Very unhappy with this place. We moved in to a place that was infested with bed bugs below us that was not brought to our attention ever. The exterminators had to tell us it wasnt us and it was an issue they were working on. They had to come to our apartment at least 3 times my baby and My girl were bit over 20 times. Then they tried to blame it on us and said it was from out moving truck.. they had already pushed my move in date back for months, when I moved it there’s was stuff not finished it was not move in ready what so ever. My brand new windows and air conditioner leaked they very first week and soak our floor and clothes. They had to call a carpet guy to come dry our floor days later. They are very unprofessional and lack communication with us as well as staff. No one ever knows what’s going on. No one is ever on the same page My family and I were discriminated against daily we didn’t feel safe or comfortable living here. We couldn’t even go to the pool in peace without something always being a problem. I was forced to move my family out of this place. . I’m so sad that they allow people to treat other with such disrespect with no repercussions what so ever because they have lived here for ever. I didn’t feel heard nor respected and that’s just not an environment I want for my family. And it’s not worth my money. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel very disrespected and I’m so unhappy with the treatment here that I don’t want anyone else to experience this.

Victoria Plaza was the first time I would be transitioning from a house, to apartment living. I was very apprehensive. But when I came in to see my apartment, I was told this was my home, and make it my own, and I did! After 3 years, I still enjoy coming home to my peaceful retreat! The office staff couldn't be more courteous, willing to help out and remedy any problem or repair you may need, and nothing is too small for them to help you with. With their open door policy, the staff makes you feel comfortable whenever or whatever you need! Our professional maintenance staff keeps on top of anything that needs to be repaired or replaced, and are prompt and respect your time and your home. More importantly, they.are trustworthy. The pool area is beautifully maintained, as are the grounds around the building. The snack room (open 24 hrs) is a great place to get your late night chocolate fix, and if you feel guilty about it, you can always go to the well equipped gym, (also open 24 hrs) and work it off! Or you can watch TV while doing your laundry, (also conveniently open 24 hrs)! No need to worry if you don't drive, or want the expense of a car. There's a bus stop directly in front of the apartment building and you can get anywhere you need to go! Shopping, great food and Sunday worship services are within walking distance! The really impressive thing about living here, is the willingness of your neighbors to help you out, even the ones you've never met! From just holding a door open for you, to help you take bags of groceries to your apartment! You will not find this type of caring and attention the entire staff of the Victoria Plaza family provides anywhere else! Welcome Home!!

I moved into this complex by early summer. The leasing office has great staffs especially Carol and Casey who are very friendly and provided all the necessary information. Any maintenance issues they are quick in response and attend to it as soon as possible and ensure to follow up on the issue. Their customer service is excellent. The place is right opposite to the northern mall and absolutely convenient.

I have been living here from last 3 years and its a very good place to live. The office people are very friendly and the maintenance staff is very helpful and they try to fix things immediately. I really like living here i will definitely recommend this place to live. THANKS

I have lived here since 2011 and this building is great! Nice workout room, vending area for snacks & drinks. The pool during summer is a great place to be.. my kids love the pool and the playground. During summer we use the grills & picnic area a lot. The staff is excellent. Carol is so nice and super helpful addressing anything you need. Lisa is great at handling any issues or concerns. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and does a great job getting work orders completed the same day. I have even switched units and Sandy did a great job getting my current unit ready for us and making sure everything was new. I would highly recommend this building- plus it’s in a great location for shopping!

Me and my roommate have lived here a couple months now and we both really love it! The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and it feels like they really care whenever we have a question or need help with something. They are always quick with maintenance too. The building is kept clean, and we haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors either, which is great as I'm someone who doesn't deal well with too much noise. Overall I don't have any complaints and I'm really happy living here at Victoria Plaza!

Very nice place, but PLEASE fix the potholes in your parking lot. These potholes are so huge it’s messed up both mine and my boyfriend’s cars, and it’s very difficult to avoid them. Same thing with the front entrance, it’s basically a whole curb you have to drive over. Besides that, nice place and nice apartments.

I'm a first time renter and I just moved in recently after Victoria Plaza hit so many check marks. The first thing is the office staff are there 7 days a week and either reachable by walking downstairs or giving them a call, and it's always a pleasure being greeted by Carol who was phenomenal from the tour of the rooms to throughout move-in day or having Tasha expertly answer my out-of-the-blue questions. Security is taken very serious, so I feel safe about my everything in my apartment, my mail, my packages, and even my laundry, which is all within the secured building. And there are other things like a cleaning staff for commonplace areas, multiple elevators, a voicemail system to provide residents real-time alerts and updates, and all the other amenities the place has to offer that just makes sense for a place like this to have, they do. And the biggest thing for me is it's right next to the Great Northern Mall, and the area around the mall is built up with almost any kind of store, food place, or entertainment you could desire. Additionally to get on 480 you basically go down one road, take a right and have access to the on-ramps so you can go explore west cleveland or head to your job a couple of zip codes away.

I can not express how grateful l am for Carol Claypoole the Leasing Manager. She went out of her way to ensure l got the apartment l wanted. I am a numbers person and she was able to explain and go through the numbers with utmost efficiency. I love my Apartment and l am so pleased to call Victoria Plaza my new home.....Thank you so much, Carol.

I’m going to keep it real and short… The apartments are nice but this place will inconvenience THE HELL OUT OF YOU!!! They are constantly have problems with the pipes and valves for the water… Your water will always get shut off I had to go rent a hotel room just to take a shower because they turned off the water for more than 12 hours and all I got was well we gave you enough notice… I’m sick of the inconvenience so I will not be signing another lease

I have been a resident for three years. This spring my windows were replaced. I was not mentally prepared for the number of days this took and the chaos this created in my living space. A big kudos to Ryan, Miguel, and Scott. They were a huge help and I very much appreciated their patience and respect. These gentleman are a true asset to your team at Victoria Plaza.

Recently moved in and the people are incredibly friendly! Super convenient location for the highways and the mall is right across the street! Loving every minute of it so far! It’s a great establishment

Great location and very affordable! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is always quick and efficient. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. The gym has a nice selection of equipment and is always kept clean. We highly recommend living at Victoria Plaza Apts.

Love this place Carol in the office is so helpful and kind. Ryan in maintenance is wonderful. He gets things fixed right the first time and is always helping everyone. We appreciate being here and how attentive they both are.

From the staff to the pool, I have enjoyed my experience. Clean, the maintenance, my apartment with a beautiful sunrise and sunset. This is a great place to call home!

Victoria Plaza is such a wonderful place to live. In my time here I have enjoyed such peace and incredibly courteous neighbors. Management must have a special way of attracting it's tenants and employees. It's centrally located near shopping and I always feel like all I need is within reach. From my apartment I enjoy a lovely view. Whether summer or winter If you enjoy a great home environment this is the place to be.. Carol is so amazing and can help you with any questions you may have.

I've been here 3 years and the management and staff keep getting better. The complex is well run and when there is an issue in the apartment, it's fixed within 24 hours. All the maintenance men are excellent and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff keeps up with the building, which is hard because a ton of slobs, who I believe can't read, live here. Over the last 22 years I've lived in a many apartments and this is the best.

My family and I have lived here for two years now. Staff is amazing and quick to fix or address any problems or concerns. The people in the building are friendly. They have great amenities as well. And my children love the pool/ playground. It’s definitely a nice place to raise my kids. And the school district is absolutely amazing! Best school district we have every been attended.

I've been here for 4 yrs because, They have a pool, play ground & patio. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and get things done. I plan on living here in the future. Also we close to the freeway!!

My Wife and I have lived here for 10 years. And have nothing but good things to say about living here at VP if something needs fixed, they are very attentive and very professional. The office is so nice and helpful and the grounds are kept clean. Outside of on move-in days the elevators being a little slow there are no complaints.

I’ve been living there for over 26+ years. I’ve helped at times to raise my grand children. There school system is great. The shopping across the street is awesome. The area is also great. Restaurants galore. Movie house too. As a tenant I cannot complain at all. When I have a problem they address it quickly. The building is in good shape and they keep it that way. The staff is very friendly and if you have a problem they’re always there to listen and address your concerns. I don’t think you can find a place that would be better.

I first lived at Victoria Plaza from 1981 to 1984. I moved out of state for 15 years. When moving back to Ohio in 1999 my first thought was Victoria Plaza. I have since lived here for 23 years! The amenities are great and consistently maintained by a well qualified maintenance team. The office staff is very responsive to any issues that may come up and see that they are taken care of quickly and properly. I can't think of any other place in area that I would rather live. It's convenient to shopping, interstates, airport and just a great place to live!

We just moved in and it’s been a nightmare ever since. The leasing office ladies, except Carol, are under trained and under informed. We were told that the apartment we were moving into was ready to go, and since then, I’ve had to make three maintenance requests to get stuff fixed, including cleaning a crusty stain off the carpet, smudge marks on the walls, bathroom doors that don’t shut properly, and a stove top that doesn’t heat up and has rusted coils. It took 6 weeks to finally get me into the intercom system, and they put the wrong number in! Then we were promised a storage unit by carol, which took several weeks to get only for the key to be bad, which was another nuissance. Furthermore, for my move in day which was yesterday, they told us it was their policy to move in on the second floor, which nobody told us about! We had very heavy and akward furniture to move, and we had to lug it up ten steps to use a freight elevator that not only had ground floor access, but wasn’t available to use until a half hour AFTER the time slot I requested it for. When we brought up the step count to the leasing office woman, older woman with dark grey hair and glasses, she told us she didn’t know about the step count because she’s never been on that part of the building. Really? You’re property management and have been there for six weeks, yet there are parts of the building you don’t know? The only reason this doesn’t get one star is because the view is great and maintenance is on top of things. I feel for you if you have to interact with the leasing office ladies. May god have mercy on their souls. Edit: one month in and things seem to have settled down, although had they done their due diligence and made sure this apartment was truly ready to move in, these issues never would’ve happened. Parking is still a nightmare though, which has become even worse now that they’ve shut down a third of the lot for……reasons. Yeah, all we were told is just that with no specifics. Furthermore, hours after I posted this review, maintenance came up to fix our oven, which I remind you must’ve been from the 50s with rusted out parts, and they asked my fiance to change or delete my review. You cowards! If you have a problem with what I have to say, talk to me directly, and don’t bully her. More importantly, had you actually read the review, you’d have seen I only said good things about the maintenance team and how you’re very on top of things. Well, coincidentally, that same day, we discovered the bathroom in the bedroom was wet, and it was found out that when the toilet above flushes, it drips through the vent onto us! I’ve never felt more unwelcomed in an apartment before and am counting down the days until our lease is up. It will take a lot for us to consider renewing.

The Apartment is superb and very good place to live. You can easily acess grocery stores and every other stores around. Opposite is a bigger mall and what really baffled me is the staffs at the apartments. They are doing their job very professional. Carol and the rest staffs are doing an amazing job.they seems to know everybody by their names as big as that apartments, that shows how friendly they are. I will definitely recommend this apartments for friends and family.

We lived at Victoria Plaza for four years and we had a wonderful experience! Jan always made community events so nice with her excellent cooking. The maintenance staff is prompt, friendly, and will go out of their way to fix any issues, especially Jim and Charlie. Sandra and Casey kept the building clean and very well maintained. Great place to live!

I can’t recommend Victoria Plaza enough. The apartments are great, excellently priced, and the amenities are awesome, but what really shines here is the staff. The ladies in the office (Molly, Karen, Jan (happy retirement!)) have been nothing short of accommodating, helpful, kind, and friendly. The maintenance guys as well have been amazing. One of them lives on my floor, and we have pleasant conversations in the elevator. Needed a repair done and sent an email late at night, got a response first thing in the morning and followed quickly by a maintenance man who instantly fixed the problem (replaced the whole AC unit with a brand new one). Through college and my couple years post-grad I’ve lived in a whole handful of apartments at different price points, and nothing beats Victoria Plaza. Plan to live here until my partner and I are ready to be homeowners. So happy to call Victoria Plaza home!

Let me start off by saying that I am extremely grateful for Victoria Plaza.  The staff here was extremely patient and generous in helping me, a recent college grad, get approved to live here.  Now that I have lived here for a year and am planning on staying for another, I am happy to say that the experience has been extremely positive.  The apartment is nice and a great value, the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, and maintenance has always been accommodating and quick to fix any issues.  Water is charged at a flat rate which is great if you have roommates.  The view facing the back side of the apartment is absolutely amazing, especially from a higher floor, and makes the experience feel high class. :')  Laundry room is also spacious and I have never run into a situation where I haven't been able to do my laundry.  They have some great amenities as well, like the outdoor patio, pool, and workout room, which I think makes it a great value for the money.  Not to mention that the location is amazing - it's within walking distance of the mall and shopping plaza, which I love!  There are several stores and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient - I never have to leave North Olmsted to get what I want.  The overall experience is definitely a significant step up from my old college apartment, but for about the same price.  But the best part is most definitely the staff, who are always kind, patient and accommodating.  I always feel welcome and never feel pressured, and there are never any surprises when it comes to rent payments or anything else.  As I am writing this review in June 2020 I would also like to mention that the staff's overall response to the COVID-19 crisis put me at ease, and I was glad to see that they were understanding and willing to work out payment plans for those whose jobs were affected by the pandemic.  Overall, I am extremely happy and grateful that I have been able to live here, and I highly recommend!

Recently moved into Victoria Plaza & been loving it ever since. The leasing office has an amazing staff with a feeling of already being home. Everything you would need in life is 5 mins away. With the freeway right around the corner. This has to be the best apartment complex you could ever find in North Olmsted,OH. The community is a very safe & fun area to be living in. Thank you Victoria Plaza for being the best & thank you to the leasing office for making me feel at home.

The corporate office did their best to provide a nice environment for all residents. Judging by the location, price, and life quality you will have, it's a nice place.

I am awaiting the results on my application but I must say this place is so nice! The staff, especially Carrol is so so so sweet! We’ve laughed and she let me come back and relook at the apartment with a family member! I really have my fingers crossed, but if you can, snatch a place up in this complex!!!
