    This employee is very weird, my things were in the cart and he came up and asked, "can I take the cart?" I said no, I haven't finished yet, he stood and then takes my things out of the cart and puts the trash can on top. Picks up the cart and leaves. Was it really so hard to wait a couple of minutes until I finished and what right does he have to touch my things that I paid for?

    I understand people steal razors and shaving cream but if you're going to keep locks on cabinets you need to show up to open them. I waited 15 minutes then a few minutes after I walk away they're taking care of someone else when I walk back by the isle. I also understand help is hard to find but lazy workers are just that, lazy workers. It seems like e wry store is turning into the steel yard or the east side. It's a shame. Definitely won't waste my time at this Walmart anymore.

    Customer service is always miserable. Everyone except a woman named Debbie. Everyone else is unbelievably rude and make returning something so uncomfortable. We literally dread having to work with customer sevice if we need to return something and pray that Debbie is working. At least she is nice,treats you with respect, and doesn't openly seem like she dispieses every aspect of her job, unlike the others act like for whatever reason.

    Customer Service is rude! No one answers the phones. I left groceries in the bag area because our cashier said we grabbed everything. I tried calling to let them know that I would be back later to pick them up. Deli tried to connect me twice and they hung up on me. Tried calling them directly about 10 times and they hung up on me. Also stop letting energy companies solicit in your stores. No one wants to be bothered grocery shopping in your over crowded store!

    Our location here in Elyria is a newly built store and probably one of the busiest Walmarts locally. Products sell real fast here. North Olmsted Walmart had some items that this Walmart didn't have but I enjoy going to all locations nearby. 😀

    One of the lesser quality Walmarts in the area. Have laptops on display at bargain prices, the key here is that they're on display, implying they have them to purchase, of course when asking for assistance to purchase one they're out of stock. When asking if the display item could be sold the answer was no. Perhaps if you're out of stock on an item and don't want to remove the display item instead put up a sign indicating as such to save everyone's time. On a positive note their microwave cheeseburgers are shockingly delicious

    Need help with a return or anything.... No One will help , they will make up excuses and try to find someone else to help you. I waited 20 min to get a key ( the self-serve machine was broken ) made because they can find anyone to help you.. plenty of employees walking around but will not help you. I ended up leaving , on my way out I tried to speak with customer service ,, no surprise they were closed and wouldn't let anyone back ..... Would you like to return anything to Walmart?? They will once again make up excuses you can't return literally everything in the store.

    As expected. Went to pull into a parking spot, but it was taken by a cart. Employees taking up the aisles with pallet jacks at 7pm. When are they not stocking product? A bunch of kids riding around the electric carts. And I checked myself out and then had to show my receipt to the one employee who said two words to me - to make sure I checked myself out correctly. I mean it's Walmart. It's exactly what I expected. I got mostly what I wanted (except coffee ice cream which seems to be a rarity these days). But I got my two 40 lb bags of bird seed. I just can't give it 5 stars. Customer service is non existent and the Walmart experience, in general, just feels dirty. Like I'm contributing to the degradation of the shopping experience.

    Overall terrible prices and very rude and incompetent staff. If they are in the middle of stocking shelves and you interfere with their work, you are usually greeted with a disappointed look and a “I don’t know” response !!! I just wish that for all these years that I shopped somewhere else !!! There are much better business to do business with !!!

    The people who stock and clean the store obviously work hard, but it depends on the day. The customer service is awful just as everyone else has been saying. I asked for help with a cologne that they lock behind glass and the guy acted like I just asked him to sever an arm. Waited there for about five minutes as he said he would call someone but I have other things to do with my day, I can't wait around to have someone finally come over to help. If you're going to lock up the product put a button there to call help when you need it instead of just having a locked box with no sign or anything telling you what to do to get it open so you can purchase the product.

    Had a delivery as usual. The delivery person said he doesn't deliver to apartments. I'm on the 3rd floor. I've never had an issue. So I quit ordering from Walmart and their lazy drivers. I tip pretty good but it's still not worth the extra $40 they throw on for WEIGHT and the Store charges. I'm done using this service. I can't belive the guy said he wouldn't deliver my order to my door and bonus, he called to tell me this.

    I stopped in for snacks thought I would check the shoe section since I needed new ones. I saw this cute blue pair thinking of my late mothers fave color. 4 pegs of different sizes same color I grabbed a size 9 tag cost 14.98. Took to self scan rang 27.98 questioned price told to go to customer service went and got picture of shelf and tag. Thought she would resolve situation she had another customer so a different cashier called me over she told me that was the price that shoe section was being reset. Why were incorrect tags left up? VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    This is one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been too. The first time I went I went to the self check line and the lady that was I guess the attendant stopped what she was doing with another customer just to come stand next to my children and I and purposely watch me smh the other customer asked if she was done assisting me and the lady said one sec but I never asked for her assistance. I brushed it off but my children had questions in the car of course. Decided to go back only because this Walmart is the only one that carries my meat replacement products that I use and I I went to the self check out line and the same cash attendant was there once again she did the same thing but this time I had my whole family with me she refused to let us move our cart and she was touching my fruit with her hands people coronavirus is still around respect folks space!!! This lady is a racist with no manners and shouldn’t be working in customer service very rude. I want be back to this store😢😡

    The store is clean and well stocked; but, I only found 5 of 15 items I wanted to purchase. I didn't have a long wait in line to checkout with a cashier today. Nice that there is a Subway here so you can eat or get a pop and sit down. T he help at Subway are fast and very nice here.

    Aisles filled with pallets of items needing to be put on shelves, presumably for the weekend crowd. I could not find an item, asked John, and he stopped is unpacking of new products and walked me to where the item was located. Now that is customer service!!! Thanks John! I also bought a computer mouse for 25% less than Best Buy was selling it for with a 30-day return rather than BB's 14-day return policy. Update: I bought Lay's Salt and Vinegar Chips. It was really more like bits. I'm actually going to return the bag, demand a refund. Buy 10 more bags, and if it's the same garbage in the bags, demand a refund on them as well. It's not settling in the bag, it's indiscriminate packaging and handling of the product.

    This walmart is a joke. One too many issues to post on here. Go to Avon, Strongsville or Medina Walmart. Any where but The North Olmsted walmart. Once in a blue moon you may find what you need here this store is poorly stocked And has mostly rude customer service as well as mostly rude managers depending on the the day. Only positive thing I can say is that they do have some very pleasant curbside employees who actually do an outstanding job. Maybe they should train everyone else inside the store including the managers

    The place was bustling and I had a difficult time finding a handicap cart to use, but once I did, the cart was fully charged. Shopping was pretty easy, nothing blocking the aisles. The merchandise was well stocked. I didn't interact with any staff, whatsoever. The checkout lanes were all self checkout. You couldn't choose to go to a person. I find that sad and terrible, and I took off a star for it. There are people who need help with their purchases or just don't feel comfortable with self checkout. The bathroom was fairly clean, but three of the stalls wouldn't lock. There were enough lanes open so that there wasn't much of a wait, but they had a bunch of the self checkouts closed. Why have them if you're still going to make people wait for a register?

    I had a great experience at the deli. The young lady was friendly and efficient! I had to exchange some canned food and the young man in customer service was also friendly and efficient! I gave it a 3 star rating because the floors were filthy with trash everywhere and just plain dirty. Then you have to check out yourself while employees are standing there on their phone. So fun to work all day and then have people watch you do what should be their job.

    For the first time EVER, I can confidently say shopping at Walmart is a breeze lately! I am pretty loyal Walmart shopper so I can relate to the stress most shoppers have experienced when it came to checking out... Always seemed there was never enough registers open, or not enough staff to assist those with inquiries during checkout, and then you find yourself stuck in line for almost as long as it took to shop! THANKFULLY THO, since they updated and added new self-checkout registers to the North Olmsted location, I can't remember the last time I had to wait in a line 🥳.

    Tried to exchange my bag of frozen mixed fruit as part of a recall thats all over the news and was told there is no recall and couldnt exchange or get a refund! Better hope no one gets sick from this!!

    Good experience. Shelves were a bit bare here and there but overall not bad. The cashier and the sweet lady at the door on the way out, we're so kind and wonderful. Full of smiles and that made the whole trip!

    Bought Propel powder which was listed at $1.97 in the store. At self checkout it scanned at $2.49. Contacted an employee to notify her of the problem and hopefully, correct the problem in the future. The employee searched on her handheld device for the price and said the “online price” was $2.49 and she was unable to correct the price. Was curious to see if they corrected the problem but never was. Big corporation screwing us again! Are we supposed to track our purchases from now on? Just another money grab

    I had a horrible experience at this Walmart location. I was supposed to have my babies pack-n-play delivered to my address and instead it went to to a different address. Customer service told me they would resolve the issue and have the packages delivered within an hour. Nothing was done, I had no updates and I was left to put my kids to sleep on the floor. Very unprofessional and very disappointed in Walmart. Will start going to Target instead!!

    This Walmart supercenter carries a couple different varieties of products than the normal Walmarts I frequent. Items that are new to the Ibotta app can often be found at this location. The store was clean and my cashier was nice. Parking lot is very busy.

    Another Walmart in another town. Still it is a large store with a lot of stuff. You go in you shop you leave. And a normally with stuff that you need. I had to go during Christmas crazy this time because my microwave died. They had what I needed and I got through the checkout fairly quickly if you look at how many people were in the store.

    This location is doing the best out of the Cleveland area locations. Shelves are pretty empty but not nearly as trashed as steelyard or the one on tiedeman. Employees are friendly and helpful.

    Actually a pretty clean and organized store. Very nice people at the pharmacy. But you may want to think about being armed if going at night. The police always seem to be there dealing with something when I go at night.

    One of the cashiers named Brittany gave over the top customer service. I had my 5 month old baby in a carrier in the cart so I had to get a second cart to hold my groceries she walked all the way outside with me and helped me load my groceries in my car. What a sweet gesture!

    My 6 year old wanted to but a toy with her birthday money. The toy was not in the right place so I scanned it with the Walmart app it came up $10.. got up to the cashier she scanned it and it came up $13..soni told her what the app said. She called over a female manager walking by and she keep walking to the other side of the store where she just stood there until she felt like coming over 5 mins later...she said they can price match their web site. . Like you really going not price match your own site..it was only a $3 difference but my 6 year only had so much money to spend and she pick that because she had just enough to get it and have a some left 😑🤨 Not only was she a jerk about it she just didn't want to do her job...this Walmart need better managers and staff...

    The one staff today that was stocking the school supplies was so very rude and getting mad because people were walking down the aisle and she was trying to stock but where would you like people to walk lol people can't jump over aisles and two if you don't like working at Walmart stocking selves go get a better job that's a suggestion don't be rude to people. Walmart has to start doing better .

    This particular Walmart is under renovation, so things are all moved around and you'll be lost. I'm in the middle of some projects in my house and was getting frustrated looking for things since they are not where they use to be. But I have to mention this amazing sales associate, Danny, that went above and beyond to help me. I was in the paint department and eventhough I knew what I was looking for, he was helpful in telling me the difference between a few of the brands. He was very honest and just helped reinforce my decision (sometimes that's what you need). He even helped me in another department when he was on his way to lunch. People like that can change your whole mindset and day. He's such an asset to the store.

    Nice shopping experience. Quality food items, nd I got everything I wanted. The bathroom was terrible 😞. Only one restroom 🚻 was available, while door # 2 wasn’t a complete restroom 🚻 it only had a chair nd small table. I had to wipe off the toilet seat 💺 with soap 🧼 nd water 💦 first. Cashier was pleasant. Bathrooms should be cleaned 🧹 every 30-40 minutes especially when dealing with the public!!
