Have been going here for years. Facebook says closed permanently? Would be a shame if so.

Wide variety of toppings. Satisfying burger. Crispy sweet potato fries. Value for your dollar.

I really enjoyed my first Brown Bag Burgers experience! I came in incredibly hungry after a workout and took home their Brown Bag Original Burger, the Bandito burger, and a medium order of Foo Foo Fries. The burgers and fries tasted amazing and were nice takes on common plates. Plus, the price point was reasonable. I definitely will be back for more!

Brown Bag Burger is an excellent burger joint. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain their burgers. The burgers are stuff with toppings to the point it falls off the side. I would recommend B.B.B. to everyone to try it.

They have awesome build your own burger set up. They definitely are better than 5 guys and some similar places. You can get a way better burger with way more toppings than you're getting any where else, for a cheaper price. Service is always solid, but the food is why I go and KEEP going.

Brown Bag Burgers has some tasty toppings and nice sides. It's not my top burger pick in the area, but it's a nice change sometimes. Their Fiesta Fries are really good, though they get soggy quickly if you let them sit. The sweet potato fries are probably great in store, but when you get them delivered they get soggy as well. Overall, I recommend giving this place a shot!

Stopped in for a late lunch. I got a single, small fry and cheese. Way too much for me, but really good, fresh food. Very friendly staff and clean establishment.

So we haven't been here in years! The burgers and fries were still very yummy. BUT the tables were awful. We had to go to our vehicle to get alcohol wipes to clean the table. Crumbs and hand prints and the sides of the table were very dirty During this time. There should be more dillegence about cleaning.

Food is good, but pretty disappointed in the service I received recently. First as I placed my order, the kid taking it seemed pretty disinterested in what I had to say. He stared at me blankly as I asked for no ham on the “meat-eor” which somehow translated to no mayo in his brain. I couldn’t simply take the ham off as it is melted with the rest of the burger while being cooked, and I had to ask for a side of mayo instead of it already being on there. Second, when I received my burger it looked like it had been made while the cook was practicing his pitching skills. The patty and toppings were thrown into the basket on top of the bottom bun, and was messy as all get out. This is not fast food, so I do not expect it to be done in NASCAR pit crew time. It was not busy at all either, so there’s really no excuse

Unfortunately, we wanted to like this place. And it looked delicious. But my husband and I spent the whole night hunched over the toilet seat with food poisoning. I haven’t been asleep since 2am. This was our first date night in 15 months. My husband has a double burger and i had the single burger with fiesta fries. Since it was both of us who got sick and we ate the same type of burger (he just got an extra patty). Sorry to say we won’t be back.

Felt like a 5 Guys wannabe! The burger was OK but not as big and did not have the flavor of a 5 guys burger. The fries were soggy and quantity was tiny!

Best burgers in the Cleveland area. Constantly delicious and pretty inexpensive compared to some other places. Get the Cajun seasoning on your fries. You’ll thank me later.

This is the 2nd time ordering from here. Burger is fantastic, juicy, cooked to perfection. Ordered build your own….. lots of choices for add-ons. Fries are always fabulous. Just crunchy enough. Large portions. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve eaten here, and I was happy that it exceeded my memories of previous orders.

Visited here for the second time. Burger was dry, not juicy at all and was not seasoned. Just a blah taste. Toppings overwhelmed the burger and the bun was on dry side. Fries were good and hot, with a generous portion. Did not get my 15 dollars worth. Five Guys definitely better.

I've been hearing about this place for years and I just finally went... not worth the hype. Five Guys is two minutes away and is much better to my tastes. I had a Godfather and the friend I was with had a Brown Bag Original..... "meh" is all I really have to say. Burgers were dry and the buns were WAY too big for the patty size... all the outer bites were half bread half meat! I will say the fries were decent and the service and general atmosphere were nice. If someone else was paying I'd eat here again, but I wouldn't spend my own money or suggest this as a place to eat.

I ordered a build your own burger and ask of the toppings I picked we're delicious. The veggies were all fresh and crisp, perfectly complimenting the party and cheese. The fresh cut fries were the best I have had from any restaurant in town, soft inside and nice and crispy on the exterior. A good amount of food for the price and i was left feeling full but not sluggish.
