    Purchased car here couple years ago.Issues w/ car moment of purchase.Present day decide bring car here.called make apptmnt 4 diagnostic.advs'd car shutting down ,lights flicker.unsolvable since SECOND i purchased from this dealership.called specifically asked if could pay for loaner if kept overnight,always been given loaner no cost had cadillacs that were still warrantied.expl'd schedule service around loaner being available cant miss work.told could fit me in 4 apptmnt,if needed to order parts could reschedule day w/ loaner available.left work early,rushed out of car on arrival. gentlemen rushing me Warren McCaskey.proceeded to tag keys,asked what was going on w/vehicle.expl'd to him, also been ongoing issue unsolved.told what previously done.he hadnt listened to word I said.3 hours waiting,when coming in for schl'd apptmnt would assume working on it?told hour for diagnostics would let me know what needed to be done.McCaskey came out 30 min later telling me found problem,disconnct'd cable still in wiring harness.other dealership put new cable from starter-battery left old cable bundled forgot to cut ends. Had McCaskey listened I expln'd this.came storming outside to tell me as if i'd done something wrong.took pic showed to me,walked inside behind him bc he was not listening moving fast.walked in re-explained what he observed w/ cable to other service advisor.person polite & calm,should be one dealing w/ customers.wait for car 3 hours & got OIL CHANGE!NO point said needed oil change today, mentioned if time after diagnostic would do.DID NOT DO DIAGNOSTICS!didnt come for oil change!serious issue needed to be diagnosed!McCaskey came out & retrieved me in hostile manner,let door slam in face which locked,had to walk around to inside of port to enter where he angrily stood.STRANGEST & worst experience had w/ dealership.This man proceeded to tell me didnt do diagnostic,said previous mechanic didnt cut wire end off which shotty work, to which asked if that was causing issues he said no.continually ranted about mechanic work,devoured over 3 hours assured car would at least start diagnostics.puzzled why here waiting on oil change didnt schedule.charged oil change,he didnt charge for diagnostics they couldnt do bc not enough time?told need to take car back to last mechanic who worked on it,could not give loaner even if sched'd & paid for?said didnt have loaners anymore,then said 5 & only given to people who have serious issues w/ car.believe name Steve who has discretion to make these statements.McCaskey talking AT me not TO me,AT me.was aggressive,rude,& obnoxious.treated "less then".I was very polite throughout entire exchange,he let door slam in my face didnt apologize or open for me let it lock.very upsetting.should not have come back.definitely NOT purchase new car here,doing next month.customer is only of value at this dealership if dropping thousands.tattoos maybe?am paying customer,who makes quite good money,they lost for good.also lied said they did tire rotation,wonder if oil was even changed,messed up drivers seat controls,now dont go straight front & back totally crooked.filing complaint w/ AG.McCaskey tried to blame associate who had second day there training.gentlemen who schdl'd me on phone did job,schdl'd for diagnostics,this why when arrived McCaskey asked what going on w/ car that req'd diagnostic.tried to blame everything on other gentlemen.no way shape or form that persons fault. doesnt listen.judgemental,& volatile.should not be in customer service.when raising voice telling me to go back to other dealership he said it would be at least 160 an hour for diagnostics on car and would need great deal of time w/ car, even though spent 3 hours for nothing.spent hour writing review.absolutely unacceptable for anyone to behave that way to customer.Do NOT buy/come for SERVICE.hate to throw rest of team to wolves but as saying goes, one bad apple spoils bunch.that apple the head service advisor takes down entire dealership. Poor form. Do yourself a favor and seriously avoid this place at all costs.

    As always my experience was wonderful. They are always very Courteous. The service was extremely well. They were very timely with my oil change, they inspected my car and ordered the part that I needed. I went in with a dirty car and drove away with a clean car inside and out. Thank you Bob Morris. A special acknowledgement to my salesman and now friend Ernie Kilgore. šŸ˜Š

    Great customer service! Ken was super easy to work with. He took the time and was patient with all my questions. Gave me options to consider for my lease. Finance partner was very informative and engaged with our satisfaction. Great experience moving from the Jaguar brand and into the Cadillac brand!

    Covid supply chain problems meant my Cadillac was at the dealer for more than three months, but the team at Morris was attentive and super helpful. They got me a loaner, and then another loaner when they needed the first one back. Weā€™ve all been inconvenienced by Covid and although it sucked not having my car the guys at Morris took good care. When I got it back it was like a celebration! They cleaned the interior and went the extra mile to make me feel appreciated. Iā€™ll be back for sure.

    I scheduled an oil change yesterday for today. I was in and out so quickly I barely got to enjoy the complimentary coffee and snacks in the customer lounge. Great people and great service. Will definitely be buying my next car there.

    This is the best dealership experience I have ever had. Morris Cadillac makes buying a vehicle so easy. The price was better than any other dealership, and everyone was up front and honest they didn't try to sell you any extras. They took time to know their customer and what they want and delivered on it. I highly recommend them and please ask for Ken Cole, he is very responsive, knowledgeable, and just an overall good straightforward guy. Thanks Ken!

    Scheduled appointment for a recall. The parts came in a week earlier than projected. Was treated like I was the only customer for that day very prompt. Was invited to the customer lounge area that had every amenity imaginable. My car was finished in one hour that included a complete clean and wash. Excellent customer service.

    I waited 2.5 hours before the service dept provided information about my needed repair. I would have preferred to be notified about the delay so that I could make decisions about how I spent my time. I needed my phone charged for a zoom call. The service waiting area phone charging station does not work. While it was kind of Warren to offer a private storage room for my zoom, perhaps he could have found a charger...my call was botched. After another 1.5 hours, I went to the service desk to check on the status, the guys were at lunch...must be nice, I was hungry too. And when I asked about why it took 2.5 hours to receive information about the needed repair, the service department responded that a bearing takes time to repair. Sorry, that wasn't my question...gaslighting does not work with me. After reading reviews, I was expecting so much more from this dealer. 5/23/23- last week, I called the owner, per his request. Left a voice message since he wasnā€™t available. Havenā€™t heard back. Validates my experience. Unfortunate because I was hopeful to find a dealer closer to my home.

    So first of all, to say, I was very pleased with ā€œTeam Steve and Britneyā€ would be an understatement. I love those two people! They are so professional and so warm and friendly at the same time & incredibly knowledgeable of all things Cadillac. These guys make me want to come back to Morris Cadillac Anytime I have a problem or question about my car. Five stars for this part of the dealership (service/body shop) That said, I did have a bad experience a couple of years ago when I brought my car in for some transmission work, it was a different department/ (Person to remain unnamed), but I definitely could not respect his lack of professionalism and bad attitude ā€”and I felt way over charged and my car was left UNLOCKED parked up by the street and my personal belongings had been gone through and most of them stolen. So I canā€™t stress enough that Steve and Britney are the people I trust and that keep me coming back -to Morris Cadillac Many many thanks

    Our purchase of a vehicle at Morris Cadillac was a great experience. They went above and beyond in finding the car I wanted out of state, had it delivered the next day and ready for me the day after that. They were very thorough in going through all the features and patiently answering questions. Each person I dealt with at the dealer was so kind and really dedicated to doing a good job for the client.

    This is a great shop! My 2024 Cadillac XT4 only has 500 miles on it, but I was having problems with the WIFI; problems with the hands-free lift gate; and, issues with a low left front tire pressure reading. Kathleen, the Service Advisor, was very prompt in getting me checked-in, and she was very helpful (and empathetic!) in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. John, the technician, was very knowledgeable and he was quite patient (and, thankfully, not condescending!) in explaining to me the technical issues with my vehicle. I believe that the issue with the left front tire is resolved, and my sense is that the issue with the handsfree lift-gate is resolved. Unfortunately, the issue with the WIFI does not appear to be resolved, but that is not Johnā€™s problemā€”it is GMā€™s problem for putting a product into the marketplace that was not fully tested and that does not seem to be market-ready. Iā€™ll give it a little more time for the Cadillac engineers to come up with a solution to the WIFI connectivity issue, and hopefully that will be soon. In the meantime, kudos to Kathleen and John for being exceptional members of a very professional TEAM at Morris Cadillac! GREAT JOB!

    My girlfriend and I had a surprisingly poor experience at your dealership. Our salesman was giving us the run around and never had a straight answer to our questions. I asked him when the breaks were replaced, his response was ā€œwell if they needed replaced they would have been replaced, so theyā€™re fineā€ - that wasnā€™t my question and was the precursor to this entire experience and was how every question was addressed. He never even showed us the features of the car or walked us through it. On top of that, there was an issue with the title so the salesman had us get in his PERSONAL car, drove us to the BMV - was going 60mph on Lorain and didnā€™t even tell us anything or why we had to go right then and there - didnā€™t explain anything. So we get there, they close in 5 minutes and we donā€™t even know what weā€™re supposed to ask them so we looked like idiots there. His only goal was to make a sale and to do whatever it takes, which I get, but thereā€™s a way to do it, and a way not to do it. Above all else, I had to ASK for a water, I had to ASK if I could grab a drink because it was never offered. When I ASKED for the license plate to be removed off the previous car HE GAVE ME THE DRILL - told me I could do it myself. This experience was an absolute joke. When you spend a lot of your hard earned money to buy a car, the expectation is you are treated well, and you expect to feel welcome. She ended up buying the car because at the end of the day itā€™s the one she liked and that trumped everything else. We do like the car, but itā€™s too bad we werenā€™t more excited when we took delivery. We were more excited to be done with this nonsense than to get the car. If that car wasnā€™t there, they would have never got our business and I can assure you we wonā€™t be back.

The service man checked the car right away and had Kathleen call us to make suggestions on other work that should be done soon. When I picked the car up, Kathleen reviewed the information with me and got me on my way quickly.

    I had routine maintenance service on my Cadillac performed at Morris Cadillac. They were prompt with my appointment. Very professional. Appreciate the comfortable waiting room. And I appreciate the complimentary car wash. I highly recommend Morris Cadillac. I choose to drive 60-70 miles to have them service my Cadillac rather than take it to a local Cadillac dealer because of their friendly and professional staff.

    Fantastic experience!!!!!!! Bought a new XT6 from Sam who was extremely friendly and did a great job from the first phone call to the handing over of the keys. There were a few things that needed buffed out on the car and Derek in the service department was overly professional and very courteous. I would definitely recommend Morris Cadillac.

    Called Morris Cadillac and spoke with Ernie. Requested a lease quote on a CT4 with a down payment and without. Ernie had to ā€œcheck with his managerā€ and would have to call me back. Old school car salesman tactics but whatever. He called back with a payment hundreds more per month or a down payment double that of the advertised pricing on THEIR website. When I questioned Ernie about the advertised pricing, he lied and said it was a National ad and there was no way I was going to get a CT4 for that price. When I asked why the payment was so much higher or the down payment was double, he refused to answer the question, started calling me maā€™am instead of my name, and condescendingly told me Iā€™d better come in since I was having a hard time understanding him. When I asked again to explain the downpayment discrepancy, he literally hung up the phone on me. I reached out to the owner via email because I thought he would want to know how potential customers are being treated and I got no reply. We took our business to Central Cadillac and are buying a CT4 from them.

    My car was towed to this dealer and they kept it for 9 days and didnā€™t even bring it in. They said they attempted to start it but couldnā€™t. Meanwhile, someone helped themselves to my container of quarters in my center console and rummaged through my car. I discovered this when I went to check up on my car and they said that they are not responsible. They kept putting off bringing my car in because it was suppose to be warranty work. I went there and got the car started myself easily by giving it a jump and took it elsewhere. I would rate this place 0 stars. If I knew Cadillac service and vehicles were this bad, I w would have bought a Tesla. BUYERS AND THOSE IN NEED OF REPAIR THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS PLACE.

    I worked with Ed Schurdell to buy my certified preowned vehicle and he was great. He made the process extremely easy, and he was very helpful with all my questions.     Very smooth interaction. Took copies of my License and Insurance, gave me the keys to test drive by my self. When I came back in to purchase, {I had a pre approved check from my Credit Union}. Took me to their awesome waiting area that was fully stocked with with aksoft drinks, snacks, and big screen. Was in there about 10-15 min. We verified the info on the paperwork. Not trying to sell me an extended warranty, rust proofing, or enticing me to go with a "preferred lender". I signed, and I was out. It was the best transaction I've ever had purchasing a vehicle

    The entire experience of evaluating, test driving, pricing, paying for and documenting (paperwork) my car buying process took slightly more than an hour. Literally in and out. Of course I knew ahead of time exactly what I wanted but I have never gone through the process that fast. Except that I wanted add onā€™s that had to be ordered, I could have driven my new car home when finished. Great job.

    The salesman was very nice and a New cadillac drove in just as we were going to leave as they only had suv's we were told but I wanted a car . So we made a deal and I bought the 2023 that came in. I did Not like the idea this dealer doesn't negotiate prices ! I buy a car every 2-3 yrs about but next time will shop around on price and dealers who negotiate as i always have very low mileage on my trade in .And the dealer didnt even comment on my trade or negotiate on that mileage of about 9000 miles on a 5 yr old car. How often do u find that deal ? I am sure they will ask an extra amount for this car but not give me any extra discount on the trade. I am also not keen on extra dealer fees as that is part of what they have to do in normal business but charge $250 or more for strange Ok dealer fees that probably are just profits. In other states I have been in 'they all negotiate .this is th e first time they would not. So a trip to other dealers is the solution when i trade again. If this dealer wants my business they should negotiate as others do. I may go back or not depends on other dealers and what pricing I get. No one explained how to use all the equipment and that was very unusual except for the shift as it is very weird on the 2023. I still give them 4 stars for the car being available at the last moment and the salesperson telling me and for the car although it didn't have all the accessories my trade in had on it.

    In for an oil change and a few minor concerns. The oil change is fine and did a good job vacuuming my car but it took 6 hours!!! And I feel like they blew off my concerns. Now I have tire noise after rotation and no return phone call. Iā€™m disappointed! And the kicker is the price went up $10!

    I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Dave in Auto body at Bob Morris. He did a phenomenal & a exceptional job on my XT5. He was wonderful to work with. I'd do business with him anytime vs. Anywhere else. So if your looking into body work on a vehicle, dont think twice he's the man to see. I highly recommend him over anywhere else!! The staff is always very courteous and helpful. All is very much appreciated!

    I paid $549 for the service department to repair my car heater. It was not turning on all the time and when it was on high it would fluctuate up and down. I picked up my car this evening and the heater still doesnā€™t work properly. Donā€™t they test it after they repair it. Very disappointed. I usually go to Central Cadillac but moved to Westlake and this was the first time at this location. I will call them tomorrow to take it back in for service.
