They sell unregulated not tested delta 8 products. They all say the same thing. It gets you really high it’s so popular etc. Cake brand in particular is the worst of them all and that’s what they try to push the most. Lab testing on all of their brands are clearly fake nor test for the important things like contaminants/pesticides/other adulterants. Delta 8 if not done properly can make people very sick and hospitalized. You’re going to get people sick. Do your homework and you’ll find out very quickly that it’s not safe for consumption. Aside from that the workers are very nice. Just not knowledgeable on this side of things. Kratom is okay. Overpriced but if you’re in a pinch it’s not bad Picture attached: this brand has no website, no QR code leading to test results or source. Just a mystery liquid that may get you high. Buyers beware.

What an experience to me take my footprint somewhere else. I’ve been coming here for a while- in fact I’ll go out of my way to come here and buy anything for my wants. Great inventory, prices reasonable. Honestly really nice shop!! Here’s the strangest experience that really got me ticked off. Long story short - Purchased rechargeable delta 8 pen. They do all there checks because of return policy which is fine I get its cool right. Well you hope it’ll charge the following day, WRONG! So I go in tell what seems to be the problem and just went south. I was in shocked how rude and disrespectful she was. Words can’t describe how rude. If someone’s reading this I’d love to have a talk to the managers about this situation. I don’t ever want to step foot in that place ever again

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff any time I've been in the store. The store always seems to be clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend. Substituting smoking with vaping and helped with the transition easily. Go see Phil he was awesome.

Cashier literally admitted to selling unregulated products. Bought something anyway. Wasn't even the advertised amount in the product. Was able to peel off the label, it's just a sticker covering a different product. Wasn't what I payed for. Total scam. Lasted 2 days. Whatever I was inhaling sure hope it's safe.

Great store. I loved working with Bobby and Cari. Bobby was so knowledgeable and friendly, he was able to multi task and make recommendations. I also met Cari who was amazing and one other girl who was so kind and welcoming! Aside from great employees, the store is great and has so many terrific options for those who like variety. But the people who were working made the difference! Bobby helped me find exactly what I needed, including a cleaner, unfortunately the cleaner I purchased leaked within 20 minutes of being in my car from a loose cap. The store does not take returns, but quality control is important and Cari was WONDERFUL! They could have sent me away, but Cari literally made my entire day. I will return to purchase a new bottle and many more items. Only giving a 4 star review because the item was not sealed properly and no one else should run into this.

Super chill layed back vibe. Professional and patient staff. They also have fun trinkets to buy , insence, crystals, etc...a rounded collection of items that everyone should use and could use .highly recommend

I really like this place. They have all kinds of pipes and stuff for all of your various needs. There is this one female cashier that kinda sucks at her job... if im buying a pipe of questionable usage, I don't really need that dingbat holding it up for the world to see. I mean, come on, use some freaking discretion or common sense.. Yeesh, I don't need the whole world to know what I'm buying.. then she just places it on the counter while other potential customers are walking around.. she doesn't even put it in the bag.. and she's done this to me several times. But anyways, besides her, the place is awesome.. and they stay open till like midnight. Thumbs up, except for the oblivious girl working the register at night.

This place is close to my house but I don't think I'll be back. The people who work there are nice but they don't seem to know much about their products. I wouldn't go here unless you know a lot about what you want.

The best thing since zigzag and talk about nice sales people and let's not forget selection and price 😁I got to tell you I can't recommend a better place selection price and service I give him a four out of 5 stars.

Went there today for swishers. I go here very often, see the same workers. Here constantly. Me and my gf. NEVER have I been asked for ID. NEVER out of all the times I go. Mind you its alot lol. But this one time he asks for mine and my gf ID she didn't have hers today, I was driving. Would not sell to us. I understand you are suppose to ask for ID, but itd be a different story if me and my gf didn't go there every other day. Bottom line not going this joke of a place again. Horrible service. Mind you I'm almost 30, and shes 28 this yr.

I usually stop here to pick up a new nic vape when mine runs out. Everyone who works there are super cool and easy to talk to. They know their product and have great suggestions. They have nic vapes, delta 8, glass pieces, apparel, incense and more! Highly recommend

Bought 2 jars of kratom December 2021 that clearly expired February 2021- I brought product back(with product still inside) not looking for a refund or anything (make sure you ask for a receipt as that is the only way you will get one) staff wouldn't acknowledge it expired and one staff said "sometimes they don't change the numbers on machine that prints dates" what?? Just acknowledge that you sold me an expired product.

I wanted to update. This location typically has no idea on when they get their supply. "They just send it" is the most I can get. They're constantly out of cartridges and the disposables are expensive and wasteful. But I recently had an odd incident. My favorite location is in Parma. It's small, but their supply is better. Plus the people that work there not only super friendly, but knowledgeable. Anyway, I stopped by this location due to its location. I just needed butane and a hot tool rest/holder. It was close to closing but they had 3 people upfront. The girl that helped me seemed new, I've never seen her before. She had a lot of energy but for the love of God, could not figure out what I wanted. She took me all around the store. She showed me everything from a glove to expensive mats when I just wanted something to rest a hot tool on. I usually don't care but it seemed pretty obvious she was not sober or something. It was so strange. I ended up searching around and finding my own cheap glass ashtray because I didn't really want to spend any more money. It's really sad cause their location and selection isn't terrible but it's always ran by strange or rude people. Their supply is never changing or consistent in terms of stocked supply. If you can try another location.
