    I have no pets. I got my haircut a couple doors down today. My 8 year old daughter waited patiently, so when she asked if we could go into Pet Smart I obliged. She was hoping to simply look at some dogs. I came to find out, this was not a thing at Pet Smart. The young lady at the counter could’ve said, sorry but no. However, without hesitation, she sent us to the big window and brought a dog into the play area for my daughter to see. Her small gesture had huge impact. I never caught her name…college age, blond hair, 1 tattoo sleeve. Pet Smart is privileged to have her on the team. Thanks again.

    My Dane really likes daycare at the Hotel. Out of 3 places we've tried, it's the only place she has enjoyed. It's also convenient that the Grooming Salon is right there because they can do her nails for me.

    The pet hotel for boarding and daycare is great. They have excellent employees there who genuinely care about animals and it warms my heart getting my pet's "pawgress" report and reading about how much fun they had that day. I definitely recommend and will be using their services again.

    Aside from finding everything I need for my 3 dogs, I'm always impressed by how helpful their staff is. I especially like the grooming department and have been a long time costumer of that service because of how carefully and compassionately they've interacted with my pets and how thoroughly they are cared for.

    Great online order and in-store pickup experience. Ordered a product for 50% off--just what I needed as well. Was greeted, received my ordered, got thanked, and out of the door at the store in 2-3 minutes. In a hurry--so this experience was great!

    Maya in grooming and the whole grooming team is outstanding. I drive 30 minutes just so Maya is able to groom George. Highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

    I shop here for our rabbit, Sookie. Was looking to get her a new bunny hideaway. Look how cute!! Good selection, sales and very organized. They have everything you could want all in one place. Love this!

    Stop selling birds. Most birds are rehomed multiple times during their life's. People do not understand how complex they are. Most people think birds are an animal that just sits in a small cage and you feed it seeds. Do not purchase a bird unless you do in-depth research. And birds are not a pet for kids.

    I have never experienced poor service. Never. I'm in there ALL THE TIME. I buy a lot of crickets and help is a quick button press with a staff member appearing out of thin air. Magical. (I do absolutely prefer when you guys have crickets ready to go though. I don't see that as much now as I did in the fall.) And staff go out of their way to ask if I need help. Wow.

    They sold me a sick kitten. I paid like, $150 for this kitten and within a few days of getting him to his new home, he started sneezing and his eye was watering.. When I looked over the paperwork they gave me for him, I found out that he was sick and might have a cancerous growth on his tongue. I fell in love with my kitten and I couldn't even imagine giving him back. We just have to live with it, and hope for the best.

    Kayte always does an awsome job on our boys. It's great to find someone you can trust! Ashley does a great job too, she did especially great on our oldest dogs nails (formerly claws 🙂).

    Staff is very friendly. Wish they would get the Conure by other birds. They need interaction. Unfortunately price for him was unrealistic

    The store in Parma doesn't carry much selection of Fancy Feastbut Great Northern DOES ,prices just keep going up, their house brand of litter is as much as tidy cat which is way better,every month the prices go up 8 cents a can,when I started going there a couple of years ago fancy feast was 53 cents a can and now it's 86 CENTS ,THIEVES!

    They have a better selection than most for catfood. Customer friendly. The rescues were clean and fed. Highly recommended.

    Great store. Pet hotel is great. friendly staff, nice clean rooms and lots of room for dogs and cats. Our dog was well taken care off and happy when we got him back.

    It had what any pet owner needs. I got 3 times a month. Prices are outrageous as inflation ensues and there is always one cashier... the cashier I get stuck with 99% of the time has 2 wrist braces on... no big deal however, she personally has miscounted my change about 10 times in the last 6 months. I didn't realize newer generation can't do math.

    This location sells diseased live feeder crickets that will kill your pets. Literally watched my scorpion die before my eyes and now one of my tarantulas is severely ill. Last time I purchased crickets I lost another T as well. Not coincidence.

    DID THEY CHANGE OWNERS??? THE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING WAS SO VINEGARY I COULD NOT EAT IT. THE SOUP WAS ALL WATERED DOWN NO FLAVOR THE BOLOGNESE WAS NO WHERE AS GOOD AS IT USE TO BE. BLAGH AND THE WAITRESS NEEDS TO BE IN THE BACK WASHING DISHES. CLEARLY DOESNT LIKE HER JOB.

    So disappointing... our first time there and was treated like a criminal. The girl was rude didn't really try to help us.. wouldnt listen to what we were asking for and she wouldn't get within 1 foot of us because our puppy had a boo boo. They lost business will never return.

    Bought crickets here on March 20th, 2022 and they severely overfilled my bags of crickets but I guess that wasn’t that big of issue. Unfortunately it was and most of the crickets I thought were just extra were diseased or dying and unfortunately I had not realized till some were fed to multiple tarantulas. I lost a scorpion and a Tarantula may be next. The only other time this has happened was when I bought crickets from here. Go figure…. :/

    Phenomenal staff. We did a recon visit at this location since we were in that area, the staff was awesome! We had questions about owning a Betta fish and there was this one young man in the store who stopped what he was doing to answer all our questions gave us the world of information. We left the store that day and went back the next day even though we live 40 mins away from that store. The other locations we had been to before were ok, but this one was exceptional. Cudos to the staff.
