    Came in to pick up a modem, stood there and waited for someone to help us. A female employee came out of the back room, saw us waiting, and went back in. She came out a few moments later, blasting music from her phone, and would have kept on ignoring us if my boyfriend hadn’t approached her. He told her we were here to pick up a modem, and she rudely snapped at him that they were all out of modems and that other stores were out of them too. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I work in customer service as well, and I have never snapped at a customer like that. Reflects bad on the Spectrum company as a whole.

    Had to make a transaction involving closing account for my mother-in-law who passed away and starting a new account in my name. It was handled flawlessly by the young lady that helped me out. Couldn't ask for more. (Added after install completed by the tech). Unfortunately, the paperwork was not completed correctly. My e-mail address was incorrect, the on-site tech fixed that. and my equipment was mis-listed, with the modem not on the inventory at all. The on-site tech fixed everything to my satisfaction (which is why I just dropped one star). I also saw that my bill was going to be a lot higher that I knew, as the person in the store did not go over that with me. Truthfully, I will be one year and out!!

    Very polite workers everyone chipped in if someone didn't know anything and they were very helpful highly recommend good phones haven't had a complaint yet

    I visited this store to switch my cell phone provider from Sprint to Spectrum. Everything went smooth until I couldn't receive texts on my new Spectrum phone (from the start). The Associate went above and beyond to help resolve the situation, rather than just referring me to their Tech Support. It's been about a month and I'm extremely happy with my Spectrum service!

    These people are no help! Took my phone(Samsung) there because I was having a trouble with it and was told they couldn’t help me cause they all had iPhones! Well excuse me, I bought my phone from here and now you don’t know how to service it? And he was pretty rude and smug about it. Went to Steelyard and they were more than helpful!

    After dealing with the bad service at the Elyria Branch. I made my way to this branch, and James (the worker that helped me) guided & assisted me on getting a new phone. Under an hour he helped transfer my data, and provide me what I needed to get done. If you want great service, and easy explanation, come to this store.

    I absolutely hate spectrum. I've had issues with them for years, but haven't had much choice in Internet service. I walked into this location upset for something totally unrelated and the person who helped me was extremely nice, made me laugh, and was very efficient in helping me.

    We have been a loyal Spectrum customer for several years and are sick and tired of the constant rate increases plus the outages and home equipment issues. We are paying close to $300 a month and just received a notice that our 'introductory offer" is expiring and will now be getting yet another a huge increase. Well Spectrum, thanks for the heads up and "making " us to go to other providers. Immediately after hitting the "Post" button I will be seledcting another cable and internet provider. People can only take being screwed for so long so good luck on your latest increase and soon getting ZERO, NADA, ZIP revenue from us.

    I went into the store to get my unlocked phone hooked up to my account. The phone was purchased outright from the site brand new. I was told by the employees that the phone was incompatible with the spectrum network. Meanwhile they were selling the phone right there in the store. Their suggestion was for me to buy the phone from them. I went home and ten minutes on the spectrum website I did it myself. The employees either don't know what they are doing or are just trying to make $$ off the customers. Go somewhere else if you need help.

    David dushkoff and James Kukis are the best part of spectrum. They have been so helpful in my joining spectrum and the problems I have had. Since I have access to this store I am going to switch to spectrum mobile in the next month or so. Please get more staff like them.

    Just added Internet (XUMO), Phone, Mobile to the TV package and will be saving $1200.00/year! Mobile service is good (no dropped calls as some have thought would happen) and XUMO internet working just fine. Service was very good!

    The staff at this location is great. My internet service is very reliable. The only reason for the three instead of five star is simply the price. $260/month for TV with no extras and not the top tier internet speed is ridiculous. My adult kids are pushing me every month to cut the cord. Another increase in price and might have to.

    While not a particular fan of my internet service from Spectrum, there is no denying that my recent experience in this store was exactly what I needed. My router was old and started to fail; simply walked into this location with my device and was greeted with phenomenal customer service by Mark F! Simple, easy and fast replacement of my equipment. No muss, no fuss. Thanks Mark!

    David, the store professional was fantastic! He was thorough and very knowledgeable in his presentation concerning services, professional, patient, answered all of my questions, and had excellent follow through. I highly recommend him and will do so to all of my friends. Mark was also extremely helpful! Also professional and very tech savvy in every way!!! Come to the North Olmsted store and you will find out for yourself.

    Canceled Spectrum 1-12-23......they refuse to prorate from 1 -4 to 1-12 cancel date and say the bill will be owed until 2-3-23. Spectrum equipment removed today

    I have yet to be able to be seen on time when I pre-schedule an appointment, and I have not yet seen the sign in tablet at the entrance actually operating. After a 40 minute wait for assistance I was given a new SIM card and told to replace it myself. If that didn't get my brand new phone online I would need to return the phone...through the online tech support. These stores are useless.

    I went to this store this morning since I was sent in by customer service to pick up sim cards for my new phone that needed to be activated. Jess, the associate, was very rude from "them" greeting me. Kept giving me and my partner dirty looks while conversating about my activation. Got my sim cards and was told by "them" that I will need to call customer service and figure out the rest of the set up myself. I explained that I didn't have a phone to call and "them" said that "don't you have a neighbor/friend?" I said that nobody was around since everyone I know was at work or live too far. Jess said " what? Do you live in the middle of the woods or something?" I was given nothing but sarcastic comments from Jess and the other reps didn't step up or offer to help. Just listened to me being disrespected in front of other customers in the store. My aunt had problems from rude workers in the past at this location and I found out for myself that she was not exaggerating. Never will I ever do business at this store again. Jess shouldn't work in public with "their" non caring and negative attitude. Very unprofessional environment being ran here. I deserve a free month of service from the frustration that was caused. CUSTOMERS: find a better location

    The store was spotless and put together. The store manager, Sarah was polite, helpful, and quick. She answered all my questions correctly and was overall was very nice to work with. I was in and out in 6 minutes. What else more could you want? 10/10 would love to recommend
