I
want
to
give
the
most
accurate
and
fair
description
of
living
here.
So
lets
look
at
each
item
that
someone
looks
for
when
living
in
an
apartment.
1.
Location/safety-
It
is
near
the
mall
and
by
the
highway.
It
is
a
very
convenient
location
and
I
thought
it
was
very
safe.
4.5/5
2.
Amenities-
amenities
like
the
gym
and
pool
are
kept
clean
and
its
nice
to
have
the
mail
room/parcel
to
receive
your
packages.
Also
a
lot
of
people
don't
use
the
pool
so
if
you
like
swimming
it
wont
be
crowded.
They
recently
updated
the
pathway
concrete
so
its
not
as
bad
as
before
and
there
aren't
many
holes.
So
less
likely
to
damage
your
car.
5/5
3.
Garage/Car
friendly.-
the
garages
are
a
little
small
in
my
opinion
and
a
couple
other
neighbors
complained
that
if
you
are
not
careful
you
might
scratch
your
car.
It
happened
to
mine,
I
was
off
for
a
couple
inches.

4.
Staff-
overall
the
staff
is
nice.
Seth
in
maintenance
is
very
nice
and
friendly
and
helps
you
with
anything.
The
other
guys
were
ok
but
the
"leader"
would
complain
to
you
if
he
had
to
come
fix
anything
or
have
an
attitude.
Office
staff
is
nice
and
they
helped
me
with
my
concerns
even
when
someone
stole
my
packages
after
moving
out.
I
think
they
are
the
reason
we
stayed
as
long
as
we
did.
3.5/5
5.
Dog
friendly-
very
dog
friendly,
mostly
accepting
of
all
breeds.
5/5
6.
Trash-
the
trash
collector
was
only
one
in
the
middle
of
the
apartment
complex
so
you
had
to
walk
your
trash
over
and
it
was
obviously
always
overflowing
or
broken.
1/5
This
gets
worse
in
the
winter
months.
7.
Apartments
inside-
were
spacious
but
the
kitchen
top
doesn't
have
granite
is
just
the
regular
laminate
which
leads
me
to
my
next
point...
8.
Price-
I
thought
it
was
expensive
considering
I
can
pay
the
same
thing
for
a
luxury
apartment
with
granite
in
Westlake
or
Willoughby.
They
also
had
a
lot
of
extra
fees
and
I
ended
up
paying
more
than
what
I
thought
originally.
Not
to
mention
I
was
never
able
to
see
how
much
I
owed
in
utilities-
It
was
always
blindly
paying
70$
extra
so
I
wouldn't
get
100
late
fee.
Do
not
rent
here
unless
you
are
planning
to
be
here
for
at
least
a
year
and
chose
the
apartment
you
want
to
be
at
and
don't
transfer
otherwise
you
have
to
pay
600$
on
top
of
your
prorated
month
rate
for
the
rest
of
the
days.
We
were
here
for
1
yr
and
a
half
because
of
work
and
to
be
honest,
after
living
in
4
different
apartment
complexes
I
wouldn't
come
back.
That
is
my
honest
review
without
malice
or
anger
and
why
I
would
give
them
3/5
in
general.
I
hope
this
helps
someone
who
is
looking
to
make
a
good
decision
for
you
and
your
family.
