I bought a new car remotely, the experience was okay, at best. MB.North Olmsted delivered a dirty car, with a partially full gas tank, and more miles than their paper work claims. Worst of all they PROMISED that they could do an out of state registration, but did not actually do so. They sold me a car, then refunded me the state tax and did not even explain why until I called. They then told me they would not do what was promised. The communication here is terrible. At the end of the day, all they said was, you got a good deal on the car, so be happy with that. I would not buy here again, they do not deliver the service or responsiveness that you would expect from the a Mercedes dealer (I have had 9, with no complaints until now). If you are from out of state, buy local if you can! These guys are not worth a trip, they lack competence or integrity, not sure which. If you do buy here, good luck!

Extremely Disappointing. Had a chat and live phone conversation with Amy about the car I was interested in. When I said I had to drive 2 hours to see it, she said it looked like it was still available and would confirm in the morning before I drove up, and that they had several models available for me to view with the options I wanted. She sent me a confirmation and appointment schedule this morning so I made the trip, only to be told upon arrival that the car I was interested in had been sold two days ago, and they only had one vehicle for me to see, which had different color, different interior, without the options that I had expressed are important to me. And, by the way, despite my appointment, it was out on a test drive with other customers, so I had to wait at the coffee bar until they could get to me. I didn't even meet with Amy, she had me talk to the "specialist" Lo who tried to find a car in transit that she *might* be able to get for me. I understand the market is tight currently, but I felt like she was trying to quickly lock in a sale and move on to the next customer. In these times, honesty and transparency would be appreciated - if you don't have a particular car, just tell the customer. Don't lure people in then try to get them to make a purchase that they don't feel great about. Not the Mercedes experience I expect. Will not be returning to North Olmsted.

In this day and age, good customer service is hard to find. However, if you are looking for excellent customer service, seek out Malik D. at this dealership. His customer service skills were impeccable, going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. This young man never made me feel rushed, making sure any concerns I had were handled immediately and professionally. I have and will continue to direct anyone I know that is interested in purchasing or selling, to this dealership and the more than capable hands of Malik D. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

Honestly was one of the best experiences I had at a dealership in my whole life. I had one of the best experiences here at Mercedes-Benz at North Olmsted with Aaron. I usually dread car shopping because I feel pressured and pushed into a quick decision, but Aaron didn’t make me feel that way at all. He was there to answer ALL my questions and allowed me to go to him. I had contacted him before I went into the store to see the car and test drive and he had all the information ready to go for me, we went through everything, and took it for a test drive. Still not feeling pushed into a decision he let me feel everything out and think I’m a decision for a day or two. After I test drove the car he sent me a custom video of the entire car, exterior and interior going through everything again, which was absolutely helpful when it came to comparing cars and making a decision. When I went back to purchase the car, again everything was ready and smooth sailing. The easiest process I’ve gone through when purchasing a car. Not being from Ohio and unfamiliar with the area, he has been a huge help and has ALWAYS been there to answer my questions even months after the sale. Any time I have had an issue, he’s helped me resolve it or has guided me in the right direction. 100% recommend working with Aaron if looking to purchase a car with a fast, easy, comfortable process.

Bought a S 580 through the sales consultant Don LaPorte and the experience was amazing from start to finish. No drama and no pressure. The transaction was very transparent and straightforward. This is my second vehicle purchase from the same dealership. I bought the vehicle from out of state and they took care of transportation, out of state registration, taxes, etc.

What an absolutely wonderful experience provided by Amra from Mercedes-Benz of north Olmsted, she was patient with my changing of schedule and provided me with a look at the car and a test drive, her and star than also wrapped the car up and gave me such a special surprise that made my day and made me feel special! I recently did a long distance purchase of a CPO G550 from Aaron Kloss at MBNO despite living in LA. I felt he really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got a fair deal, went through the car with a fine tooth comb with me over multiple FaceTimes, photos, extra things that are probably annoying for a regular salesman but he did it with pleasure. After waiting months for my local dealer to come through with a C63s allocation, they informed me it wouldn't be happening. I knew time was short as I would have to attempt to locate one on a dealer showroom or one that was in transit which hadn't yet been claimed. After passing one the only 2023 C63s MB of N. Olmsted had available (because it didn't have the options I wanted), surprisingly a couple of weeks later, Amber emailed me and informed me that they had one in transit with the EXACT spec I was looking for and were willing to sell it to me at MSRP no less! I quickly jumped at the opportunity and put down a deposit to secure the car. I was then assigned to my sales rep Angela who took over things from there. The staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish. My car was shipped to me in an enclosed trailer at a very reasonable cost. Angela was extremely nice and courteous, communicating regularly and thoroughly throughout the process. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. 5 Big Stars!

I'm visiting from New York and I had a lingering battery issue that my Mercedes dealership couldn't figure out. Guess what? they got it here...Kevin Wagner in service is the best...excellent customer service. They're lucky to have him there. Even if they didn't get the issue fixed I would've still been weirdly happy because they would've tried and the customer service was that good.

The purchase process was easy and straightforward dealing with MBNO. This was my first time buying a Mercedes and also my first time buying a vehicle from out of state. I had planned to either buy it from MBNO or to visit a local Michigan dealer. They communicated promptly and were there every step of the way. Huge shout out to Julia. When i initially called, i was inquiring about a different vehicle which had already been sold but julia was able to find another available vehicle which is the one i bought quickly while on the phone with me. I had called 6 dealerships already inquiring about available GLBs. Julia was proactive and followed through with quickly checking if the vehicle was available. Shout out to Lo (Lorena) she quickly followed up after julia passed my information to her. I didn't have to wait around for a callback like i did after reaching out to a few other dealers. At the point i had my conversation with LO, i had an appointment with another dealer to view investory at a dealership in michigan but with how quick and responsive LO was in answering all my questions, i decided to move forward with MBNO and I'm glad i did. She got everything ready, sent it to their finance guy Andrew and swiftly put the gear in motion in securing my GLB. Shout out to Angela as well. At vehicle pick up, she was very thorough with explaining all the features of the vehicle as she knew this was my first Mercedes. She also followed up a few days later after i had driven home with my new vehicle to make sure i was happy with my car and to make sure my Mercedes me connected services were properly set up. Overall i had a great buyer experience with this dealership. I would definitely go back to this dealership in future when i am ready for my next Mercedes.
