Played 18 holes and decided to get an All Beef at the turn. Was told to "take my lunch to go" as there was "people coming up behind us" been golfing for many years and get an All Beef every turn. Never have I been rushed out of the clubhouse by staff, regardless of who is on the course. Never heard of such a thing. Will never be back. All beef was divine though.

I got married here this past weekend - the ballroom is absolutely amazing and gorgeous. Erin is so great to work with and makes planning the wedding/the day of the wedding run smoothly. I keep getting complements on how lovely of a venue Springvale was. They provide all the food, cake, linens, centerpieces, etc. to make everything super easy! I highly recommend having your wedding at Springvale!

My review is for the ballroom: Springvale was my dream location. For 18 years, I’ve dreamt of having my wedding at Springvale. When we got engaged, I let my fiancée explore some other venues. He wanted to compare some prices and be sure he liked the place as well. It wasn’t long before he agreed Springvale was the perfect fit for us. We got married on 4/28/18, which is the last weekend of ‘Wedding Season’, so we were able to take advantage of discounts with a few vendors. Right from the start, Kelsey was amazing to work with. She was helpful, patient, and bubbly. A few months later, she left the company and we were so nervous to have a replacement! Then came Brittani. She was also amazing- experienced, dedicated, and detailed. She is so friendly and eventhough she sees hundreds of couples- she really made us feel like we were special and our wedding was exciting. It is clear her main objective is creating the perfect event for her client. Springvale is a classy, traditional, vintage-style ballroom. The gorgeous wood floors, giant bar, high ceilings with draped tulle and chandeliers were exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The room set up for our wedding allowed for a huge dance floor. This venue is great for large weddings because it’s not crowded at all. Very accommodating. We went to a tasting and got to choose some menu items which were all delicious. We chose the chicken piccata and roast beef. On wedding day, the chicken didn’t have much sauce with it, so it was pretty bland. I was disappointed, but everything else was wonderful. They forgot to pour the champagne for the head table, so we had nothing to toast with. We were nervous about having enough bartenders for our crowd (a friend had said his daughters wedding had a line at the bar all night), so we sprung for a 3rd bartender. Not sure if we needed it for 220 people, but for sure there was no line at the bar. All of the staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Brittani made everything EASY. I love Springvale so much and I couldn’t be happier we chose it for our reception. Hands down, my favorite vendor for our wedding. It truly was a dream.

Springvale Ballroom was fantastic from start to finish. When we first saw the venue we were immediately in awe of how beautiful the inside was - it's truly a hidden gem! Brittani was very professional and provided us with everything we needed as we live out of town, and stepped up to the plate again when we we had to reschedule due to COVID. I could not be happier with the staff and facilities at Springvale before, during, and after my ceremony. Thank you so much!

Great value for the money! Beautiful course off the beaten path from the Great Northern shopping area. The course and greens were well maintained and play moved very smoothly. Definitely worth a round!!!

Nice little hidden gem with great history. Very well taken care of and was aerated wks ago. Its almost fully healed played there last wk for first time and really enjoyed it. Was only in one of their numerous, recently renovated, sand traps once...😉

One of my new favorite courses in this Area and I play them all. Good design very true greens most greens in this area are either slower or crazy hard. Not the longest course and since its not a ton of uphill and downhill especially on the front it is actually one of the most walkable courses we've played this year besides Brairdale and Airport which is much less nicer.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the ballroom and it was perfect! The venue is so beautiful and the event coordinator, Erin made herself so available to help with anything we needed while planning and day of. Springvale did a great job making our day as stress free as possible!

We held our reception at Springvale and could not have asked for a better location! The venue coordinator was so helpful throughout the entire process especially with navigating throughout the ongoing global pandemic. It was super easy working with one vendor on linens, centerpieces, cake, and chairs. Their team set everything up and took everything down at the end of the night which reduced the amount of stress on me leading up to the wedding. Did I mention how absolutely dreamy the venue looked during the reception? Stunning! Pricing was absolutely reasonable for the greater Cleveland area. Highly recommend Springvale - you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful people and club house. Course in good shape. Roughs a little bit long can loose ball in them.

Very nice golf course! Played here a couple of weeks ago on a Friday evening and was not disappointed! Extremely fair rates, and the course was in excellent shape. One of my favorite courses in the area. Not the longest course, but can still be very challenging!

We held our wedding reception at Springvale Ballroom! Erin and the staff at Springvale made our wedding absolutely perfect! They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests had everything we needed. The food and service were fantastic! Erin was the best to work with! She made sure everything was exactly as it was supposed to be throughout the entire process of planning and, most importantly, on the day of our wedding! I cannot recommend Springvale enough to use for your special day!

This is one of those popular local golf courses as evidenced by the number of “dead golfer memorials”. Lots of sandstone and other markers of past golfers that obviously loved the course. Very playable and not too much trouble in play. Wide open fairways and lots of rough. Two very scenic holes where you hit across a deep gorge. The fairway grass was very plush and the greens were very puttable.

The course was in good condition and the clubhouse people we're friendly but the starter/ranger was a little overboard. Rushing us through on the turn and then we sat at the 10th tee, 11th tee, 12th tee...ect.

Nice course, but rude ranger/starter. We were WELL within the recommended play times per the score card, but were told multiple times we weren't playing fast enough. Finsihed front 9 in under 2 hrs and the full 18 in under 4 hrs. Group behind us didn't have to wait for us more than once (on the 18th), so I'm unsure what the management's problem was with us. Will go back, but not in a rush thanks to the starter who "politely" scolded us for playing too slow for his liking.

Hands down, my favorite course to play locally? Price wise, not the cheapest. The greens? Eh, could be better. And let me tell about the crowd! Lots of frat boy bro-y types of dudes who wanna drink and think getting aggressive on the course is perfectly acceptable golf behavior...now, you may thinking to yourself "you've definitely sold me on playing here, whats the tee time situation looking like?" Well I'd be happy to explain it to you. You'll be booked every 4 or 5 minutes, and on the weekend you'll be lucky if you spend less than a hour total waiting around to get off the tee. Seriously though, for a public course, all of these things are to be expected. And unlike most pub spots, the greens break and are true most of the time. It's suprisingly well taken care of and there are some pretty fun holes here. 1 and 11 are personal favorites. The course dogs here are on point and I never make the turn without one, hell today I had 2! The only real criticism I have about springvale is that there is no range to warm up on, the putting green is small, and there's only 2 par 5's...I got a lot going on in life and I've only been able to get out once, maybe twice a month if I'm lucky. But I always check tee times at springvale first. 4 out of 5 stars, strongly recommend

A nice, old golf course. You can tell it is close to 100 yrs old. Relatively flat and easy course but #11 is a challenging par 5. Perfect place for a weekend round with friends

Golf course and club house are in great shape. I like the back 9 as it has a bit more character and challenge. Club house is big, air conditioned and plenty of TVs. The outdoor area is wonderful for golf outings.

Great great golf course. I play it a couple times a year. Today was after a flash flood the night before. Plenty of standing water. Apparently drainage could be better. Got off just behind tee time, and the play was decent on a sunny Saturday afternoon.
