I got delivery from the restaurant -- $18 (plus $5 delivery, plus $5 tip) for a bowl of spaghetti with red sauce -- what came was basically dry noodles. Almost no sauce, dry and absolutely no taste. Half the noodles were white. How hard is it to put sauce on pasta when that's the whole dish?

We just came for our 1st year anniversary tonight and when I say this was THE best experience I've ever had in any restaurant, I mean it. Our food was so delicious. Our waiter Chuck was absolutely amazing, he was always checking in and very attentive, his stories were hilarious and learning that he was a veteran made it even better. This was one of the first huge life events I've been able to share with my military boyfriend and it was better than we ever could've imagined. A huge thanks to Chuck for a fantastic night!

Came for Christmas dinner, having made a reservation on OpenTable. Waited in line 45 minutes after the reservation time, and still no table. Our party of 3 left. The host was helping to serve as they were apparently short of wait staff. Although the food here is excellent, in my experience, I may not eat here again because they overbooked and may do it again. It was very very disappointing.

Staff is friendly, food is really good and comes out pretty quickly! Husband and I took our 3 kids and they love the food. Def get the Mac and cheese bites! Heather was an awesome server 🙂

Hadn't been in a while. It was excellent, not too crowded, great service. I got- create your own with grilled chicken, spinach, roasted tomatoes, and alfredo sauce.

We enjoyed a marvelous Wine Tasting Dinner for 24 people. Five courses and five wines. The servers were excellent, and all were happy with the choices they made for each course. Romano's Macaroni Grill is bringing back their Wine Tasting Dinners and I highly recommend them. Get on their mailing list as they usually fill up fast.

The food we ordered for delivery was pretty decent. Everything arrived hot and in great containers. Lasagna bites- pretty good, crispy. Mac & cheese bites- good, crispy Lobster bisque soup- I'd skip it Tiramasu- excellent! Mama's trio- very good, huge portion. Kids Mac & cheese- very basic, but good flavor. They sent bread as well, came warm and with dipping oil.

The food was delicious and service was great. The reason I'm giving it a single star is that there's a 2$ inflation fee that will be added to your bill and there's no mention of it anywhere. Keep in mind if there's multiple bills everyone will get said fee. Instead of adding the fee maybe add small increases to your food and beverage but hey what do I know I've only work in the food industry for 20 years.

Ordered A simple build your own pasta , came with the whole rosemary plant in it(which I didn’t order), sons food was wrong(still charged for it) manager never came over to table(too busy chatting) even though she had to tell our server to come to our table since she saw us staring at the pow wow in the dining room. Don’t go into the woman’s bathroom if you want to keep any type of appetite or your food in your stomach.

It has been some years since I've been to here and the food was phenomenal! Mama's trio...delicious!!! I took the chance to try it because I have a something similar from the Olive Garden and when it comes to lasagna...Macaroni Grill is fabulous!!! I will not eat Olive Garden's lasagna, don't care for it HOWEVER Macaroni Grill I will!!! Phenomenal service from Jeff!!!

No gluten free options. No Whole wheat pasta options. Portions small for the price. Only 4 tables had customers but our food took 40 minutes to arrive and server never let us know the status of our dinner. Our server was condescending, never came back to table to refill our water/coffee or even ask how our meal was. But I saw her talking to other staff members vs. taking care of our needs.

The menu is too high. The pictures of the menu lie. It showed a different kind of noodle in the signature Mac and cheese. The extra bacon thing was way too small of a portion to enjoy. They charge you tax for ordering pickup. And I wasn’t able to enjoy my food without utensils or napkin in my Togo order. It does taste really good though

Brandy is a great server. She has a very positive attitude, and she was hustling with very little support. If I was doing my review on Brandy alone, it would be 5 stars. My food was good, but as someone posted in the photo of a previous review, I’m not sure why Macaroni Grill puts such little sauce on the spaghetti. The sauce is what often makes the spaghetti, and mine had very little. In fact, it’s like that every time I come here. The chocolate cake was great and overall, it was a good meal. A star was taken away due to the spaghetti and it’s lack of sauce.

I came here yesterday on Christmas. It was reservation only so we found 3 spots at the bar. We ordered drinks. The Bartender cut his hand in the midst of making my drink and continued to touch it while he held a bloody napkin on his hand. It was honestly disgusting. He didn't even wash his hands. He hands me my drink and then proceeds to grab stirrer straws and put them in my wine glass. (Yuck) We ordered our food. The bar area started to clear out and was empty for about 30 minutes or more. (Now leaving PILES of dirty dishes at the bar and surrounding tables. Nobody was clearing them) After a bit we received our appetizers. My mother got a cold Lobster Bisque. They didn't even attempt to warm it up before bringing it out. We sent it back only for it to come back boiling.... Seriously? What is wrong with this place? More people crowded into the bar seats and ordered their food. Their food came out before ours. We questioned where our food was and the Bartender said he'd go check. He finally came out with our food. (After waiting over an hour) I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. He placed spaghetti noodles in front of me with Alfredo sauce. We mentioned it and he said they ran out of fettuccine noodles. They never once told me this or asked if I'd like a different noodle. They automatically gave me spaghetti noodles, which absolutely do not go well with Alfredo sauce. It was horrendous. I then saw the lady next to us got stuck with the same thing. She was livid as well and said it was disgusting. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning. I have no idea why we even paid for my meal, I ended up taking a few bites and leaving it. After waiting an hour and a half for our food, this was not the experience I was hoping for as both my family and myself were in town from hours away.

We went there Christmas Eve. The staff was great, all very friendly & efficient.Our server was excellent but I forgot to get her name. The food was delicious!!! My family all loved the dish they ordered. I had the chicken parmesan & it was the best I've ever had!! We will be going back soon for sure.

Had a reservation for Christmas dinner. Elderly parents, 1 w cancer. Was told the manager who made the reservations went home early after seating a bunch of walk-ins leaving the short staff to fend w the over booked chaos. Everyone w reservations had to wait for 2 hours even though we had reservations!!! The hostess looked like she was going to have a nervous break down. There were only a few panicked servers & the kitchen staff was in the weeds. No discounts were offered bc again no management. Nowhere for anyone to sit during the outrageously long wait. So unprofessional. No apologies were made except by our server. Then at the end we went to use a macaroni grill gift card towards our balance & were told they can’t accept them! Such terrible experience - extremely disappointed

We went here for the first time tonight. We had reservations for 6:45 and they were 8 tables behind so we didn't get seated until around 7:20. We sat down and immediately were confused on who our waitress/waiter was because there was Noone around, by the time the waitress had come to greet us it had been a good 10 minutes and thankfully we put our order in then or it would have have been even longer. 15 minutes later we got our salads (at this time the waitress was confused as if we ordered soup or salad because she "forgot")we asked the waitress for extra dressing and cheese and she said she'd be right back and never came. I finally was able to flag her down and she "forgot" about our dressing and cheese so we sat their with our salads in front of us for 15 minutes. After I reminded her I see her going everywhere but to get our extra dressing/cheese. She finally brings it over and about 5 minutes later our food comes. A different person came over and put our plates down and it wasn't what we ordered. I try flagging her down she looks at me and walks away so I sat there for 5 minutes with the wrong food in front of me and we got up and left because she never came back over to our table even though she walked by us and ignored us multiple times. In all of the time this happened she never got my refill for my drink either. The people behind us were also receiving the incorrect food and were also losing their patience with the waitress. Another table also were getting frustrated because it took her a very long time to greet them as well. It takes alot to frustrate my husband and I but we definitely hit our limit with this waitress.

The food is so good and presentation is beautiful. My husband and I celebrated our wedding here. Macaroni Grill will always be our special PLACE.♥️

I wish I can give better review to this restaurant. We was not too happy with the atmosphere there. The place is very dark. So dark that we have to use our telephone flashlight to read the menu. The place is also very, very cold. So cold that we have to dine with our winter coats on. All other guest also weared their winter coats. Very unpleasant atmosphere. The food taste good but....we have ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. For $16.50 price they don't include the meat. For chicken they wanted $4 extra and shrimps $5.50. When they bring our food the dish was cold. No wonder. They let their customers sitting in walk in freezer. We also did not care for the bread. The bread was small square like 4" x 4" and was for both of us. They did not even bring us a knife for cutting the bread. We used the butter knife which is not sharp enough. So, we got 2 dishes of noodles with not enough sauce and no meat. She got small garden salad with really runny like water ranch dressing. I got soup. It cost us $60 plus tip for the little we got. They don't even offered shredded cheese over our Fettuccine noodles. Believe me. Don't waste your money. That place is not worth to dine in. I rather go to Olive Garden. That's why we give this place only one overall star. Bret D.

This place was my go spot for years, recently I had two bad experiences which causes physical discomfort to my stomach and family. Another more recent experience was witnessing the low level of service and food served to me while dining at the bar, individuals next to me who ordered the same meal got better quality food and service. I was so upset my family and I will never dine here again! Happy hour prices will be missed though.

Our server was very good and the food was delicious. We enjoy using the coupons on Monday that Macaroni's emails us.

Food was amazing I got a delicious Chicken Parmesan. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the Nails my server was obviously not taken care of. Which then I paid and left couldn’t finish eating because I lost my appetite.

Food was awesome as always. We had Oscar as our server. He may be the best server I have ever had there! Super friendly, super on top of his service. Drinks were always refilled. He brought everything we needed super fast. Made recommendations. Kept the table cleaned throughout the meal. Just awesome.

You can see their menu online. Food was good and service was also great. Decent, but I can't recommend any one dish that stands out compared to similar Italian restaurants. Maybe a little less cheese heavy by default. Good for family visits.

Food was yummy but our server wasn't the best. She was busy doing other things so it took longer then needed. Only say that because we watched other folks come in after us. Get greeted, food ordered, drinks, hell we saw other tables servers more than our own. Outside of when we went to pay then we saw her the most! Food was great, loved the decor inside. But be expected if you end up with our server you will barely see her the entire time so do everything all at once (order, drinks & refills, to go boxes and check) or you will be there longer then needed.

First time to the restaurant. Was on a Sunday night. The place was busy, we were greeted and seated quickly. The person that showed us to the table paid attention that my wife was on oxygen, and seated us close to the door and the bathroom. And asked us if we need a different table. I have to say this was a great thing to me cause most places for some reason put us away from both. The food was great, my wife and I both took food home with us. Wasn't happy about the 2 dollar charge, for Pandemic at least was told before we ordered. Also Chuck the waiter missed on the refill on drinks, but apologized, he said that they were under staffed. In all it was great and we will return

I had the delicious salmon mother's day special as my lunch, with an additional house salad and Moscato wine. Everything tasted great! There wasn't much, if any, salt on the salmon but salt was available on the table, so this might be an appropriate place for those with salt restricted diets. There was complimentary bread brought out for our table, too, but it was a single loaf, coated with oil and seasoning, and was not broken or in slices, so we were supposed to get our hands dirty to break it ourselves. We asked for a knife to cut it, but we were warned that it is considered bad luck to cut rather than break bread. A knife was provided, anyway, which was nice. The portions were very filling, so I took another meal's worth of food home in a box!

We found this place close to our hotel in North Olmsted,Ohio..very pleasant staff..nice menu selection of pasta and seafood dishes...delicious soups..large dining area..decorated tastefully..Prices are very affordable for generous portions.

We got a pleasant waitress. The food was on the money. I order lobster bisque soup and tomatoe basil soup. I order calamari friite. Then I order ravioli stuff shrimp with a fanastic sauce. Stacey order the mamas trio. It had chicken parmesagne, fettucini alfredo, and bolognese lasagne

Had driven by this restaurant numerous times over the years but never had the opportunity to try it until today. First impressions walking in the door was of a more upscale Italian restaurant (think more local Italian vs Olive garden.) Given we are continuing to live in covid times, menu is provided via a QR code on a sign on the table that takes you to their website and a PDF of the menu. Menu was a little on the smaller side, not sure if it was larger pre-covid, with around 7 or 8 appetizer options as a start and maybe one full size piece of paper of entree and side options. I got the chopped Italian salad with the Mac and cheese and the mozzarella bites to share with the table. The mozzarella bites were fantastic. Easily some of the best I have ever had. Mac and cheese bites were generally okay but we're not as good as the mozzarella bites. The salad was excellent overall. Lettuce seemed to have been all Romano lettuce, cucumber, pepperoni, diced chicken, feta, with a dressing that was a little hard to generally describe. Had a little sweet with a Italian tinge to it but was good. Service was excellent and I could see the staff was attending to tables promptly. Our drinks never ran out and our sever was very friendly and personable.

Was very glad they were open on Christmas day, unfortunately service was extremely slow. Only half of tables were being used so it really shouldn't of been like they were over booked. The waiter was slow. Don't think he was really familiar with the ordering system. We watched other tables come in and out much quicker. It took him over a half an hour just to get appetizers out and over an hour for the dinners. We had a good time because we were all able to be together. We just didn't plan on sitting at the table for over 2 hours.
