I placed an online order for copies to be printed. It was to be black & white with customized pages being removed as well as some in color. After picking up my order, I noticed the entire set was printed in black & white. When I returned to the store, I was assisted by Tom (in printing services) & Robert. I always go to Office Max/Depot, they are knowledgeable, have good printing services and always have the supplies I need. Even when I make a call, they provide the information I need i.e., pricing, availability.

The clerks were all very courteous and helpful. I had a question and received honest answers and ideas. I did not know that if you have issues with your computer, they will do a diagnostic for FREE and not charge an arm and a leg to fix it, unlike another company.

No one pressured me in my selection if I ask a question someone was there to help good business policy thanks ..

Eric, the manager, was amazing. I was looking to exchange an office chair for a different color and the 1-800 number was of no help, even though I was in the return period and the item was unopened. He made it happen seamlessly and even matched the lower, current price! Great service!
