Absolutely freezing inside that store. Elderly people shop there and y'all can't have the heat on! Are you seriously kidding me? That is absolutely unacceptable! I'm in my 40s and was freezing. Then watching little old ladies shop, ai was getting concerned for their safety. There is zero excuse for treating customers that way!!!!!

Needed some outdoor fabric for a sailboat project and they had the perfect fabric in the perfect color. The sales ladies were extraordinarily friendly and gracious. One even found me a discount app on my phone to use. It was one of the nicest shopping experience I have had in a long time. This will be my go to store for more boat projects.

Wife gets a lot of things for her crafts, just wished she would make them and sell them rather than give them to family and friends. We would make a lot of money if she just sold them, don't let her know she is talented.

Been here a couple of times, now. Boy, the cost of fabric has gone up. Found the toy snakes I was looking for. Searched everywhere for them. Finally found them here. Went with the alternative to use tubing, pipe cleaner, and air dry foam clay to make my own. Also found some sea glass and natural stone for a magic wand project. Ended up going with some sea glass from Dollar Tree. DT had a bag for a buck, & JoAnne's was more like $8. To be fair, the JoAnne selection was larger & better quality, but we were going to paint over them anyway.

AJ did a beautiful job framing my grandfather’s military class photo from 1948. She took the time and care to touch up some areas of the photo that had torn over the years and selected a mat and frame that complimented it beautifully. I’m sorry I couldn’t see her in person to thank her when I picked it up so I’ll say thank you again here!

Look at your receipt b4 you leave...once again they didn't give me sale prices on 2 items..getting to be a habit...got material on my trip and heading back seen on my receipt over pd..ugh can't go back...errrr

I always come here for yarn and supplies, I get a little lost sometimes but I love the store and the employees

dont bother on calling to ask if they have a product - they will straight lie to you on the phone and claim they do . waste your time and gas . youll come in to find out they dont have it when you arrive at the store & when you try to figure out who answered the phone to have a word with them , they cant say since there " multiple" people answering . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! sad that workers can't do their job .

I love Joann fabric so I might be biased. They always have tons of stuff to look at. I love the fabric selection. The decor section is fun to browse. There are always discounts, coupons or specials going on! I order alot to make purses!

Nice store with kind employees. I'm always confuse with some of their coupons and offers, but thanks to the coupons I have saved a lot of $money$.

Wonderful selection, great organization. Almost everything is easy to find, and the staff are kind and friendly. I come here often with my friend.

I came today to purchase some fabric to make bandanas for my dog. The store was very neat and tidy. I had a really good time speaking with the lady working the cutting station, although I did not get her name, she had shorter grey hair and we had a nice time chatting about her “i-spy” quilts! She took an interest in my project as well. The cashier, Jay, was also very pleasant.

While clearly understaffed, this store runs like a well-oiled machine. I would like to thank Miriam for an outstanding job and customer service. Not only did she handle our questions, she took the time (while managing other customers questions) and helped us tremendously! Thank you.

I’ve never been good at crafting so I was stressing out a bit trying to put together a garland for my mantle. Karleen spent the whole time with me, going through picking which flowers looked best. We laid out all of the possibilities on the floor and built it together. Im so excited and I wouldn’t of been able to make it this beautiful without Karleen. She was amazing!!! I didn’t expect someone to put that much effort into helping me!

The place is really clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Manager Carolyn is amazing. She will make sure you walk out as a satisfied and happy customer. You will always find good sales and you can always get coupons online or email or just ask the staff because they always have paper coupons. I always enjoy my trips to Joann Fabrics.

Got something framed here, the woman that helped was a super star, so friendly, and got it done before Christmas on a daily short timeline. Would absolutely recommend!

Curbside pickup is very timely. However, have found certain items out of stock and unavailable for pickup at the store.

As the name implies, good for craft supplies but lacks in some art supplies. Wish they had larger selection of drawing and pencils.

Store was as expected. I was so thrilled to find out that I can bring my dog inside. Stores really get my business when they allow pets!

This is my favourite if the local big box shops. This location in particular seems to always have exactly what I'm looking for and everything I'm not.... came in to get one cut of fabric, walked out with 7, plus a bunch more stuff.... friendly staff who are also actual crafters and will chat with you about projects! Again, my favourite Joanns in the area, and I have to drive out if my way to visit.

This store is a train wreck, pattern drawers don’t open They are crammed together, pattern books and table horribly decrepit, sale signs never taken down so you cant be sure your getting the sale price. JoAnn’s overall is joke with their over inflated prices and then offering coupons.
