This location has 0 air-conditioning. As soon as you walk in you are struck by a wave of hot air. God forbid you have to wait for your order, you may just pass out from heat exhaustion. The workers must be suffering but I've been here a few times over the last few months and it's never been less than 80-90 degrees in here. Whoever owns this place should be utterly ashamed.

Awesome cheese and crust! We've tried pizza from literally 5-6 local mom and pop shops, and this pizza is great! Can't wait to try more of the menu! Finally, a worthwhile pizza 🍕

My first time ordering from this place. Wow, now Thats AMAZING pizza!!!! And great chicken, and thee BEST salad!! I'm in love. Will only order from here forever. Oh mymymy, yummy yummy yum!

First and last time customer.the dough was flat, rubbery and tasted like someone tripled the salt in the recipe. I have a hard time believing it is made fresh daily. A dollar store pre-made crust would have been better. Now let's talk about price. 22 dollars for a large three topping. Absolutely not worth it.

After several negative experiences my family decided to boycott this location and likely the chain (a big deal as we love pizza!) as they failed us on multiple fronts the evening of 4/1/23. Failure A: we made a phone order of 3 pizzas and were told 15 minutes. This was clearly deception or severe incompetence. Failure B: When arriving to pick up 20 minutes later, they were only just inserting into the oven(!) It took ANOTHER 20 minutes wait time during which some waiting customers cancelled their orders and left upset. Failure C: (Led to boycott decision) The staff wasn’t updating anyone, apologizing, or engaging at all. It’s like they all had a collective mental health diagnosis of avoidant behavior. Maybe they were embarrassed, drugged out or something but it was unacceptable behavior toward their customers. Failure D: They messed up the order but only a little bit to be fair. One of the pizza’s was supposed to be well done and wasn’t even close to that state of crispy brown bliss. So back to places like Antonio’s, Master, and Angelo’s for my family which are further away but at least competent.

Unfortunately had a less than positive experience. Got home with my pizza and they got the order wrong. I was willing to look past that because they were busy, but we paid (a lot extra) for toppings that weren’t on the pizza. The pizza itself is average at best and massively overpriced. If the pizza cost half of what it does now, it would be perfect.

I ordered at 5:10pm, was told it would be 45 minutes for delivery and did not receive my pizza until 7:45pm. When I tried to call to check on the status of my order, no one answered the phone. The pizza was cold upon delivery. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered my pizza today at 2:10pm they told me 15-20 min I get there at 2:35 I waited till 3:25pm to get my pizza the workers had no idea what they were doing the one guy was in back chilling outside on phone the 2 ladies ignored me when I walked in they weren’t busy at all… terrrible customer service highly do not recommend I ordered a large and was given a medium and they said my bad and said we’ll discount it 5$ didn’t offer to make new one or nothing the north olmsted location stay away

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE for delivery drivers. We keep them in business and push their food out the door for chump change, and literally EVERY order is 15-30min late past the pick up time. It’s been this way for years, yet the owner still hasn’t called DoorDash or Uber to get their orders sent to the drivers later than they are. I have lost unspeakable amounts of $ to this place.

I finally found this place in a little strip mall on Lorain Road. Super nice and friendly customer service--on the phone and in person! I ordered the "classic" calzone for my son, and he loved every bite! Grilled Chicken, Red Onion, Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper with Provolone Blend and Ricotta Cheese with two sides of Red Pizza Sauce. Since Giovanni's advertises in ValPak, I got a discount too. I'll definitely order again from this simple yet delightful pizzeria.

Ordered hot wings for the big game. The associate at the counter was friendly and conversational. The order was ready fast. The wings tasted OK and were good sized. However, they were not spicy hot enough. The dealbreaker is that bleu cheese was not included! Gotta have bleu cheese!! Add celery and carrots and that would have been huge!

Update: All I want to say is a year later from this review and I can't begin to tell you how amazing this pizza is. Literally just the Cheese pizza is so amazing I buy it all the time. Their wings are fried and super good so if you're looking for pizza and wings, and you want something that actually tastes amazing this is your place. Their customer service has been top notch still. Oh and they have Tiramisu that is incredible! What kind of pizza place has actual good dessert anymore? They literally do everything right here. Let me tell you people something- This place gets it. The pizza is super high quality and customer service is top notch. So I heard people rave about this place and gave them a shot. I'm glad I did, the pizza is superior to the normal chains bar far, so much so I had forgotten what good pizza taste like. Let's break it down: Sauce- it has a robust, herby sweetness that just hits home hard. Cheese: Melty and always well cooked. Toppings- super quality, like Angelo's-esk. They really do a good job at loading up. Crust/dough: perfect balance of crunch and chewyness. Let's talk wings- they fry them and rank at the top of the biz at pizza places. How bout mistakes? I've ordered a few times and when an order of wings showed up with the wrong sauce I didn't really care but my fiance doesn't like garlic parm. I just replied back to the email they sent and let them know that there was a mix up. They called and left a VM asking to make it right but again Im easy going I just ate my wings and it wasn't even a big deal so I never called back. Well, I just ordered again a week later and to my surprise they gave a nice little brownie to top it off. This is a business that gets it. To remember the mix-up and slap that with the order really made me feel good about my continued business. You don't need my word on it though look at all the positive feedback. Buy their pizza.

I always go here for a superb gluten free pizza!!! A dedicated cutting table with clean cutting knife always assures there's no sickness in my household, and my son always loves their pizza! 🍕🍕🍕 Thank you for what you do, Giovanni's!!!

Out of 4 total orders only 1 was good. 2 separate times including lastnight, we found hair in our pizza. First time it was on top, lastnight it was cooked into it and found after a bite was taken and it was enough to make us sick. Also they used doordash- I'm sure we paid extra for that but nobody notified us. At least it will never happen again as we will never order from them again. Absolutely disgusting. You should be disgusted with your staff!

Tried this for the first time tonight, did not even know this place existed until we got a coupon in the mail. Pizza and breadsticks were absolutely excellent. Will definitely be a return customer!

My daughter in law ordered both a veggie pizza and a pepperoni pizza for the first time about a month ago. WOW!!! This is BY FAR, the very best pizza I have ever eaten!!! This one beats any other independent or chain pizza shop. The veggies are big and plentiful. The dough is fresh and delicious. The sauce is perfect. We never knew such a gem existed so close by. We will be buying our pizza from this shop from now on. Nothing even comes close to this fabulous taste!

Got the Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza and a Supreme pizza. Delicious pizza, plenty of all toppings! I really enjoy their dough, the crust is my favorite. Staff were great!

I normally would give five stars every time for this place because they nail my order perfect every time. Best crust, best cheese great service. But Yesterday I don’t know what happened. Pizza was partially raw too much sauce peppers on the whole pizza and salad half of the pizza like ordered first time with a bad experience for this takeout. Just goes to show you nobody’s perfect.

A bit on the pricey end for pizza (3 larges is probably gonna run you between $40-50) but it is beyond worth it. Some of the best pizza in this area. They made some really solid sides too so you probably won’t be disappointed with those either. The only real gripe I have at times is that sometimes their delivery is done through Doordash even if you call in. Which means you could be waiting quite a bit for your food as you are at the mercy of whoever is available in the area rather than an in house driver.

This is a great little hole in the wall place for takeout calzones!! They use ricotta in their calzones, and to me you can't make a good calzone without using ricotta. So many places do not. They usually have really fast pick up times so you can call ahead before you leave work and pick up a hot dinner in 15 minutes.

Staying overnight in the area. Looking for a late night pizza. I was very pleased with their fast service. Ready in 20 minutes. Pizza was pefect and so were the bread sticks. Next time in the area, I will be back

Great pies and excellent service. Always polite and pizza gets to you on time. My last order they accidentally dropped our pie and a few pieces were smushed, so they baked another pie and delivered that with the damaged pie, so a two for one so to speak. Awesome pizza and service.

We have ordered from them many times and everything is amazing every time! The service is great and you can tell they care. Hands down best pizza best everything else you can get delivered. You get what you pay for here!

I honestly love this place and their pizza. Hate to even give them three starts. Typically it is 5. However, tonight for some reason they used door dash to deliver instead of their own driver and it took forever and was a cold brick when it showed up. I don’t really appreciate that surprise.

I live in North Ridgeville and tried for the first time today. Both the pizza and calzone were delicious! Crust and sauce were excellent…will definitely be ordering again!

They would not deliver to me because I was paying cash. I have ordered from here multiple times in the past. This is extremely inconvenient. All Ohio businesses should except cash as payment. I know we had the two robbery’s last week but we should still be able to have a pizza delivered and pay cash North Olmsted isn’t that bad a neighborhood.
