    Not a good experience, very little selection. I went here through insurance claim, and will not go back or encourage others. The car we received had engine and tire codes on the dash light. Even receiving a message to have serviced by dealership as soon as possible, which i was told to ignore. Every car available was sub compact. My opinion all said totally un exceptable.

    I needed a rental while my car was in the shop being repaired and I had a loaner car from Enterprise The customer service is great! They brought the car to the collision center and picked it up there for me so I didn’t have to make extra trips. I really appreciated accommodating they were and how easy they made it for me.... thank you!

    Consistently renting out unsafe cars. I’ve had to use this company for rentals for a car in a body shop. Cars they give out leak oil, are low on oil and have bald unsafe tires. This place really needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt.

He has no customer service skills and will threaten you if he feels like it. horrible experience with him and this enterprise. if you like your money, go to a different location! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! you will regret going here. Everything is much more difficult and stressful at this location. i have been renting cars from enterprise for 6+ years

    Easy to find location. Nice selection of cars. Staff was very nice. If you are looking for a car with GPS, make sure you request this when you're reserving your vehicle. None of the cars have GPS. Staff made it sound like SUVs have GPS. You can hook your phone up to get directions but make sure you clear your phone info before returning your vehicle. We picked up our car and it only had a half tank of gas, but, when we return the vehicle, we only need to fill 1/2 way. You can pre-pay for gasoline so you can return it on empty and they fill it for you. The price was $3.30 a gallon so they do not gouge you. The interior of the car was very clean and they even give you a Clorox bleach wipe. If they don't have the vehicle you requested, then they'll put you into a comparable vehicle or a free upgrade to something else.

    My son and I were on our very first leg of a long road-trip to visit graduate schools where he has been accepted so that he can walk the campus and experience the scene in order to help him make a final decision. Shameless plug: he is graduating from the University of Wisconsin (UW-Madison Badgers) with a double major (Biomedical Engineering and Neurobiology), double minor (Computer Science and Entrepreneurship) and a Business Certificate. Among many others he has been accepted to the University of Pennsylvania, Biomedical Engineering graduate school, Duke's equivalent and also Georgia Tech. So on our way from Chicago to Philly we were caught in a sudden heavy lake effect snowstorm on I-80 just south of Cleveland. I had just let him take the wheel so that I could catch some Z's when all of a sudden my car (a Porsche Panamera) decided to make a bee-line directly into the center concrete median, breaking the entire wheel/steering/axle system rendering us stranded. So, long story short, at 10 or 11pm on a Monday night, we were surrounded by Highway Patrol, Wreckers, Tow Trucks, Highway Safety personnel and others to get the car up on a flatbed and towed to a local Porsche Dealership while my son and I searched for a hotel and car to continue our very important journey. We ultimately called Enterprise and by 9:30 or 10:00am the next day they had a car ready for us with a one-way contract so that we could complete our journey and end up back home in Chicago while the Porsche was being repaired. The office staff where we picked up the car (they picked me up at the hotel) were extremely professional, compassionate, understood our predicament and went beyond expectations to get us back on the road. I can't thank the staff there in North Olmstead, Ohio enough. Bravo to everyone there and you have a new loyal customer.

    My Husband & I had to have vehicle repairs done & got our Rental Vehicle through Enterprise North Olmsted Ohio. This was the best experience we've had renting a car by far! The Staff was very polite while engaging with is (even the manager was outgoing & interactive), our rental was ready on time, there was a large selection of vehicles and they were very clean. I am very satisfied with our experience and will definitely come here for all of our rental needs.

    Friendly enough, but the employees seem VERY intent on giving you more vehicle than you need or ask for. We have an insurance claim and instead of renting us a car that was comparable to what we're getting repaired, they wanted to max out the daily limit on our rental coverage. AND used scare tactics to upsell their daily extra insurance.

    Enterprise was super helpful! They picked me up from the collision center and got me into a very nice car and made the process smooth and easy. Drop off was just as easy and my interactions with the North Olmsted team was awesome!

    Car was not ready for when I reserved it. I had to go to another site to pick-up. Car had 0 gas and had to wait even longer for it to get gas. I rented truck and it had 57,000 miles on it. Did not drive very well - gas had to be pressed pretty hard to get any speed. Floor was torn up with a large hole in rug.

    When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes before anybody greeted me or even acknowledged my existence. And I was the only customer. I watched several employees sit around and chit chat like they were at a party. I reserved a mid-sized car. When somebody finally come over to assist me, she told me the only car they had was a mini-compact car. Then she said she can call me if they get something else. I had to be on the road for a work trip right away. During this whole ordeal another employee rudely stared at me. I had to go to out of my way to the Strongsville location to an appropriate car. This was my worst rental car experience ever. Fortunately, the folks at the Strongsville location were awesome. I can't believe both locations are a part of the same company.

    Had a rental through an insurance claim. Enterprise picked me up at the dealership and got me into my rental quickly. The first available was a very large SUV (too big for me) and they switched me out to a much more suitable car no problem. Also being able to return the rental to the collision shop and not take the extra time to make a trip to Enterprise was a huge help!

    My wife & I rent a car at least once a year for several weeks, and though it seems there's a new staff each year, everyone has always taken good care of us. We've had a couple of cars that had issues and we were taken care of. Our most recent experience was with Jess, who got us in and out super quick on both pickup and return with no hiccups. Even when things don't go 100% as we'd have liked, everyone over the years here has consistently made it right, which is why we keep going back.

    Had a scheduled time to pick up @ 5:00 pm on a Friday stopped earlier @ 10 am that Friday to check if comes with a luggage rack. Person at Enterprise said car was ready now and could take if I wanted , so I was able to arrange a ride and pick up. The return date was the following Saturday. Our trip ended a day early so I took back the car @ 4:30 pm that following Friday. When I asked them if the bill was adjusted to take off the extra day not needed I was told since I picked it up @ 10:00 am the previous Friday and returned it after the 10:00 am I was billed the full extra day (6) I explained the I did not need the car until 5:00pm but was told to go ahead and take it now they said sorry the billing cycle goes on time and I extended the 24HR total, This will be the last time I rent from Enterprise.

    The best thing about my rental experience was the fast service and the nice people. It literally only took minutes to pick up my rental car. And even though I had a close encounter with a deer, even that was handled quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

    JONATHAN IS THE MAN! This guy is the poster child for customer service. Im a chef and i wish i had this guy as a front of the manager! He worked everything out for us. Best person I've ever dealt with renting a car and that's saying a lot. Cheers bud. Ill be back!

    Jonathan was very cheerful, experienced and friendly, he helped stress free returning my rented car with the least possible steps , if you want great customer experience make sure to contact him you will not be disappointed.

    One of the workers was extremely rude. The other worker tried his best to make up for the firsts bad attitude but still left me feeling uncomfortable. The car was clean and ready to go so I cant give them that bad of a review because I'm here for the car, not supreme customer service.

    I called this Enterprise location after a horrible experience with the Strongsville location and spoke with Jess after explaining my situation. Jess immediately calmed my fears and explained they had several cars that would fit exactly what I needed and would probably several more in before I got there in 3 days and not to worry they would handle it and she immediately switched my reservation to their location. Saturday arrived and sure enough Jess had a standard SUV with 3rd row seating waiting for me. I could not be more thankful for Jess and the North Olmsted Enterprise! We will definitely be back!

😠 If I could give less than one star I would. The nightmare began with being offered a 1pm reservation for Saturday at this location. This location closes at 1pm. Why would a business offer reservations at the exact time they close? Neither Avis or Uber Customer Service can explain why this happen...
