Fries delicious but y'all need to cool it down with the mayonnaise. I wanted a cold cut sandwich 🥪 not a cum sandwich. I wanted because I was flying out to L.A to late to fix your mistake had a couple of bite and had to throw out the rest. Will be back at the end of July hope your manager can fix this. The best Mr Hero in Cuyahoga County! We always get excellent customer service. Their sandwiches are always hot, fresh and made to perfection! The waffle fries are amazing too!

Owner was at the register. He looked really upset. Food was fresh but something is missing. Is it always this flavorless? It's missing something. Prices are too high as well.

I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation. I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint. I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese). It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.

By far the best Mr.Hero I've been to. The fries were super fresh and perfectly cooked, the gyro was fresh and the roman burger wasn't drenched in grease like I'll get at other locations.

This is the cleanest Mr. Hero I have ever been in! The owner waited on us and was so kind. Our food was hot and delicious. I won't go to any other store.

The Roman Burger sandwich was a little off in taste tried bun, and there a tips box at window. Four star for now!

Far and few that I get Mr. Hero's. But with that said. This location is spotless. Eat off the floor spotless. Everyone working was so polite and pleasant. Sandwiches hit the spot. They were great. Refreshing to go into a fast food restaurant and be taken care of quickly and with a smile. Kudos 👏

Store #1086 is where my husband and I went for dinner. We’ve never been to a Mr. Hero’s and a good friend told us to try it. We got the Buttered Cheesesteak Sub with Mushrooms and Onions. Not only was the lady taking our order such a sweet kind woman but the cook in back also makes a bussin’ sub! I would ten out of ten recommend to everyone and anyone. We’re going back tomorrow for sure!

Quiet place with an open lobby. Appreciate that as so many Mr heros have closed lobbies right now. Sometimes one doesnt want to eat in their car.

We spent 25 min trying to find a Mr. Hero open, even though the web says 9pm and the open signs were on, the other mr heros were all closed. This was the only one that was open as advertised on the web. Even with us showing up at 10 to close the staff was great! Super nice, order was perfect, we appreciate it!!
