    Absolutely horrendous place. Went to renew my license on my birthday. The worker with dark hair and glasses there is rude, unprofessional and should be fired. She cussed at me when I asked a series of questions because the process to renew is different. Not only that out of spite she put an unnecessary restriction for glasses (never needed and she was too busy being rude to check my vision). I do not recommend coming to this place to renew. Went to Strongsville to fix their screw up and they were amazing! This location should not exist. If 0 stars was an option that is what I would rate it. Absolutely horrendous.

    I was initially nervous looking at all the bad reviews but then decided to try this place out anyway since they were so close. My husband and I went to renew our IDs and had a GREAT experience. The lines moved very quickly and there were plenty of ladies helping everyone. The lady who helped me and my husband was very kind and even when we hit a slight "snag" and I needed to print out a document that I didn't have, she showed me how I could do that with my cell phone and a separate printer that they have. She even WAITED for me to finish printing it before helping anyone else which I was really grateful for. We got everything done and got our pics taken with ease. There were a couple other ladies on staff that were nice to us as well. Overall, we never got any feelings of bad vibes from this place so if you're thinking about going to this location, definitely DO IT and see for yourself!

    I normally wouldn’t rate this type of establishment, but the service was so great it deserved to be mentioned. After moving to the state I was dreading the process of changing my title and registration but it turned out to be very smooth and efficient. What really stood out was how pleasant and helpful the staff were. I had many questions and they were very patient in explaining the process to me. They were also just nice happy people, which is also appreciated. The wait times were reasonable as well.

    Very frustrating when the person checking you in tells you that you have all the documentation that you need and it is appropriate, then wait an hour in line only to be told that it is not accepted. The person checking people in needs to be properly trained about what forms are acceptable and which are not so that people aren't wasting their time.

    I have no problems coming here at all. Everyone seems to be helpful. When you go into a place like this, you have to remember that the people behind the desk or counter or whatever, are human too. They have problems and have to deal with idiots all day so try to treat them the way you want to be treated. There’s no reason to get smart or talk crazy to anyone there, just be patient and you’ll be in and out before you know it. I brought my Nintendo Switch with me just in case I would have to wait. They helped me to find out what exactly I needed to get my license back and I had my temps the next day.. I had my drivers exam scheduled a week later.

    The best BMV experience I've ever had. I was waiting for my wife to get a new license and her annual registration. Came at a good time as the place was packed by the time we left. Staff was friendly and nice. The facility is clean and well lit. In and out in about 35 mins.

    Went in to get my tags renewed and signed up for the online spot in line. They were super quick and helpful! Great experience which is not something I’ve normally said when going to get tags renewed.

    I don't know what people are talking about. Everyone here was kind and courteous. I went in on a Saturday morning got there early around 7:30. There was already 10 people waiting. And yes even I started thinking oh gosh this is going to take forever (insert BMV joke here). But that simply wasn't the case. Perhaps the people leaving the poor reviews could consider calling in ahead of time to make sure they had their paperwork correct before showing up and getting angry with the person behind the counter. They were very pleasant with me on the phone yesterday when they told me everything I needed to bring and accepted forms of payment. Here it is 10:00 and I'm home. I finished everything I needed to do at the license bureau regarding a VIN inspection, everything at the title agency to be able to get my title in my name, and back to the license bureau to get my license plate. I'd say that's pretty damn efficient.

    It’s additionally frustrating when you walk in a place and the person who is supposed to greet you is on her personal cell phone. It’s generally already a long wait but people handling the personal business at work making it an additional wait is unacceptable in my opinion. When I said something about it she got mouthy and nasty. It’s not nice that their employees treat pain customers so poorly.

    Not only was I thrilled to be in and out in 30 minutes on a Saturday; the staff was kind. Organized check-in, efficient processing & friendly faces at the counter. I observed patience and instruction to those who were confused. Dreama is an asset in Complaint ID licenses. I was told about a new kiosk in Westlake to speed up license plate/tag renewals!

    Under the Google search, it showed them being open, but they are closed for some unknown reason. There is no indication of when they will reopen or why they are closed when I phoned the office. A private business would not be around for long if they showed this very poor communication.

    The check in lady was wonderful..so helpful...she immediately calmed me down after a long day of going from title place to another bmv. Deana then got me taken care of no stress ..easy peasy. These ladies were fast..happy and so understanding..they deserve a raise. E.Miller

    As soon as you walk in there is a person who routes you and gives you a number. It's a great thing, she can let you know if you need any specific documents before waiting. Much better than the old take a number deal. I got helped by Cheryl who was very nice and should get called out for being helpful! Note: the government processes would get a 1 star. I had to run around to 4 places to get plates for a car I bought with out of state title, but that's not the BMVs workers fault.

    After being on hold for over 24 minutes waiting for help, I was hung up on. I arrived shortly later, and found out why after I waited for the receptionists to finish her personal call on her cell phone. With very light traffic in the store, there is no excuse for this to happen in any business, let alone a representative of our State of Ohio. Funny how its ok for the BMV to video you, but don't like the same accountability.

    This is the most pleasant BMV I have ever experienced. I went around noon on a Wednesday to get a new license and was in and out in 20 minutes! Everyone who helped me was so kind.. And they have an express kiosk for renewing your tags so you really don’t have to wait in line for that. Can’t say enough about how great this location is.

    I’m from out of state and it seems as if they give you the hardest time and they look at you differently. When I ask the clerk who initially called me to the corner, for her manager. She did a whole huff and puff as if I was bothering her. I don’t know why you’re upset with me and this is your job. You’re supposed to help and service people. That’s the field you picked. I was calm and collected and they weren’t professional at all. Customer service should be first in mind. Just be aware of nasty attitudes when you do go to this location.
