Pizza is always on point. And the customer service is one of the best in north olmsted. The workers at this location have great customer service etiquette comparing to the other stores

Solid for the price point. Customer service was solid and you cant beat the big square deal. Old world pepperoni is so underrated.

I live in Fairview Park and I heard that Marcos just started serving cauliflower pizza so i went Online to order one. After several hiccups, I was able to place my order. After picking up my order I got home and realized it was not. a cauliflower pizza. I do not eat bread due to my diet so i called the store and spoke to Andre the manager.He refused to give me my money back because the receipt did not state cauliflower pizza. I told him I was sure I selected cauliflower pizza because I do not eat bread. He refused to make me another pizza w cauliflower crust and even stated "bring the police if you want". I asked him for the corporate number and Andre told me he didn't know it and i could look it up online. I was upset and frustrated and suggested to him how he should and could have handled the situation but he wouldn't let me finish my sentences and I had to hang up on him. This was all over a small cauliflower pizza w chicken, tomato, spinach and white sauce where the online ordering site most likely had technical issues and Andre of the North Olmsted Marcos didn't know how to be professional and rectify a simple customer service situation. Very disappointed in André's inabilities as a manager and customer service skills I will never order from that pizza shop again.

Marcos hit a homerun with my family. It was great!!! They delivered early brought it to my condo unit, the delivery guy was soooo nice. And the pizza, yum, yum, yum, yum! Need I say more? 😊💕

Pizza is always delicious, hot and ready ON TIME!! Staff is super friendly. Always asks if I need plates, napkins, etc. We get pizza here about once a week.

I haven't had a good pizza in a long time!! Took a chance and ordered Marcos from North Olmsted. It was amazing !!! Great flavor , lot's of toppings and made perfect to my order!! Finally great Pizza!!!

I ordered pizza from this Marcos because I was in the neighborhood, normally I order from the Medina store and I have to admit Medina has a much better sauce and the crust is also better more flavor.

Was always the best for years, garden vegetable pizza, however, for the past half year, I have been unable to reach them by phone, landline or cell. The call will not connect. Recently, their online ordering won't work either, so I had to go to the store and order. The last 2 to 3 pizzas I ordered was about half the veggies as in the past and it had a strange taste. They used to have the best crust too. Unfortunately, it looks like it's time to find a new pizza place after 20 years.

I order my food on line. It gave me a few hick-ups . After I ordered our pizza I had to call the location to make sure I placed my order at the right location. Because the directions on the site sent me a long distance away. 93 miles away from the restaurant. When I was only 2 miles away. But when I got to the restaurant I had to wait for the pizza. There was only one person working on orders and one person doing deliveries. There were a few customers ahead of me. So I had to wait. But when I got the pizza 🍕 it was not what I ordered. The manager, which was cook was very apologetic and asked me I wanted him to make the 🍕 over .I told no I would take what he made. What he did was gave it to me free and gave me a credit towards my next pizza 🍕. I thought that was a good idea . I excepted.

This particular store has super nice front counter staff. Always friendly and professional and their pizza is hot and fresh with good prices. Lots of specials too. I would recommend supporting this location.

Shelley (the manager) was awesome!!! I had just driven over 700 miles and my rental car broke down. I had been rained on, I was starving and was stuck in a stinky awful hotel. She gave me great customer service and most important....she made me laugh after a horrible day. Thank you Shelley (hope I spelled your name right).

Just ordered two Italiano subs. Added Pepperoni. Sauce and mayo on the side. I am a lover of Penn Station Subs but they dont deliver, Did not want Pizza tonight so I decided to order subs from Marcos. The subs came on time and hot!! My opinion they just blew Penn Station out of the water!! They were delicious and so much meat and affordable. The Bread was delicious and soft. I guess I Just found my new favorite sub shop!!

Very great pizza. A guy name John I do believe very great customer service great guy. He corrected my order without an attitude unlike other pizza places. I consider this Marcos is the best in North Olmsted. I highly recommend this place as well other pizza places need good employees like the guy John

We had the best experience today! We ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad, my expectations were low I just wanted something quick and easy but the pizzas were perfectly cooked. Crispy (generous amounts) pepperoni, gooey cheese and perfectly cooked crust. The salad was also better than expected, all the veggies were chopped with care and there were lots of them! There was also plenty of cheese with the salad and the lettuce was incredibly fresh and crispy! Even their dressings were delicious, they use Dukes brand packets. To top it all off the staff was incredibly friendly! I appreciate the care that went into preparing and packaging of our dinner tonight. Came through today and I had a great experience. I am a huge fan of the crust and everything else was great too! The place looks clean and they looked busy but everyone was nice and helpful! Placed a carry-out order and it didn't take too long either. Marco's still has it!

Busy on a Friday night, and for good reason. Hard-working staff churning out great pizzas. Of the chains, Marcos is definitely our favorite. The quality is great and the prices are fair. With all the coupons they send out locally, we are here a few times a month

Good pizza that reheats in the oven very well. Delivery can be slow and the pizza not hot. I would suggest pick-up if you can.

I moved out of state for 13 years and it took me a few more to order Marco's because I just wasn't a huge fan of their pizza before I moved but would occasionally get their cheesy bread which I always liked. After TRYING multiple times to order from PH online and having someone call me and tell me they can't deliver and I would need to pick it up because it would take 3 hours to deliver it! I sent emails to them and absolutely no response...I guess they don't want my business anymore after ordering from there about once/week for the past 25 years or so. I've ordered from Marco's about a month or so ago for the first time in a while and I was very happy with the pizza so I ordered again the next week. That time I had a guy call me and tell me they were out of the jalapeno ranch and if regular ranch was ok...ya, no problem. When I got my pizza there were extra ranches and jalapeños...that's how you let a customer know that you actually do care! I wouldn't have been upset if they didn't but it was super nice that they did. I've worked in the service industry for years so I get accidents can happen occasionally(we're are all human!)it's how you handle things after that really matter. Marco's has vastly improved their product and have professionals running the place that care about my business so I will gladly give it to you! Thank you all for the food and service...you are all awesome!!!

Have no problem with the pizza My problem is after years of ordering Diet Pepsi,they said I ordered regular Pepsi! I’m a diabetic,blamed not having the product on their distributor! And they had no other Diet soda to offer,very short sighted! Have been promised a refund but still waiting ! Looks like Marco’s has lost a loyal customer! They might have saved the situation by giving me store credit,but they need to offer another diet selection!
