flaked beautifully. If it was frozen previously you wouldn't have known it. Tasted fresh. Not pictured was additional Cole slaw I order to go on the fish. Delicious. I hadn't been in in years. Was very pleasantly surprised. Despite being short staffed my Server Alicia was very upbeat and nice. Good Server.

This was my first time at a Red Lobster ever and not only did I love the endless shrimp deal (although it was lost on me cause I cannot eat very much) but we had the BEST service ever from the manager Carrie. We came in with my 90 year old grandparents who rarely get out of their retirement home and we're very much looking forward to dinner with their out of town grandkids. We were running a bit late and the wait was going to be much longer than anticipated and after taking them out of the house it was going to be a lot for them to either wait or get them back to the house. The whole staff was very kind and understanding, but Carrie really went the extra mile to accommodate my grandparents needs. It was clearly a stressful night for the restaurant and we SO appreciate you still taking the time to make sure they were comfortable and on top of that being just a lovely human. 1000% recommend this location.

We have been coming to see Daryl for over 20 years now. He is the best bartender, and he always gives amazing food service. Daryl is very attentive, and he goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He is super friendly, and we love coming in to see him.

Excellent customer service! We order the coconut shrimp and was delicious! The waitress made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need, it was not crowded perfect place to go for lunch or dinner!

We had a pretty good experience this evening. We ordered the mozzarella sticks to start out with. There was a pretty nice portion, probably could have been cooked a tad.bit longer the breading wasn't so much crispy but kinda falling apart. The cheese was nice and melty. The cheddar bay busquits were so fresh and delicious. My daughter ordered the waygu bacon cheese burger w fries. I really wanted steak and crab legs but since that isnt combo i ordered the ultimate feast. Lobster shrimp crab legs. W sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. The lobster tail tasted like It was cooked just a little too long, the shrimp was okay and the crab legs were tender and delicious. It was a pretty generous portion. If I would have known the crab legs would have been so perfect I would have just ordered a platter of those. And we finished off with the chocolate wave for my bday dessert. It was served very chilled and chocolate sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The chocolate was rich with many layers of frosting and cake and and chocolate chips on the outside over the frosting. Very delicious bday dinner. Our server was also very attentive.

Monday nights are all you can eat shrimp fest. They have for choices & all are delicious & xl shrimp. 2nd round they are a little smaller shrimp & half portions. But it is all you can eat. Bravo for a wonderful taste on my pallet. Pictured is the Shrimp Scampi half portion on the refill. Soooooooooooo good ! Very friendly crew.

Been here numerous times but today visit was excellent. I never ordered thier fish and chips before. Ive been missing out!!! You get a whole piece of cod fried perfectly. A fish piece of fish too not frozen. Omgoosh it was sooo fresh, delicious and such a pleasant surprise, its the real piece of fresh cod fish and the real deal and I'll be back to get this every Friday for the Friday specials when I want some good fish now!!! My long island ice tea was on top too and my bartender Joshua was soo nice. This location is always the best choice on the west side to me too. Better than Parma Red lobster any day! No complaints at all. Recommend this location 4 sure!

This was actually my first time at Red Lobster and I was pleasantly surprised. We sat at the bar to avoid waiting, so it was kinda fun. Our bartender/server was great! The regular menu looked good but I chose to get a lobster from the tank. My boyfriend got the trout, which he really liked. It was an overall good experience. Oh! I almost forgot: we got the chili calamari as well. It was excellent at they give you a LOT!

Took my wife here for the endless shrimp which is pretty hard to mess up, which constitutes the 2 stars. But overall experience is poor and probably never come back to this location. She got the Shrimp and I got the Fish and Chips with a bowl of lobster bisque. Initially we were brought out doughy biscuits. Then they brought out the bisque just moments before our meals. As I said shrimp is hard to mess up. The fish and chip is another story. 1 single piece of fish and a handful of fries maybe equivalent to a small fry at McDonald's with a bowl of awful Cole slaw.(see picture that a posted in the picture area) and to boot the 1 piece of fish was terrible. A McDonald's fish patty would have been better. Buyer beware that all I am saying. Manager stopped by our table we expressed the above concerns he was very unapologetic and offered no resolution.

We went to celebrate my mother-in-law and brother-in-law's birthdays. They food was great, the steak was cooked the way I liked it, the cesar salad was fresh and those buscits are very addicting. The new mango lemonade was delicious 😋

Clean, friendly atmosphere with great service. Waited for about 30 mins to be seated so prepare for a wait. Food was served within mins after ordering. Recommended.

Josh our server went above and beyond during our entire evening .there were a few issues with the food but they were handled quickly and for only being there a few weeks he really was amazing.we also had an issue with not being able to redeem a coupon but after verification with the manager it was also handled swiftly. I will be returning to the north Olmsted location over others in the area because this was a fantastic experience

Met up with family, that I haven't seen in a long time, last night. There are fourteen of us! The staff at Red lobster did a phenomenal job with seating us at two tables next to each other. The waitresses were so kind and did their job so very well despite being understaffed! Such great service. Thank you for making that a wonderful evening with family.

Recipe for cheddar biscuits different. They are fluffier, less flavorful. Service was Great! Too much butter. Portions small. Was disappointed. No fresh fish options like before. No wood fire grill options.

I had a nice dinner last week with a friend. It was very relaxing and no waiting to be served. My entree was delicious and our server was very professional and kind. Great menu!

What a really nice dinner. Drink specials all day and the prices were pretty decent. The lobsters in the tank when you walk in can make you a little sad, but, it does have lobster in the name of the restaurant. Lol. Average price was from $20- $30 per person. Hot cheddar biscuits brought right out and they were delicous this time. Last time, eh, too much salt. But they made up for it tonight! The servers were wonderful. Front end could use a little pep and A smile but again, the serving staff was wonderful. Lots of new choices on the menu including grilled salmon, all you can eat shrimp ($20), crab fest is currently happening, grilled streaks, build your own combo (2 for $24.99 or 3 for $30 I believe), etc.. If you placed a Togo order, you just walk in and go right to the bar and pick up there. No wait. Kids friendly and it looked like a lot of people were celebrating a special occasion whether it was a graduation, a Birthday, or upcoming Father's Day! It was pretty busy but there was no wait for a table. Very nice time and I'd go back again.

It had been quite a long time since I had eaten at Red Lobster. So when I found myself in the area it was an opportunity to go there again. The restaurant was clean and service was outstanding. We ordered Popcorn Shrimp and it was excellent. Will certainly be going there again.

Loved the food and the great waitress who explained some of the dishes great attention colour books ect for 2 grandsons. Had to bring part of main coures home which was no problem Thrre biscuits are absolutely delicious.

The food was hot and fresh eventhough we came close to closing time. The biscuits were hot and fresh and melt in your mouth. I would have taken a picture of them, but I was too hungry and some of them were devoured before the main couse came out. Teresa was nice friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend stopping by when you are in the area.

The host we had tonight was great and so was our waitress Tori. That's were it ended. I feel really bad for my husband..he was still hungry and his Friday fish special looked like a chicken drumstick and he said it was rubbery and not fresh. The Cole slaw was the only thing good on his plate. What a waste of money and a date night. My coconut shrimp was overcooked and greasy and you get a little cup of coconut dipping sauce.. no put together entree. Spennt $90 and not the Red Lobster experience we remember. Update review: from 2 star to 3. Red Lobster reached out to us and could understand our disappointment with our meal. They appreciate their customers and they would like us to give them another chance. We appreciate you hearing our concerns and the customer service is top notch.

I love seafood, so Red Lobster is a great chain for that. I give 4 stars for food and atmosphere because I reserve 5 stars for a place that is original and more authentic (something like a coastal place that's locally owned). We truly enjoy the food here and of course the biscuits are renowned. Sadly, they do not have a soup/salad combo meal.

Coulda tasted better and had better service from the staff. Opening - closing. Ate the only hot things while they were hot. Broccoli was hot mushy. Shrimp was hot and fine. The lobster was fine. Those three things were eaten. Mid rare steak was cooked mid rare but needed more to be seasoned and the sides were broccoli (see above) or cold loaded mash for that sweet upcharge. Got a table check before the food came by the very polite manager. That sounds snarky but she was actually very nice and present. Throw a lemon on the plate or come back and ask if anyone would like anything. You still got 12 on 60 so please do better next time. Overall - whatever.

Horrible service. Asked for very well done. Server said she wasn’t going to put it cause she doesn’t like a dry steak. Ummm I’m ordering the steak not you. The staff smelled of weed. Server put no bacon on my salad when I never been said that. I just requested no egg. They state they done hav egg at all. So it doesn’t matter. I didn’t even protest just brought steak home and cooked it with garlic butter in the oven.

We had a nice impromptu dinner, and it was amazing!!! Service was great, food was on point! Highly recommended getting a whole lobster because it's plenty of meat for two, plus some tasty leftovers! Plus they have a deal where you get a free dessert with purchase of a 3lb lobster :)

Worse fish & chips dinner ever. Fish was tough and tasteless. Waitress claimed because I requested "crispy". My Husband did too & his was edible. Would not allow me to substitute side ...I don't like cole slaw, prefer broccoli. Drink was not what I ordered. Meal cost over $20.00. Ive been a loyal customer for many years. I will not come back here. On the positive side, cheddar biscuits were still delicious.🙄
