    Ganley Honda did the timing service on my 2002 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder 2.3L VTEC engine. It’s a BIG job so it was pretty expensive but they did a really nice job. I personally talked to her and she took extra care with my car and went over some things that needed checked and got me a list of all that still needs to he addressed w/ my 20 year old Honda Accord. I really appreciated that she did such a thorough job! Keep up the great work Samantha you ROCK‼️🖤 Another huge shout out to Wendy in the service department she was able to get me in for the timing service for a fair price and get me in and out FAST and get me a rental car for the single day they had my car. Thanks Wendy! Thank you car porter gentleman (didn’t get his name but I talked to him) for washing my car! My car looked amazing leaving your Honda dealership! Lastly, thanks Ed Stein for chatting with me and having me at your humble dealership and taking the time to go over everything with me. 🙏 Overall, Ganley Honda North Olmstead is super clean and a very nice car dealership where they care about their customers. The entire team at Ganley Honda is super friendly and dedicated to their customers needs and overall satisfaction.✊ I would 100% recommend Ganley Honda North Olmstead to friends and family.     Worked with Jarred and Tim. It was a great experience. They are both very professional, knowledgeable and took care of business for me.     I would definitely recommend Ken Ganley Honda if you are looking for a new or old car. They are very respective, prompt, honest, kind and professional. I recently bought my Honda Odyssey Elite 2023 from them. They provided me an outstanding service. I went to multiple different Honda dealerships in NEO to trade my Honda Odyssey Touring 2026 with a newer model, but ended up getting a brand new 2023 model Odyssey Touring after I talked with Ken Ganley. I was never pushed to make my selections, instead I was given all the possible information to make my won selection. If you are going to Ken Ganley, try to find Mr. Bobby Ross. He is a nice person to work with. Very knowledgeable, polite and passionate; and very friendly, familial and respectful.

    I worked with my salesman Dan Crites who did an excellent job with helping me select my new Honda Accord special edition in silver which looks and drives amazing!! The entire process was was simple and comfortable. Dan made us feel like a family member and Michael Sintoni did a great job walking us through the paperwork! Thanks Ganley Honda team for the wonderful experience!! Looking forward to being a repeat customer!!

    My salesman Marc Riha was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and most importantly I felt he was very trustworthy. He knew just what I wanted based on my interests. He got me into a 2022 Ridgeline and I drove out happy. I appreciate the great customer service!

    Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 10am. It was 11:30 before they were even done. I don't understand why make an appointment and it takes so long? Express service lane does not exist. I understand it take a while to fully to the checks. But Never waited this long at Volkswagen next door..Last time I get oil change there

    I’ve just leased my fourth Honda from Jeff Smith at Ganley Honda. From the first lease to this one he’s always been knowledgeable, funny, and patient with my ever-changing mind. Even the leasing agent who had me signing tons of paperwork was a great guy! There’s a dealership closer to me but I prefer to go to them. All of the staff are always so friendly. Keep up the great work! ❤️

    I visited on 10/2/2023 to explore a 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. I had called the day before to schedule the appointment. On arrival, I was greeted by the Sales Consultant Jeff Smith and the General Manager Tim Costa. Jeff rode with me on my test drive, and answered all of my questions about the vehicle, before we returned to the dealership. Then he and Tim put together leasing options I had requested. The showroom was spotless, the car was clean, and Jeff and Tim treated me with courtesy and professionalism. As I left for my next appointment, to evaluate an alternate vehicle, they applied no pressure and asked me to contact them if I had any further questions about the vehicle or the lease payments/terms. It was a very positive experience overall, and I would recommend this dealership and these representatives to anyone in the market for this car. Tom

    My experience with Ken Ganley Honda was fantastic. I worked with Jake in sales and he was extremely knowledgeable about the cars as well as the services that were offered through the dealership. He worked with me and helped me find a car that I absolutely loved. He also helped answer all the questions that I had along the way.     Great visit to have my car serviced. I come there because James Zappitelli provides excellent customer service and always gives me great advice. But I got to tell you, whoever in management made the "bonehead" decision to push the 2% debit card fee to the consumer should perhaps put their customers first! Speaks of desperation.     James was great with communicating updates about the car while it was being serviced. I also inquired about having additional work done on the car which he gave a break down of the cost and allowed me to make the choice of performing the service or not. Never once did I feel like he was trying to upsale me. Upon picking up the vehicle, he provided me with an itemized statement of the work that was performed and the vehicle and answered any questions I had. Overall great customer service!

    I purchased a 2023 Honda Accord hybrid from Ganley North Olmsted. It took 2 weeks to reach the service department to schedule my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The service technician checked all the boxes including,”check fluids “. I did not have wiper fluid when I arrived and I didn’t have any when I left. That’s because no one checked it even though they checked the box. You have to wonder if they rotated the tires or changed the oil! There is a reason people don’t trust service departments at car dealerships!

    I had a great experience with Ganley. Jeff Smith was incredible. He was very patient with me, was very knowledgeable & able to answer all my questions. The whole vibe at Honda was cool.     Salesperson Dan Crites was awesome. I didn’t think I would’ve walked out of the lot with a car but he did everything he could to make that happen. He also made sure I got extra protection on my wheels and tires at no extra cost. If you are looking for a used or new car I suggest asking for Dan Crites he will get you a car at a great deal.

    We had just visited another Honda dealer a few days before and it was awful: After telling us on the phone that they had the truck we wanted, they admitted, after our 45 minute drive out there, that they did not have one on the lot and would have to find one. Things just went downhill from there. At Ganley, we were warmly greeted by the general manager and offered a beverage. Our sales person was friendly and informative, discussing the pros and cons of the various options. Pricing was transparent: we knew what we were getting and how much it would cost. They did not have the vehicle we wanted, but offered to look throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania until they found one, which they did a few days later. Paperwork was easy and we were out the door in no time. We would highly recommend this dealership!

    From start to finish my experience with Ganley Honda was wonderful. My salesman Jarred, was very knowledgeable. Jarred listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and he found the perfect SUV for my family. He worked his butt off to get me the best deal he could and I drove away very happy and in my new SUV. I will definitely recommend Ganley Honda to my friends and family and I will be returning for my future car purchases.

    Did not have an appointment, explained that I just moved into the area, the service tech. said he would fit me in but I might be a few hours. No problem, I would wait. Happily, I had just come from the library, so had a novel to read, but appreciated the through explanation of what needed to be done, approved some of the problems, was very happy with the polite manner of all there, and look forwaqrd to your location being my Honda location for future service. Since my phone died while there, I was offered the opportunity to charge my phone, but instead, I just asked for directions on how to get home, got a print out map and was happy with everything that day. Your people even called my old Honda dealer in Michigan to get updates on what had been serviced in the past. Great cooperation between dealers. Keep up the great customer service.

    Jarred, Ali, and the team did a wonderful job taking care of me from beginning to end. The dealership answered my call within 1 minute, had Jarred on the line within another minute, and a few minutes later he was texting me photos of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. The GM even came up to me to personally apologize that it was taking the finance department a while because a lot of customers were closing deals at the same time (it was a Sunday, and it honestly didn't even take that long). From top to bottom, the customer service, responsiveness, and accessibility (open on Sunday was key for our family) really sets Ganley Honda apart. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Ganley and will encourage my family and friends to do so, too.

    When I took my car in this morning, I was greeted right away by a wonderful and kind woman named Wendy. She was so polite and informative. She kept me posted every step of the way in terms of what was going on with my car. She also explained to me very clearly about what they were repairing and why they were repairing what they needed to. I was so impressed with Wendy's service and because of her, I will continue to go back to this location. Also the repair team did a fantastic job as well. My car is running like brand new again.
