Slowest customer service. Trying to just buy out a lease and I've been here for over 2 hours and still have not finalized the paperwork. There is literally nobody else here. Sales person presented 3 options for financing but claimed to not know the APR used to calculate them. This is extremely shady in my experience. I do not recommend Halleen Kia. Avoid at all costs. Worst experience ever.

This weekend went car shopping with my wife we test drove a 2020 Kia SUV, explained to my salesman I wanted to purchase it. When we went to sit down to go over our purchase our salesman gave the keys to another salesman for another couple to test drive the vehicle I was going to purchase. I told the salesman I didn't want anyone test driving the vehicle I was going to purchase , he continued to give the keys away so I decided to take my business to another dealer where they will appreciate me as a customer . I don't recommend this dealer to no one.

OMG these people are AWESOME! AJ (my salesman) was especially wonderful... He not only walked me through the standard features and options, we also test drove and went through the features of a similar model since no one can keep a Soul on their lots... I was basically buying a car right off the transport ship! I was kept informed about my car's progress, and when it finally arrived (yay!) and the detail team had thoroughly cleaned it, AJ changed my plate (I was offered to purchase a different plate -- even a vanity) and gave me as much time as I needed to go over it until I was comfortable driving off the lot; before I left he also walked me through setting up my stereo and connecting my cell phone. Best of all, he always treated me with respect and like I knew what I was doing (I did -- I had done my research!) and, while applying low-grade pressure that wasn't pushy (it's a metric they're monitored for; he was graceful about it), he was able to do it all with a wonderful smile. One last perk: he's a big guy, about the size of my son-in-law; AJ fit in the car, so our Mike will too! The finance process was super easy; unfortunately I don't recall the gentleman's name (Nick maybe?), but he was also amazingly personable and knowledgeable throughout our transaction. He also applied low pressure for the upgrades, but again he was graceful about it and not at all pushy. The final two individuals I worked with were a gentleman at the service desk (I purchased an aftermarket accessory) and a non-employee (George) who installs aftermarket electronics for the lot -- he installed a remote start, not available on the base model for an incredible, less-than-original-feature price. Each of the gentlemen took as much time as I needed and thoroughly explained (and occasionally re-explained!) anything I didn't understand. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Halleen to ANYONE, especially older women like me who are frequently taken advantage of by salesmen and mechanics!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Halleen Kia and the folks that work there. Initially, I was very skeptical of most KIA dealerships due to many charging over MSRP and adding in "mandatory" fees for tellurides. Halleen quickly gained my trust and exceeded expectations. They ordered the exact telluride I wanted and didn't charge a penny over msrp! Honestly, I felt it was too good to be true until the day I picked up my Telly! Natalyya was my sales person and she was wonderful to work with. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. Not only that, she is one of the nicest and kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She took a lot of time showing me all the features of my telly too. Don also assisted with any questions I had and was very helpful throughout the ordering and buying process . Steve, who did the paperwork, was also great! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Sincere thank you to Halleen KIA for prompt communication and excellent customer service during such a crazy time. My first car buying experience was a memorable one thanks to you! Purchased a 2023 Sportage. Halleen had the best inventory of all the other dealerships near me. The Sportage has several trims, but after explaining the features and color I wanted, my sales rep Nick narrowed it down and got me into my dream vehicle. Didn’t waste my time trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Super professional and nice. I love my car and would DEFINITELY recommend Halleen to anyone looking to purchase a Kia!

Halleen Kia of North Olmsted will be the place I’ll take my vehicle from now on. Ryan my service advisor was very professional and he went over everything that would go on with my car being fixed. They fixed my Kia in a timely matter with having some of the mechanics staying late to make sure it got done right. They offered me a shuttle ride home which I was very grateful for and when my car was done the following day to my surprise Ryan himself test drove the car one last time bringing it to my house. I was blown away by the service and professionalism. Now my car is running great. Thanks to Ryan and the mechanics at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted.

I have been to this dealership three times. And all three times I was treated so well. Everyone goes above and beyond. And no matter why I go there they always wash my car before giving it back to me. Chris was the one that took care of me and he was very informative very polite and very nice. We need more Chris's in this world.

We purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride this week from Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. Honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our sales person, Molly was terrific. She knew the vehicle top to bottom and patiently trained us on how to access and use all the incredible options. Jay in the finance dept clearly walked us through all of our finance, warranty and GAP insurance options and made that part of the buying experience fast and easy. Halleen had a great supply of vehicles to choose from and we found the exact car we were looking for. I highly recommend checking them out if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle.

Chris was great. He was persistent in trying to get an approval from the dealership I bought my car from who was being difficult with the insurance purchased from them. The manager also worked with me to get the warranty approved due to the mileage going over between making the appointment and the actual date it was brought in. I appreciate all they did to fix the issue.

We were in Cleveland and our car was stolen from the hotel parking. It was recovered hours later, but there was some damage. The thieves must have damaged one of the wheels because they replaced it with the spare. Being over 700 miles from home we could not drive home on the spare. We found Halleen Kia and the took great care of us. They found a rim and tire and got us back on the road as soon as they could. They also wrapped the space where the idiots had broken out a window. Our big thanks for all their help and for trying to make a horrible situation better. I don't remember the service managers name who took care of us, but he's top notch. A big thanks to him and to everyone at Halleen Kia.

This was my very first time ever purchasing a new vehicle. Martial was the absolute best to work with. He was always willing to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. He was honest, respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. The finance manager was phenomenal as well. Like I said, this is my very first time buying a car so I had no idea how financing, gap insurance, etc..worked. He sat with me and explained everything in so much detail. I searched for a long time for the best car dealership to go through and I have 0 regrets going to Halleen Kia in North Olmstead! Now I get to enjoy my 2024 Kia Sportage!

Absolutely loved our experience. The sales manager, Don and our salesman Mike were great they both made everything so easy and we got one of the best deals we ever got. The very next day I told somebody how great it was and they also went there and bought a car. They told me how happy they were with the experience also. I had to add to this review I came back about a month later for small recall on my car. I couldn’t be more happy with the people here at Halleen Kia everybody very polite, so friendly. Work was done 30 minutes before I expected it.

I have never had a bad experience at this dealership’s service department. I bought my vehicle from a different dealer due to availability at the time of purchase. However, I have been getting service completed at Halleen in North Olmsted. The service employees are always pleasant, helpful, do a good job keeping me informed, and seem to get the work done in a timely manner. I wanted to take a moment and share my wife's and my experience of Halleen Kia and their staff. We were greeted promptly by Jay Lowe as we entered the dealership. Jay did a wonderful job of listening to our thoughts on what we wanted our shopping experience to be. He then worked to meet our expectation. He presented the model we were there to view and let us take our time to drive and inspect the vehicle to make sure it was what we truly wanted. There was ZERO pressure with his approach which allowed us to become comfortable with the experience. Once we chose the right product for us he provided us with a trade proposal for us to consider. He worked with us to arrive at a bottom line number that we felt was extremely fair. He had our new vehicle cleaned to an exceptional level before presenting it to us to take home. This is our third new vehicle we have purchased from Halleen Kia in the past 2 years. I will continue to do business with them due to the superior service their staff provides.

The transmission died on my car forcing me to car shop at least 2yrs earlier than planned. I was concerned dealerships would pressure me into buying something I couldn't afford. Halleen Kia offered me a great trade in price on my car and worked with me to get a lease payment as low as we could for the SUV I wanted. Communication with Sales Rep Mike Seale was quick, easy, and they had all the paperwork and new car ready when I arrived with my old car in tow. Buying a car has never been so easy. This is my first Kia. If things go well, I will consider them again!

We had previously shopped using a few different dealerships, and when we came to Halleen Kia and Kim greeted us at the door, we immediately knew we were in store for a stellar experience. She meticulously gathered our preferred requirements and executed on them perfectly, diligently following up and finding us our exact Carnival Prestige. My husband and I could not be happier! Friendly service and free drinks and snacks in waiting room. I also love the free car wash with service. My car had about 50,000 miles on it, and the service person came out to tell me that I should do all my fluid exchanges and a bunch of other stuff. The paper they gave me showed me that all the fluids were in the “red” and should be replaced immediately. Though all the services they recommended said it was 60,000 mile service. If anything this should have been in the “yellow” and recommended the next oil change to do all these services. Why would I get it all done at 50,000 miles when Kia recommends 60,000?

My experience with the car salesman Russ was amazing. We arrived at the dealership near closing time but he stepped in and offered his service with a smile. He was very pleasant and professional. Everyone there seemed engaged in their work and enjoying it as well. When we returned a couple days later to finalize the sale, Russ had all the paperwork in order and ready to sign. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone .

Great customer service. Did not try to over sell needless items, simply took care of my necessities. As someone who absolutely hates the car buying process in general, I bought my Soul here last year with the best all around experience ever. From sales to finance and now with a recall, oil change and rotation, this dealership is without a doubt top of the list. I will shop nowhere else.

Halleen Kia Service department has been the best so far! They are always do their best to get me in even when they are pretty booked up and even on busy days I have never had to wait an insane amount of time for my car to be finished. Every employee I have worked with in the service department has been so kind and professional and they make working with them so much easier. I also love how they not only give me an update on what services my car will need in the near future but they also attach a quote for me so I know what cost I will be looking at. I will definitely be a long time customer.

This dealership was top-notch from beginning to car wash ending! 😀 I had an emergency with my window falling inside the door and I needed to drive back to NJ right away. Service Advisor Mark P. made sure the window was quickly fixed and he obtained the necessary info about my extended warranty. Professional service for sure! I recommend Halleen KIA and I will keep them in mind next time I’m in town.

I was very pleased with the work that the technician Rick did on my car. He did the express service--oil, filter, rotation of tires in a reasonable time. He clearly explained what he did for the cooling system. This dealership was busy on that day, but I spent no more time than the usual there. They washed my car, returned it to me and there was very little paper work. I highly recommend this dealership for efficiency and courtesy.

My car was under warranty and needed a repair so I called to set up services. Every single person I had contact with at Halleen was super friendly and very informative! It was a truly great experience from start to finish! If you are stuck between which Kia dealership you should choose, definitely pick this one!
