Kay Kay and Laura are always very pleasant and helpful in hot foods! I was a bit disappointed with the fact that my hot food order didn’t come covered with LIDS though, it was covered with foil with holes through it when we picked it up. Other than that, the staff at this location is always engaged and pleasant.

Was picking up ready made food. There was a line of about 5 people and only one lady waiting on us. Right next to prepared food was luncheon meats and whatever. Three employees just standing around laughing and talking about leaving. Only one came over to help with customers, the others left. There isn't any reason for me to come back to this store again. And I don't think the manager will see, read or do anything about his/her lazy employees.

Love shopping at this location. Good cheap prices, deli meat is always fresh, hot foods stay hot for a while, and am able to get in and out. Lines are slow sometimes, but they usually will open another when the lines get too backed up lol. Most of the cashiers are friendly and always have a smile ready for you.

Left a lot to be desired. Old/expired food on shelves, beat up produce. & now the store is closing, creating a food desert for the massive elderly population living across the street. Idk how to feel about it. I guess something beats nothing. Anyway, they're about to find out.

I only went to this Dave's store for emergency items because of their outrageous prices. Produce was always sub-standard and basic essentials were too pricey. Review was going to be 3 star but, now that they are abandoning North Collinwood, They get a 1. I truly feel sad for all the elderly, disabled and car-less residents here. Now they have to find transportation to 5+ miles away to get basic food needs! Is this the rural South or what??

Needs security outside stopping wrong way drivers as folks drive down the wrong lane closest to the entrance when it's clearly marked with arrows as to which way traffic should flow. Also make sure folks parking in handicap spots have proper parking permits (placard, plates with the ADA logo) to do so. Inside the store is decent. There's never enough lanes open but the wait usually isn't that bad. Prices are a little steep for the demographic area and the items sold, but....I don't have to shop there and I don't. My review is based on a few times I've ran someone to this store for a few items and what I've observed.

This was the 1st time here in Year's and I CANNOT believe how nasty it is. Compared to all other Dave's Markets. They should be ashamed. It was a poor experience. Lines were long and employee's laughing and talking with each other with no care in the world for getting the customers out in a timely fashion. Hopefully this was a 1 time thing, but I doubt it. Thank goodness I live near 1 of the other Dave's Markets. The floors were nasty shelves dirty, the place was just tacky. Revised: Went here today 4/26/22 to drop off a friend and not even surprised, sad to say. But they are closing down. Sad day for the neighborhood. But expected.

As I walked into Dave's market Waterloo district I immediately notice the change in format. Very Nice. As I stroll down the isles I notice everything on shelves were pretty much faced. I like that. Keto up the Good work💪👍

My fiance and i went to the Dave's on Lakeshore blvd. earlier today. We approached the deli department to find one older lady working and two employees eating grapes and the others chatting along with the individuals eating there grapes with there backs turned until the older lady let them know they had a customers. The very young lady that attempted to wait on me and my fiance was very disrespectful so we walked away. I have had many customer service jobs and this is no doubt one of the worst experiences i have experienced in a grocery store. I do know the importance of customer service and it was not met at all. It makes us not want to return back to this store but to travel a few more miles to know that as customers we will be treated with the up most respect. I will be praying for this young lady. Greedy ownership that just screwed a lot of elderly and disabled people. Thank you to the cashiers who always greeted me with a friendly face. A shame it had to end like this.

Love the workers in the hot food and deli section. They always make you feel like family.

This Dave's Market at Euclid Beach is closing April 30. Today, most everything in the store is 50% off. NOTE: not good on alcohol. There are no meats, seafood, dairy. Limited selections.

They Prices Was Outta this World In their Seafood Section I didn't Agree With they had alot of Sweets Not enough fruit and lack on Spiniach in certain foods

I must say I haven’t really enjoyed going to this specific Dave’s location mainly because of the employees attitudes.One day there was a exceptional employee that worked in produce.He had the name tag Austin.always tried his best to provide good CS and always made me smile and laugh.I noticed for the past month that he doesn’t work there anymore.I’m kind of bummed about that.the only reason I’m giving this a 3 star review is because of the few good employees other then that it’s a zero overall!
