I’ve been wanting to write a review here for a while now and I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. I’ve been a ‘regular’ here for about a year pretty consistently and I have to say, it’s like the Chic-fil-A of coffee joints, in the best way possible. I’ve never had a bad coffee here and the employees are always so pleasant. My go-to has always been the iced mocha mocha without whipped cream and it’s hands down my favorite high quality coffee beverage in all of the area. Even Starbucks. Also if you’re feeling frisky (I’m not a breakfast person, but will bend the rules for this), I highly recommend the maple bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich. It’s divine. If you’re in the area, hell, even if you’re not, it’s worth the calories! Do it. Looking forward to my magical bean water tomorrow morning :)

Pretty nice little coffee shop definitely something different then that big company we all know and love. The employees are nice , and helpful gentleman made me a fresh pot of coffee . My daughter had the mocha caramel frozen incredible tasting drink . Regular coffee is great as well nice little sit down furniture, free WiFi. Sit off in the cut off Lorain Rd by guitar center.

I will say this one thing this place has something I've never seen. They have Red Bull smoothies in multiple different flavors. A nice alternative to your average coffee or your morning energy drink. I haven't sampled what else since but I already have the feeling this isn't your regular coffee shop

My favorite breakfast spot in North Olmsted. I get my daily Banana Berry Cream Freeze fix from here. They’re nice people, great food great service!!

We always come here when we're in town. The chai latte is my favorite. Wife liked the peppermint coffee. Always pleasant.

Biggby coffee has been my new favorite coffee spot! Their coffees are always made fresh and very tasty! It’s easy to get in and out without waiting a long time for my drink. They even have have coupons! I’m always getting free drinks to share with my friends! Thanks for being part of our community!

Outstanding location. Other locations should be more like this one. Much better blend when getting frozen drinks, actually tastes better. Outstanding training for the employees because customer service is top notch. The perfect place

Great coffee and fresh drinks, not pricey, great customer service. We ordered couple Mocktail ( strawberry, berries, and raspberry with Red Bull) drinks they all were really good. They three different sizes, they accept discover master card visa and Amex. I asked for a menu but they didn’t have one available so they gave me a coupon book instead. The dining area is currently closed, but they deliver with Doordash and they have easy access drive through.

Ordered double shot espresso and asked for side of cream. They did not provide as requested and when I asked for cream he said he would have to charge for it. Seriously? At a coffee shop you are going to charge for cream? You can also see in the video the dining area is a mess.

Coffee tastes good until you get a coffee that's warm cold. The muffins taste dry but in any case the coffee does taste good. Hope business picks up

If you drink iced coffee and/or Frappuccinos this is THE spot. I'll never wait in those super long lines at Starbucks ever again. I've been going here for maybe about a year now. I love this place to bits.

Amna at Biggby is an outstanding employee. I was not satisfied at first how my drink was made and she accommodated me by providing me one to my liking. Her positive attitude and determination to offer quality customer service is refreshing. They have an assortment of drinks as well. I highly recommend !!!

Absolutely the best coffee ever! Hands down the most amazing breakfast sandwich ever! Every time I'm in Ohio I stop twice a day every day I'm in town. First stop: coffee and a breakfast sandwich Second stop: redbull drink Yummmmmmmmmm

Less excellent than usual. My iced Americano was served with little ice and was not particularly cold. It seems clear they poured it thinking it was a hot Americano and simply dumped ice in on top hoping to salvage it instead of remaking it. Our hot chocolates were good.

I've never gone here and had a bad experience. They probably have some of the best coffee around. And so many options to choose from. Always a happy customer

The staff here are so sweet! I loved that they did a clothing drive for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. My drinks are made perfectly and always look good.

worst place to get a coffee if you want filth covered hands touching your drink and food. dropped towels on the floor wiping counters. rude employees. a manager that has no idea what he’s doing and is even worse than the people he hires. the grossest bathrooms. dirt covered floors behind the counter where they prepare your food/drink. this place is so run down i’m surprised it’s still up

Great coffee and food, fast service, and pretty affordable compared to a lot of the places nearby. The staff that typically work the drive-through window are really friendly and upbeat, too.

7/14/2022 - Need to try more of thier options before being able to provide a true review. Thier Red Bull Creme Freeze wasn't half bad, but it was honestly too icy to be enjoyable.

I really like the variety of drinks! This was my first time at a Biggby location. The employees were polite and thanked us for our patience. (We didn’t wait long at all!) I got an iced Java Bean (I think) which was good. I’d like to come back to try the other drinks. The seating area looks awesome, good for studying or chatting with friends. There’s even a small kids section with books and toys. I feel good about this place. Keep doing what you’re doing ☺️

Coffee was super yummy and prepared quickly considering their high customer volume. Got a surprise Black Friday goody bag during a promotion that I knew nothing about.

Looked around for an alternative to the big national chain and found Bigby Coffee.The service was fast and friendly. The tea was nice and hot. However, the tea lacked flavor. Taking a tea bag, dunking in water with creamer and handing it off is never good. The tea does not have time to steep. Edit - on another visit, I requested tea with steamed milk only. Tis was a little better. However, the milk was luke warm, not HOT. The early gray tea still did not have much flavor. The service was Ok during early AM.

I come here often to start my morning. Excellent service. The staff very friendly. I love iced honey cinnamon vanilla coffee. I tried the waffle bacon sandwich and I fell in love with it. Quick in and out drive thru. They give you way bigger portions on the beverages than the competitors in the neighborhood.

Blood Orange Manga smoothie tasted incredibly artificial. No thank you. Tossed it within 2 sips.

Walked in and was greeted they told me they would be with me in a moment. They literally left me standing there for two minutes as they took order after order through the drive-through. There were two of them one could’ve helped me. I just walked out. This is my third And final visit. Yes

Came through the drive through. Employee seemed friendly. We did notice that he was speed walking back and forth. Not sure if he was just short staffed. He did accommodate and let us know that the coffee was being freshly brewed. However, coffee wasn't great and all we ordered was regular cup of coffee with cream and sugar.

This is a favorite of all time coffee shop for my wife and I. Service is always excellent, pricing is great, and drinks are outstanding, far surpassing any of the chain coffee shops. I particularly love the Butter Bear Latte. My wife loves the Earl Grey Cream Tea Latte.
