Great lunch specials. Server Bouchra was outstanding. The food is surprisingly very good. Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair access is very good also.

Me and my family had dinner at 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 on a Tuesday evening. We ordered the new chicken Marsala fettuccini 🍝 with unlimited salad 🥗 and bread, chicken and broccoli Alfredo with unlimited soup , and chicken Alfredo. The food was good the service was great. Highly recommend!

Service was great! Out server checked up on us every 5 minutes it seemed like. Very attentive. Food was awesome! Very unhappy that when we got home my wife found plastic in her noodles so thats why I'm rating 3 stars.

Food was ok a bit burnt and after our appetizers we waited for over an hour for our food to come to the table and all that was said was sorry we are running behind won't be coming back to this location in North Olmsted Ohio I definitely would not recommend going there would have given only 1 star but the food was half way ok but was burned

We took out 2 dinners from the Olive Garden last week. I ordered on the phone and was told that the order would be ready at 4:30 PM. I drove to the restaurant arriving a few minutes early. At precisely 4:30, I received a text message with a link to click on asking the number of the parking space of my car. Not 3 minutes later, an employee brought out our dinners, which I checked over while he ran the gift card I paid with. In another few minutes, he returned with the receipt. The whole process was pleasant and completed in about 5 minutes.

My girlfriend and I have made a tradition to come here at least once a month. I particularly enjoy the never ending soups. The salad always taste as fresh as spring air. All in all, always a pleasant experience with staff focused on service. They would put cheese in my water if I ask them to.

I went to this location hoping the food and service was better than the last location I visited on Wednesday. But again was disappointed with the server Amelia which came by quiet often, but never once offered to refill my drink Until I finally had to stop her when she walked by to ask if I could get a refill. The soup was a disappointment again. Tasted like they dumped the whole container of salt into the soup. The main dish was great. Don't get me wrong I love olive garden. Which is why i consider Olive Garden one of my favorite places to eat.

One of us ordered the 6 oz steak medium rare, and it was prepared perfectly. That in and of itself was amazing. The rest of our party's food was also nicely prepared and presented. But what stood out the most was the outstanding service provided by our server Nikki. She was energetic, positive, attentive, and friendly. We truly felt like welcomed guests.

This was amongst the best dining experiences we've had in a year's time. Our server (Ray),was friendly,knowledgeable of the menu,patient with our party,and very efficient. My husband and i split the tour of Italy and was able to sub an item. Our glasses never stayed empty,and the food was delicious. The entire staff greeted us from the moment we walked in,and as we would pass them,until we left. I made a point to speak with the manager to tell her what a wonderful experience we had just enjoyed and she made sure to take the time to listen and engage me. This was much better than other locations we have tried,so I think we will just stick with this location.

Excellent fast service, attentive staff, and yummy food, as always :) I love this place. We got desserts to-go, but it was my friend's birthday, so our waiter brought out a breadstick with a birthday candle in it. It was funny and sweet. Thank you :)

Consistently excellent food and service. The salad and bread sticks are a great start to any meal. I almost always go with the lasagna dinner as a big eater, but sometimes just the all you can eat salad, soup, and bread sticks. Any option is a great value.

1st and foremost our server Gage T was very good. Allowed time to look over the menu, which is good for me as my wife has a brain tumor and gets confused. He was quick to check on us and returned often for refills and general greetings. Food was good, however my chicken parm was a little crunchy. Overall a good experience for my family.

We took my mom for a birthday lunch today and had a great time!! Robert was absolutely amazing. Very attentive but not overly attentive. The food was amazing. Thank you Robert for giving us such great service and for my moms birthday breadstick!!!

The staff was extremely friendly! We went in, was able to be seated almost immediately, then got amazing service! I had the "Tour of Italy". The waiter in particular was very friendly, and our food arrived fairly fast. The food was pretty good, and we will definitely come again!

Sat at the bar, bartender was super chill and friendly. Was in town for work definitely would return again when I need to escape the hotel. Dont remember bartender name but he said he worked there about 24 years.

Consistently the best Olive Garden around! My boyfriend and I come here for lunch whenever his car is due for an oil change down the street. Every single time the service has been 10/10 even better than some of the more upscale restaurants in the area. Love this place! 💓

We visited this restaurant for my mother's 75th birthday. When we arrived, it was very busy, however, the service was fast and efficient. We were asked if a booth seat was acceptable. If we didn't want a booth seat they will find another area for us to dine. We accepted the booth seat in hopes that it will be enough room for the (3) of us. When seated the booth was plenty of room to seat (6) people. The waitress immediately acknowledged us, and even though she very busy, she asked if we would like to order our drinks. The waitress provided us with our drinks, then appetizers and finally our main meal in no time flat. While sitting there, the manager spoke and greeted us with a warm smile. The waitress name was Monica, she was even nice enough to provide my mother with a free dessert of her choice and on another plate, a large smiley face, with nose made of whipped cream with a candle! Monica was so thoughtful and even took a picture of us! While leaving, the manager wished us to have a good day and gave another warm smile. Monica received many Thanks from us and a nice tip! God Bless Her for showing such kindness.

We had a delightfully delicious meal with a fantastic and attentive server. We lingered after our meal chatting. She continue to check on us. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our evenings adventures.

,Service was great, seating good, 38 of us in all. GREAT JOB on the Service, and food. ONLY real problem all of us had was the air conditioning, we were all seated in the far back and BOY WAS IT HOT back there. Thanks for all the help and kindness we received..

Food was served on a dirty plate crusted on from previously dining customers the waitress was so busy she couldn't clear most of the dishes but when we were eating and I didn't even take a picture of the eyelash that was on the appetizer plates

Food was great costumer services was awesome. I would've given 5 stars if the chandlers over the table wasn't full of dust. I know a lot of establishment are short on staff so some things aren't kept up with however the cleanliness should be a top priority..

Took my daughter on a dinner date here, and it was hands down the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant! Our server , Victor , was kind , attentive, and so much fun! I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was made to perfection. We will definitely be back soon!!

Food was good. I think they must have been extremely short staffed though because it took 20 minutes for our drinks. Another 25 for apps. And an hour for our main dishes. Everyone very polite and friendly tho.

The waitress, Ashley, was great. Her personality seemed great for the job. She was friendly and attentive, served with a smile, knowledgeable about the menu and conversed with everyone. The food and drinks were good as well.

My husband and I had the best service yesterday! Victor was our server and he was unbelievably attentive, personable and fun! We haven’t had service like that in years. The food was also fantastic!

Was at your location for a friend's birthday lunch on March 3rd 2022. Was served by Bouchra. She was absolutely the best! So very attentive and anxious that we had a nice time.
