I love Jimmy John's but this location has unfortunately become very slow and very poor quality. The last few times we have been here our sandwiches have been made incorrectly, on burnt bread, and we have had to wait a long time. Unfortunately these were take out orders so there was no opportunity to have it corrected. Really disappointing.

Love me some JJ subs. I usually order through the app, but was having technical issues at the I tried using it. Went inside to order and fast great service.

The hours are listed 10am to 9pm. My family was planning on getting sandwiches to take on an outing, so we arrived at 10am. Doors not open. We waited a few minutes. Saw people inside working. My husband tried the door. Still not open. If the hours are listed starting at 10am, why are the doors locked? Why are the people inside ignoring the customers? If the hours have changed, please update them on the website. The store itself did not have hours listed. Will not be returning to this location.

What a great place to eat! They are so fast and the food is wonderful! Everyone working there was very pleasant. I will definitely visit again next time I’m in town!

The wifi was down and I couldn't pay with my card. Then the employee asked to order on the app which it didn't go through because of the wifi. The cashier was not apologetic for the inconvenience at all with a monotone voice. Poor customer service.

The North Olmsted location is awful! Sandwiches are usually topped with brown veggies & little meat, the customer service is terrible & they really aren't very freaky fast!!!

Just a poor sandwich, waste of money. Poorly trained sandwich maker, the kid that took the order was fine. How can you mess up a sandwich?? Had a single slice of meat!?

Whole bunch of dirty looking kids with no professionalism or manners working with pajama pants and messy buns and big raggedy facial hair sitting on counter tops . No class . Texting while you’re ordering right in your face saying huh? To you because ’ With the vulgar music so loud you can’t hear.

Would be a decent place to work if they respected their employees time or needs at all. They have no problem putting you down to one day a week and dismissing your needs or schedule altogether. They recently demoted multiple employees with little notice, and have very poor communication w/ their staff. The tips aren't livable either you'd be better off working for a pizza delivery service or even door dash or uber eats.

Freaky slow. Placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to showing up in store. Sandwiches were not even made yet.

Stop for quick sandwich and was surprised by how good and fast it was. Definitely recommend it for everyone.

Wanted to try the new capizzi sandwich because the pictures advertised look delicious. But in reality the sandwich wqs horrible quality today and washed smashed flatter than a pancake. I reached out to jimmy johns customer service but they said its the franchise owners issue. This is not the first bad experience at this location, however this was the worst quality i have had. A sloppy sandwich thrown together.

I’ve been to many JJs, this location is the only one that skimps on the veggies every time. Usually when you ask for extra lettuce and onions it’s bursting. I got an original sub and asked for extra lettuce and onions and there was barely any, my original #5 sub was the same size wrapped as my JJ Little John sub. For a 7 something dollar sub it’s a rip off. Bye bye, forever.

They hold true to their saying- "Freaky Fast" delivery. I've been on a Jimmy Johns food kick for about a week now. I love the Bootlegger with bacon added. As soon as I submit my order through the app, my food is delivered within 20 mins of me placing my order. The delivery team is always fast, efficient and friendly. My order is always accurate to the T. Keep up the amazing work guys, I'm now a loyal customer. Thanks for the AWESOME food!

I’ve been to this location many times but the last two times I’ve been completely ignored for the first 5+ minutes for some reason even though there was no one else to be helped. Even a “I’ll be right with you” would be nice. Additionally the door was locked today although they were open and once I got in, I told multiple employees and no one seemed to care.

Honestly, 3/5 at best. This quality is why I stopped going to JJ’s for so long. There was not a lot of contents to our sandwiches, the bread was hard, and the lettuce was seriously questionable. Some of it was browning. I just was not impressed.

The driver in the white Honda was very polite and courteous. Talk about fast delivery, literally 5 minutes after I placed my order! Will order again soon.

The staff here is always friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. It's my favorite place for lunch!

Hands-down, the best place in North Olmsted to go for a quick and tasty lunch. Every time I’m in town, this is a must-visit!
