I went there earlier today to paint and the owner Kevin was very rude. I didn’t want to put my address down so I put my email and phone number on the customer info sheet. He asked me twice for my home address (which I do not give out to any business so idk why he was offended) Kevin got upset with me and took away the items I wanted to paint and placed them back in the bins. Not only that but he crumpled up the piece of paper with my info on there, tossed it away and said I can go. I was upset and being loud because I was angry. The customers heard me and I even told the one lady sitting by the window that he turned me away and was rude. He didn’t explain to me why he needed to have my address and I found out later that it’s how they process customer info in their system. He also got offended cuz I put n/a in the address column. I called back upset and angry and he didn’t care to make things right. I will bad mouth this business to anyone who will hear me.

Hands down, one of the best places in the area. The environment is peaceful, calm, and the perfect place to paint. The workers are willing to help and engage with the painters. The pottery is very cute and there is always many things to choose from. I found a new hobbie because of this place. The new management really did a great job on making the place a whole lot better.

This was so much fun. I had my 2 older granddaughters make something for their Aunt. It was explained very well. They took the time to make sure they felt comfortable about doing this. I brought my two grandchildren there for the first time .It was a wonderful experience. The owner was very kind and sweet but yet professional. It was very clean and organized. We loved the large selection of pieces to choose from. We will definitely be back soon.

I've been coming here since I was a very young child with my mom and to this day I'm still going with my girlfriend and I'm so happy the new owners continue to maintain the same essence of what I remember from my childhood

My daughter and I went to make a last minute Father's Day gift for my husband. The staff (under new management) was all very helpful. A week turnaround time would have been more than reasonable, but they went out of their way to fire it quickly and even delivered the piece to us on Father's Day. Super impressed!!! We will be back! If you've had a bad experience at this location in the past I would urge anyone to give it another shot!!

It was ok kinda structured though. They only have basic paint. We like All fired up in Medina better.
