I made an appointment for 11:00 the day before and once I got there they literally took every single walk in before me. I am 8 months pregnant and was trying tk do my nails for my baby shower so I waited over 45 min to he called back and nothing.... a guy finally handed me the color swatch options and I waited for another five min then finally just left. Very unprofessional. If you make an appointment then make sure to take those people back before your walk ins.. and have workers who know how to do the service you requested appointments for. I’ll never come here again. I’ll stick to privé in Crocker.

Girl was not friendly. Didn’t do my cuticles and my nails are clunky and wavy. They are sharp underneath. Was the worst set of acrylics i have ever had and this was $60. Waste of time and money

I asked for a new set of acrylic nails since my current set had grown out a lot. The woman was rude and kept questioning why as if she didn't want to nother. She was in a complete rush. She was supposed to round them at the tips and all of my nails were pointed and in different directions. The edges are rough not smooth and she denied it. She would not make them smooth so I finally paid and left. A day later most of the nails were lifting. What a waste of money. Horrible experience.

This place is VERY unprofessional and are not good at nail services. My mother came here to get her nails and pedicure done. The lady skipped one of her toes and my mother had to let her know that she did not complete one of them..... this is not the worst part of it at all. When the other woman got finish doing her finger nails it literally looked like bird beaks and this is not an exaggeration!! They were also very thick with lumps and bumps every where! They were uneven some was shaped to the left and some was shaped to the right. There were clumps of white acrylic underneath the nails. My mother complained to the manager and she told her to come back the next day and that she will fix them. My mother comes in the next day and the manager changed what she said and said that she is not going to fix them and that she have to wait until noon what the NAIL TECH WHO JACKED HER NAILS UP COME IN. Why would any one in their mind let the person who did not do a good job go back and do a client's nails who she did not do them right? PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! BELIEVE THE OTHER COMMENTS THAT COMPLAINED OF SIMILIAR THINGS....IT'S TRUE!!

I only give them a 3 because i love a specific tech there, Raymond. Everyone else there suck. The lady in the first chair does good work while u are there only for the nails to lift after 2.5 weeks. They also chip pretty badly. Ive went to her twice, i like to give people the BOD. I also went to Kevin, big trash. He does great pedis but nail work is mediocre. I only try other techs when Raymond isnt working and since i drive 50 mins to get there i dont want to waste the drive. I will be getting Raymonds schedule soon. I rather wait for him

Been coming here for years. They have many great nail technicians. The polish always last way longer then when I go anywhere else. Everyone’s very kind.

The lady argued with me about my previous services I received somewhere else. I know what I got and I know what I wanted. Didn’t even bother, just walked out

As for the quality of the fill I'm sure it will not last and I will have some type of fungus. The nail tech did not cut any of the lifting acrylic off even after I mentioned it, she just went in for the fill.. They seemed to be nice, and the shop was pretty clean so I gave them 2 stars as far a the quality of my nails I won't be back and will not tell a friend

I’ve been seeing Vanessa for years. She does a spectacular job of a flawless men’s manicure with gel. My friends see her now also. I would recommend that you do too.

Came for a late Friday night pedi & couldn’t have been happier with the experience, amazing job on my feet and toes and the aromatherapy is such a nice added bonus 💅

These 75$ nails feel like press ons and are shaped all funny.. no effort put into the work just plain.

This is horrible just messy and is average expensive for noting they just always trying to steal ur money saying it’s taxes I hate going to this type of salons

Went with my niece today and had a great time. Nina was great and did a beautiful ombre french tip type of look on me and her mom painted my 5 year old nieces nails. They were very patient with her and even gave us water and candy. I was also able to take pictures of our nails with a cute little ring light Nina had. I will most definitely be coming back and I would 10/10 recommend.

Okay I got my nails done here a week ago today and my nails are already grown out and breaking. They didn’t cut my cuticles either and they’re way too long and they did a terrible job and I payed $70+tip. Wouldn’t suggest.
