    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐📱 Knowledgeable, helpful service is what you'll get! You can't beat Tmobile's plan prices. I switched years ago and have no service issues. When they are busy they check you in on an app, until they can help you. The professional staff really takes their time in helping activate, and move all the contacts and apps over. This store has a fab selection of phones, cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc I love the ambient pink lighting. It is also in a convenient location.

    Jose was absolutely no help! My husband and I went into the store to upgrade our phones and get quotes and he told us just to order online and do pick up in store he would not help us I asked him to upgrade me multiple times refused to. We ended up going to a different location and got help right off rip 100% will NOT be coming back to this location thanks for nothing disrespectfully

    ADRIAN, N. Olmsted OH is absolutely tops! Made my change to T-Mobile so very easy, extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, etc! I would highly recommend this store and Adrian… plus his mgr Kendra very good as well! Kudos to them!!! 😊

    Jasmine and Alfredo are amazing and made something that's been a huge headache for us so easy and smoothed it all out for me. They fixed everything I needed and they were super sweet to my little one I had tagging along too. Best experience ever!!!!

    Kendra Harris, the Store Manager is absolutely amazing! I discovered an urgent issue with my cell phone and she took care it instantly. Her knowledge of the technology was incredible, allowing her to fix the issue quickly, yet she was kind, compassionate about my situation and delightful to talk with. I HIGHLY recommend working with Kendra and her team at the North Olmsted location! Much, much appreciated, Kendra!

    Very very helpful. Marcus was outstanding. We went in with a few problems and concerns and were taken care of in full. We were waited on right away. Still waiting for a phone and to mailbag our old so more service to come bit so far great. Jim and Debbie

    This place is awesome! Most stores I go to the employees are uninformed about promotions and it can be frustrating. Not this one; Justina was super helpful and went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. Great job yall!

    We went to the store they promised us a price and they wrote it down on a paper too after we signed the contract and got the bill it wasn’t what they promised us so we went to the store to see if they can fix it for us and they refused saying we signed the contract and it’s our fault and the manager did nothing at all. Everytime we tried talking to the manager in a respectful way he kept giving us attitude and wouldn’t talk with us at all even though he was the one that approved the price the first time. Would recommend going somewhere else.

    Thank you for the assistance with getting a new phone after my LG phone went on the fritz. The staff was helpful and moved all of my old content and contacts from my old phone, which took a little bit. Thank you for your help and patience.

    I stopped in first thing in the morning and was promptly greeted by Corey and another associate, Genesis I believe was his name, they got me switched over from verizon and I got the full $1000 trade in credit for switching, Corey also reached out to me later that day and told me I qualified for an additional $200 gift card for switching and he sent me the link to fill it out, the process was easy and very quick. I am very happy with the service so far and look forward to long standing relationship with T-Mobile from here on out! Great work guys, I will send everybody I can your way!!!

    I came to this store to repair my cracked screen. Another store recommended that I go there because the screen was most likely messing with the sensors and causing glitches. The tech did not think it was the screen and wanted to do a factory reset. I was worried I would loose my data but he assured me everything was backed up. Well the factory reset didn't work and he has to replace the screen anyway, which in fact did fix the problem. Obviously I am happy about that. On the other hand, my phone was not recently backed up as he stated. So I lost all my data with some valuable pictures of my father who very recently passed. I am very upset that he didn't actually make sure the data was backed up like he said it was. I would not recommend using this store if you value anything on your phone. The fairlawn team is much better.

    Visited the store to switch my account with two phones from Verizon. Worked with Alfredo, who found ways to make the switch easy and inexpensive. No upselling, just professional and friendly service. This was my first experience with T-mobile, actually. Off to a good start.

    Went to T-Mobile Chestnut Commons and had Delia help me. Delia was very helpful and showed me how to get my $250 in rebates as well as how I could save money by going with T-Mobile Internet 5G versus the cable provider that I had been using. I have been so happy with T-mobile and with Delia and how helpful and insightful she has been concerning my new phone and internet.

    I'm sorry to say but I walked in ready to purchase an upgrade for my line and I was trying to inquire about the new galaxy when the salesman didn't seem interested and just turned me off from the buy completely. So I just changed my mind and left. Guess I'm not upgrading after all. To be specific he wasn't selling me on the product nor did he make an attempt to talk tome about the features of the phone. Just said its good. Not exactly informative. What happened to customer service.

    I recently bought a new phone and decided to change carriers. I wanted another prepaid plan and tmobil was the only one I could find that would help me in the store. Most of them must be done over the phone. Alfredo was great. It took a while and even he had some problems. I ended up having problems with old carrier and this time Taylor helped me. He was awesome! It is so refreshing to see young people who want to work and are so fun to work with. Super impressed! Thank you all again.

    I've been contacting them for 10 months to help fix a mistake on my bill that they promised me and wrote in writing but didnt go through with it when I first signed the contract and no response. The only time someone answered they were just rude and disrespectful the entire time. When I go to the store Greg promised to fix the bill but never bill. Even though I have proof what my bill should be he would say "you signed the contract it'd not my problem now deal with it on your own". Finally someone from the store contacted us they told me that’s my price I can’t change it I asked if I can make an appointment to show proof of text and paperwork that I have and they said no that’s what the price is we can’t change it

    Wish I could give a 0 star review. Slow service, lots of unkept promises. Maybe you’ll get acknowledged when you walk into the store, maybe not. Plan to be there 2 hours or so. Switched from Verizon, huge mistake on my part. Was Promised reimbursement for all 7 phones ported in so I could pay off the rest of the phone balances with Verizon. That was a lie, they only do up to 5. I mentioned the website said that only 5 phone balances could be reimbursed they said no worries 7 can get reimbursed (not true). Was told 218 would be my monthly. First bill was 310, second was 355. Over ten phone calls and hours spent with customer support and if I’m lucky this next bill would be for 258 and that’s the lowest they can go. So yeah $40 more a month than I was promised and all the activation fees. If you are thinking about switching from Verizon please don’t. Biggest mistake of my life and I feel scammed by this store.

    Careful when activing new plans here. They charge a $30 Assisted Support fee per line! If you need to go in the store to set up a plan (like the Magenta 55+), establish the first two lines at the store then add any additional lines online yourself to avoid this fee! Our rep tried to quickly gloss over this...not sure if she was getting a commission on it but was definitely very dissapointed to find this out half way through the enrollment process when we asked for clarification on the fee.

    Horrible experience rate this store and the employees with a 0 if I could. We brought a phone in to be repaired it had a cracked screen, they replaced the screen but after they did the side button and Face ID no longer worked on the phone. The tech told me it was like that when I brought it in (it wasn’t) then proceeded to tel me to go to Apple to get a replacement phone. I called Apple and they told me T-Mobile should be replacing the phone. I called the store manager and told him about the situation and he agreed to replace the phone for us and that the lead tech would call the following day. However, he didn’t and when I called up there Ray whom had helped me the day prior got on the phone. I told him I had spoke with the manager the night before and he agreed that they would replace the phone and I shouldn’t have been told to go through Apple. Ray literally started laughing at me and said I doubt Greg told you all that! He then put the lead tech on the phone and he assured me that the issue was escalated that that the replacement phone would be in in a few business days and that they would call me back. Well it’s been almost 2 wks and still nobody has called me to replace the phone. I ended up going through Apple anyway to get the phone replaced. When I got there they ran their diagnostics test and did find T-Mobile had run a test prior to them and it came back as a failed diagnostics test and said they could not believe that T-Mobile gave the phone back in that condition (shouldn’t have given it back until fixed) also couldn’t believe that they didn’t try to fix or replace the phone. Apple had to go in and try to fix the internal issue and they were unable to and ended up having to replace the phone. Can you believe. Still no call back from T-Mobile. This store is a complete joke and will not be returning. Leaving the service as a whole as soon as I can!!!
