Too
bad
leaving
"0"
stars
isn't
an
option!
Worst
Denny's
experience
EVER!
On
the
night
of
St.
Patrick's
Day,
I
called
in
a
"TO-GO"
order
just
after
midnight.
I
was
told
by,
[who
I
later
found
out
was]
the
manager
on
duty,
that
it
would
be
ready
in
10-15
mins.
Arrived
within
10
mins,
checked
in
(with
the
same
manager
who
I
spoke
with
on
the
phone)
at
the
counter
and
then
took
a
seat.
After
sitting
for
almost
20
mins,
I
politely
asked
if
the
order
was
almost
ready.
I
was
responded
to
with
a
"less
than
friendly"
attitude
and
was
[then]
told
that
my
order
was
never
received
by
the
kitchen.
"I'm
gonna
kill
them
back
there,
I
put
it
through
but
no
one
saw
it",
the
manager
told
me.
I
thanked
him,
then
sat
down
and
patiently
started
to
wait
(what
I
thought
would
be)
another
15
mins.
After
30
mins
I
realized
I
was
being
blatantly
ignored/avoided,
so
I
tried
calling
(from
inside
the
restaurant)
and
watched
as
every
employee
ignored
the
call...TWICE!
At
one
point
2
employees
were
chatting
at
the
counter
by
the
phone
but
never
answered
it.
After
all
was
said
and
done,
I
was
given
the
wrong
order
so
had
to
wait
longer
for
them
to
make
what
I
ordered.
One
of
the
side
items
(which
I
specifically
asked
if
they
had)
I
ordered
was
on
my
final
receipt
but
not
in
the
bag.
I
went
back
in
and
politely
mentioned
they
forgot
it,
then
was
told
they
no
longer
carried
that
side
item.
In
the
end
my
10-15
minute
wait
turned
into
over
2
hours!
I
can
excuse
quit
a
bit
from
a
busy
restaurant
after
midnight,
but
on
a
night
when
there
are
more
empty
tables
than
full...I
cannot
justify
why
the
service
was
so
sloppy
with
a
manager
who
was
clearly
overwhelmed
and
incapable
of
doing
the
job.
I
stopped
ordering
from
here
through
Uber
eats
awhile
ago
thinking
it
was
a
delivery
service
problem,
now
I
know
that
it's
a
Denny's
in
North
Olmsted
problem.
Oh,
and
I
am
including
pictures
of
my
order.
Sadly
I
didn't
open
the
box
until
after
I
returned
home.
Tell
me,
would
you
eat
something
that
looked
like
it
was
stepped
on?...
In
the
end
(after
over
2
hours
of
horrendous
service
-
$12
-
what
looked
like
inedible
"food",
and
NO
VIABLE
APOLOGY),
I
went
to
bed
hungry...
