Horrible
experience
rate
this
store
and
the
employees
with
a
0
if
I
could.
We
brought
a
phone
in
to
be
repaired
it
had
a
cracked
screen,
they
replaced
the
screen
but
after
they
did
the
side
button
and
Face
ID
no
longer
worked
on
the
phone.
The
tech
told
me
it
was
like
that
when
I
brought
it
in
(it
wasn’t)
then
proceeded
to
tel
me
to
go
to
Apple
to
get
a
replacement
phone.
I
called
Apple
and
they
told
me
T-Mobile
should
be
replacing
the
phone.
I
called
the
store
manager
and
told
him
about
the
situation
and
he
agreed
to
replace
the
phone
for
us
and
that
the
lead
tech
would
call
the
following
day.
However,
he
didn’t
and
when
I
called
up
there
Ray
whom
had
helped
me
the
day
prior
got
on
the
phone.
I
told
him
I
had
spoke
with
the
manager
the
night
before
and
he
agreed
that
they
would
replace
the
phone
and
I
shouldn’t
have
been
told
to
go
through
Apple.
Ray
literally
started
laughing
at
me
and
said
I
doubt
Greg
told
you
all
that!
He
then
put
the
lead
tech
on
the
phone
and
he
assured
me
that
the
issue
was
escalated
that
that
the
replacement
phone
would
be
in
in
a
few
business
days
and
that
they
would
call
me
back.
Well
it’s
been
almost
2
wks
and
still
nobody
has
called
me
to
replace
the
phone.
I
ended
up
going
through
Apple
anyway
to
get
the
phone
replaced.
When
I
got
there
they
ran
their
diagnostics
test
and
did
find
T-Mobile
had
run
a
test
prior
to
them
and
it
came
back
as
a
failed
diagnostics
test
and
said
they
could
not
believe
that
T-Mobile
gave
the
phone
back
in
that
condition
(shouldn’t
have
given
it
back
until
fixed)
also
couldn’t
believe
that
they
didn’t
try
to
fix
or
replace
the
phone.
Apple
had
to
go
in
and
try
to
fix
the
internal
issue
and
they
were
unable
to
and
ended
up
having
to
replace
the
phone.
Can
you
believe.
Still
no
call
back
from
T-Mobile.
This
store
is
a
complete
joke
and
will
not
be
returning.
Leaving
the
service
as
a
whole
as
soon
as
I
can!!!
