Irina altered my very detailed lace wedding dress and did an awesome job- bonus- I didn’t have to spend a thousand dollars like David’s bridal wanted me to! They do amazing work for a fair price. I was so happy with how my dress turned out and she was very kind and professional. Would recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding dress altered !

Alterations were fast for the bridesmaids dress, however, there was an issue each time. Only needed the dress to be taken in a little bit and each time it was like the dress was unfinished and ill-fitting. The 4 weeks leading up to the wedding, I was there at least twice a week. Was still displeased with alterations at the last appointment but we had no time to fix it. I ended up spending significantly more on alterations than I did for the dress. Overall, bizarre experience and majority of staff was rude.

Extremely disappointed. I called on two different occasions and spoke with Kate who informed me that I could come in and get measurements done. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told they don’t do measurements. The employees should understand what services they provide so customers are not going out of their way for no reason. I will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.

I brought in a fleece vest that I bought some years ago!The zipper broke on it and I was unable to find a new one! I brought it in to see if they could replace it.Not only did they replace it but it was better than the original! Fantastic workmanship! Couldn't be happier ☺️

I used Alterations Express to alter my wedding dress and the results were great! My dress bodice was quite detailed but Irena at Alterations Express did an amazing job on getting it to fit my bust correctly. To make things even more complicated, I live out of state but my wedding (and wedding dress) were in Ohio, so I was only able to get alterations done when I was in town. Alterations Express was very accommodating to my schedule and budget too. If you need a wedding dress or special occasion dress altered, I would recommend Alterations Express.

After ordering my dress online, I needed some alterations done for my wedding dress just weeks away. I called on a Friday and set up an appointment with Irena that Saturday. I picked up my dress today (one week later) and I am truly satisfied. Irena is very kind and thorough with her work. I not once felt rushed at my consultation and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this location for any alteration needs.

Brought my daughters Wedding Dress here (and MOB dress) for alterations based on multiple recommendations-specifically for Irena and we loved working with her! Irena was always very patient with us, kind and never rushed us through multiple fitting appointments. Each time she made sure we were happy with each change and recommended multiple ways/options when needed. Her experience/talent definitely shows in her workmanship. Super convenient and affordable option! I needed my pants hemmed andit only took 15 minutes and about $20. I am impressed! I will definitely be back and I DO recommend them to anyone in the area.

This location, SAVED MY LIFE! When my bridesmaids dress didn't fit me due to some VERY unfortunate bloating- Marianne and Lyudmila were my actual saviors. I was absolutely freaking out, and I brought them a dress with less than a 24 hour turnaround time. Although they were hesitant to accepting this order since it was a lot more intensive for such a short time, they could tell how serious of an issue this was and jumped to help immediately. The dress was handed to them at 6:40 PM, and was done by 12:00 PM the next day. I will warn you, for a turnaround like this you will have to drop some serious money. But the craft is worth it. Lyudmila has angel wings for hands, and made my dress so absolutely stunning... I actually think I liked it better than the original dress style. The ladies at alterations express are incredible at problem solving and assuring that everything will be alright... while hitting you with the harshness of your grandma who says everything so harshly but means it all out of love. I will 100% be back to this location to make alterations and get dry cleaning for a couple of other items I have in my closet, but this time with a not as urgent turn around time. THANK YOU MARIANNE AND LYUDMILA, you are incredible!

Nearly lost 75% of my order, including a very expensive custom suit and told me I was wrong when I said I was missing items. Won't be back. I shouldn't have to stand there playing "is that my suit?" With the conveyer belt.

Irena (I hope I spelled that right!) is a literal magician. Would recommend her to any and everyone. I had a dress dilemma about a month out from a wedding I was matron of honor in and she made absolute dress magic happen. Her detail and her kindness were above and beyond. People are real kind and accommodating here. I’ve used them twice now when I was in a jam and needed last minute alterations. Both times everything was perfect and customer service was great. Will definitely be back

Brides- just understand what you’re signing. There was a bit of confusion because it took over a month to alter my hem line only because they require at least 2 fittings. I didn’t understand but that’s my own fault for not reading! Always important to read the fine lines. Anyhow beyond that hiccup my dress came out good and the way they handle your dress is with such care! I will warn if you’re a little sensitive like me, the seamstress seemed a little aggressive at first telling me she wouldn’t even work with me if I lost weight- but I can see that she was just trying to protect herself if the dress didn’t end up fitting. I’m giving 5 stars because price seemed standard to other places ($150 a layer) and the service was very good!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE 👏 needed a bridesmaids dress taken in, dropped it off on saturday and it was done on thursday! They were extremely thorough, made sure it fit perfectly to my curvy shape in ways i never woulve thought of. It looks and fits soooo good! Everyone was so helpful & I will recommend them any chance I can!!

The staff were very friendly and were able to get me out of a bind when I procrastinated getting a dress for an event that wound up being too long. I was cutting it really really close but they were able to help me and the turnaround time was even faster than what they had initially quoted me.

This shop is amazing! My husband needed extensive alterations on a new suit and upon entering the shop; Marianne greeted us, led my husband to a fitting room and began her magic. She knew exactly what to do, the estimate was way lower than we expected and only 4 days turnaround time! The shop is clean, organized and well managed. So glad I found this place!

I loved everything about this place. The alterations they did on my outfit was amazing,and it took less than a hour. The customer service was great as well.

if I could give more stars I would. All the people that were helping me today at this establishment warm and genuine. they got my alterations done while I waited and I was back home in an hour. Irena and Mariann helped to alter my wedding dress and my Junior bridesmaid’s dress and they did wonderfully!! They were kind, professional and very efficient. Alterations Express employees are very polite, friendly & professional. And they are lifesavers! I had been altering a dress for my granddaughter for homecoming from floor length to just above the knee. When the time came for the final hem job & adding lace to excess material to create a shawl my sewing machine was not operating properly. I had 48 hrs. til homecoming. I had all the lace pinned & just needed a 20 minute stitch job. Alterations Express agreed to do the job & fit me in so the dress could be picked up same day. It cost more than I truly expected but I needed to uphold my promise to my granddaughter. They did a great job finishing up the dress and I appreciate their help. My granddaughter looked beautiful! I had called around 20 seamstresses and all were fully booked until months after my wedding! I couldn’t believe it because my wedding was still 90 days away. Irina was able to do the alterations and she did an amazing job. Spent extra time to make sure the top of my dress laid perfectly. She’s extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

My wedding dress was very complicated to alter, so much lace everywhere. Irina did an amazing job! My dress looked perfect! My daughter had her dress altered there as well, they went through so much extra steps to make it fit her perfectly! They are very clean there, esp with covid. Highly recommend them!

Irena altered my wedding dress perfectly. She met with me 3 times, each 6 weeks apart. She is kind, helpful and a perfectionist! I love that. My dress was stunning and fit comfortably and beautifully because of Irena! I will be back when I need alterations!

Irena is outstanding and extremely professional!!!! I had requested her services before this time, she altered a pants suit and I was very pleased. Went here senior year to get my prom dress altered and they nailed it! I was a last minute add-in but they were able to get me in and when I came back a few days later, my dress was perfect floor length. I was thoroughly impressed- especially as it was done quickly and for a good price. Can’t say enough good things about the experience and thanks again to the employees for their great work!
