A huge menu. Portions were very generous. The bowls are very tasty.

The food was great. Very good service and a quiet environment to eat and share. They have a menu with lots of options and some drinks that looked great.

The bad- we ordered a Mac n cheese buffalo chicken melt which was so delicious, but there was barely any Mac n cheese on it. For $18, you’d think you’d get what you ordered. The portions aren’t very fulfilling for the price. We ordered the buffalo Mac n cheese entree, which the chicken is different than the sandwich, not as good and the portions again… Place is overpriced in my opinion. Also not a fan of being seated by a lottery machine where patrons frequently went to during our dinner. The good, our waitress was kind. Also, bring back the Long Island pitchers…come on…

We got a table without waiting, that was a good thing on a Saturday. We had a waiter who told us he had just started working there, and he was a very friendly person, which was a good thing, but the rest was not what we are used to from this place. The Herd Cheesesteak had no flavor, the onion rings weren't good. The pizza was good, but they have no sausage, only bison sausage, which is a bad thing for some. My Thai Chicken Chili bowl, which I had ordered with Shrimp instead a Chicken came with nothing at all, took a while to get some shrimp on the side. Prices have gotten up since our last time, which is normal due to inflation, but then we noticed an additional 2.5% "temp service charge" on the bill. We questioned that and were told every restaurant is doing that now (not true), and it is due to inflation. Why is quality of service and food going down everywhere, while prices and extra fees are going up?

👎Worst dining experience ever! The food was a complete disaster - tasteless, cold, and downright disappointing. It seemed like they didn't even put any effort into preparing it. As if that wasn't enough, the service was abysmal! The staff was unresponsive, indifferent, and rude. It felt like we were invisible to them, and they couldn't care less about our concerns. To top it all off, they couldn't even get our order right! It's basic - how hard can it be to follow instructions? Apparently, too difficult for them. I tried calling the restaurant three times to address the issues, but they just hung up on me every single time! How unprofessional and disrespectful can they get? Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth the frustration and disappointment. They need a major overhaul in their management and staff if they want to survive in the food industry.

Fish tacos were brittle and inedible like crackers. Flavor good. I wouldnt recomend or order again. Onion rings and fries very good.

Angelina was wonderful!! She was pleasant and checked on the table to see if we were doing ok or needed anything else. The food was fresh and did not take a long time to come out. Thanks Angelina

I went to Harry Buffalo 1/1/2023 with a group of friends. We all got our food but my mac and cheese was cold to the touch. I mentioned it to my friend and he touched the bowl. He agreed that it was cold. I was going to just power through it but when our waitress Brooke came, he asked about it. She was very nice and took it back and got it heated up. It was fairly quick because there weren't that many people in at the time we went in. Everything was good until we paid because Brooke was cut early. I didn't tip her, simple as that. My friends on the other hand, did tip her. Another waitress came to serve us after Brooke and we continued to chit chat and whatnot. The hostess came back to the table with the check that I already paid for and questioned me on the service. I let her know what happened and she placed the check on the table. She then tells me that this made Brooke very distressed and upset. She looked over to where Brooke was and she was crying. I told her that I was finished ordering effective at that moment. I have never had that happen to me. So she walks away and gathered with the other waitresses and talked for awhile with them glancing at our table. It was so uncomfortable that my friend that verified that the mac and cheese was cold tried ordering something but even our own waitress didn't show back up for up for a while. He had to get up and order something at the bar. He then left an additional tip. I told him that he didn't need to do that, I decided not to tip. I have never seen anyone do that before. It really baffled me.

Best comfort finger food!! Cheese sticks, wings and fries. Stacey was AMAZING.. Madison is awesome. Definitely great for a day out. Thank you ladies for such great experiences at one of the few places that our kids will eat.

This location is very nice. The outdoor covered patio bar area is especially a nice touch. They have about 30 beers on tap. So something for everyone. Menu is classic American fare, prices are reasonable to higher end. They do have happy hour pricing during the week. This is a great gathering place for friends and family alike.

Came in to eat at 7:30 due to every place else having over an hour wait time. Harry Buffalo had no wait time we were invited in by nice staff and a fantastic waiter Eli. I had the sweet Barbecue wings and my husband had the bison burger. Amazing great quality food. The atmosphere is quite laid back and has music. Love this place highly recommend. Vote for Eli

Gina, my waitress was absolutely professional, Friendly and greeted me with a smile. She was kind, gracious in every which way. She is a model waitress for any other competitors To look at to see what food service is all about!

I rarely post reviews, but this place has really went downhill. This is the third time this has happened to us . I've never seen a place turn down a money from a customer. So this particular time I placed an online delivery order, which was $100, and a few minutes later I received a message stating they cancelled it. I call up there, and ask if they're just not taking food orders again, because like I said this is the third time now. With her rude response, she says our kitchen is packed with orders and there's a 30 minute wait so no we are not taking orders. I'm not sure why they just can't take the order and just let customers know that it will just be a little longer than expected instead of just turning away customers. If my kids didn't like their food so much I would be done with them by now!! Customer Service Standards!!

We were celebrating with our neighbors, our friends coworkers threw a surprise retirement party. The happy hour drinks and appetizers were very enjoyable. We had a back room atmosphere and it felt very private

Service was efficient and fun. Good was hit and delicious and quick to arrive. This place has yet to disappoint. The pick was the Super Herd burger and it was good enough to order again. I like this place a lot. Nice draft beer selection as well!

Wanted to try someplace new and was very happy with the entire experience. Our server Ella was super sweet. She came by just enough to make sure we were good and needed anything. Food was awesome. Would recommend the ribs. Even my granddaughter that doesn't really "eat", loved her cheese pizza so much she ate almost all of it! My husband ordered the bacon burger. It was huge and very very good as well. Will definitely be back!

I heard radio ads from Bob Frantz about this place. Then I went on a family vacation driving from Idaho to Pennsylvania. Since we had to go through Cleveland on the way back I decided to stop for lunch. I do not regret it. Nice clean place with friendly staff and delicious food!

I only come for the chocolate chip cookie cake they have cause no where else has it and this time I did a take out and I’m so sad I spent money on this. Only giving 2 stars cause at least the bartender was nice

Staff is friendly, food is really good and comes out pretty quickly! Husband and I took our 3 kids and they love the food. Def get the garlic cheesy bread! Ella was an awesome server 🙂

If I can give it a Zero I would ! So me and my family always come here everything is usually good. Not this time thank God I don’t eat chips and it was in my salad after taking like 5 bites a spider flies out Which things happen it’s a restaurant the thing that was horrible and disgusting was that the staff including the manager was laughing over and over The manager wouldn’t even come my way to apologize the only that you can see was actually disappointed was the chef I see he’s the only one who truly care about the customer I understand COVID messed the world up entirely but just hiring anybody at this point is just ridiculous and the laughing really took it over the top this must happen a lot Pictures below I also have videos won’t be the last you hear from me !

They have great food that is reasonably priced. Their strawberry lemonade margarita was perfect!! Our waitress was friendly, outgoing, and courteous. She was quick to make sure glasses and drinks were refilled and checked on us periodically to make sure that everything was going well. Definitely looking forward to going back sometime soon!!

The food was delicious, the service was fast and the server did a wonderful job. We ordered appetizers. The Buffalo chicken dip and egg rolls were delicious. The wings were huge and the if you get a burger ask for the pretzel bun. The food came out in record time. We will be back when we visit in the future

Monday= Wing Night! Large crispy but still moist. Shy on sauce for my preference. Some say wings should not be swimming. Penguins and I both disagree. There must be a celery shortage. All I was served was two slivers. But, I was there for the wings. Service was attentive and prompt. The booth comfortable enough.

Service was good but the food was very bland. I had honey mustard wings and there's was 0 flavor or seasoning. It was disappointing. However, we were greeted and seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. Maybe I chose the wrong menu option.

Burger was a bit bland had to add salt and extra sauce, but everything was cooked fresh and rest of food was great, service was great and Madison is very attentive. Food arrived at table hot and in reasonable timing considering there were two large parties at the time. I’m a First time costumer and definitely plan to return.

Service was attentive and helpful when I had some questions. Food tasted good and fresh. I got the Thai chicken bowl and it was very flavorful. My son really liked his burger. Portions are pretty large.

I was here on Sunday evening. Just wanted a place that was quiet, I could grab a few beers and watch a ballgame. My buddy and I had been traveling all week and I needed a place to unwind a bit. Found it. I sat at the outside bar. The young lady tending bar that night was awesome. Very friendly and engaging. Great personality. I didn’t even order food. Although what I saw others eating looked amazing. I will definitely be back there. I wished I could remember that bartenders name. She made it fun there.

We had cheese curls and chicken tenders. Both were a little overdone but still decent. Server was really nice though.

We have only been here 2x and both times the food was awful. Rice was like eating pebbles, chicken was cold, guacamole (avocado was so hard). Spoke to a manager and she agreed to take off the worst entree because I ate mine (it was bearable. Then she left to return the check and we waited have waited almost 20 minutes… IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED The table behind us has waited 15 minutes for drinks and still have not received them! Do not waste your time with this place!

So, I ate here a few weeks ago and didn’t get around to writing a review, but after going to Fatheads last night and having to order pretzel sticks and French fries for dinner because there were barely any vegetarian options, I was wishing we had chosen Harry Buffalo again. Harry Buffalo has a beyond or impossible burger that you can replace any of the burgers with. Since it was a few weeks ago, I don’t remember what it was called, but my burger had the fried onions and bbq on it and it was to die for! Service was great, they have good beer on tap, and they even have an enclosed patio with a fireplace. I can’t remember if there were many vegetarian options, but I will definitely go back knowing I can get a good vegetarian burger there…unless, of course, they discontinue it like Fatheads did 😡

We are from Florida so our 1st visit was great. Best wings we ever had. Nice atmosphere quick service and great food we love their Bison choices. 2nd visit in 1 week was not so great. Server was overwhelmed took her 3 times to bring our beer. We got 10 Oz steak dinner. Food was cold. However the manager was great and took back our food and we chose something else and took previous meal off our ticket. Only thing was music was too freaking loud. But great place. Would go back again if we return to Ohio.

Love this spot for happy hour, and take my wife and kids out to dinner. The menu has a ton of options and even some nicer entrees with steak and seafood options. I can feed my kids on the cheap and still treat the wife to something nice. Clean restrooms always! Staff is excellent!
