    I ordered a grilled cheese and mac& cheese. The Mac and cheese was fine. However the grilled cheese was cold, and it looked as if it was slapped together. It was like they put bread and cheese together lightly toasted it and hoped the heat of the mac and cheese would fully melt the cheese.

    Poor quality - Order details not followed - Missing items… **Store Manager actually started arguing with me when I called… !** She said that she made the order, so she knows it was right… I’ve attached pictures of 2 of the items (can’t take a picture of missing items), and the store receipt. I am a First Responder/Covid ICU Nurse - I have worked across the country & lived in hotels for 2 1/2 years (hence, I order butter, extra sauces, and no ice in my beverages). I threw away my coffee-water, ate my 5 1/2-bite salad, I’ll take my danish & bagel back to work tomorrow to get butter, and I’ll stop by Arby’s for a nice salad, and horseradish sauce for my sandwich… I NEVER submit this type of review… I am so disappointed with the way people are treating each other these days… Customer Service?? Not found at this Panera! The skyrocketing cost of goods, and the National “pandemic” of poor service quality… Heartbreaking… Unacceptable… Shameful…

    Just spent $15 on a soup/salad combo. I know times are tough, but this is RIDICULOUS. Outrageous to get a little cup of soup and teeny little salad with 6 small pieces of chicken in it for $15!!!! Will not being going to Panera ever again. Can do WAY better for $15 elsewhere

    First I wanna start off by saying I love Panera as I use to work for the one in Lakewood few years back, I am absolutely appalled at the stuff I saw while waiting for my food.. #1 I saw a younger male worker on line with gloves on scratchin his neck then going back to touching food, and #2 we had 2 female line workers with their hair drooping down in their face which means there’s a huge chance of getting hair in my food… disgusting, when I worked there that would’ve been unacceptable, All female workers had to have their hair in a ponytail so it was out of their face.. idk about you but I’m not going back to this location if this is how the workers are 🤮

    Let me start off by saying this.. I normally will not leave any bad reviews but this time it’s NECESSARY this Panera bread in North Olmsted has to be the worst Panera bread in this whole entire country, the customer service was awful the old lady running the register is rude, racist & CLEARLY hates her life. This lady let 2 people purposely cut me in line while looking straight at me, I’m not one that likes making a scene so I just let it be until I got up to the register and she had A disgusting attitude… after taking my order A middle Eastern woman wearing a hijab that spoke broken English was trying to explain to her that she didn’t want any pork on her food. She proceeded to tell this lady that she doesn’t care and to leave and go somewhere else I intervened and called her out on her ignorance and helped the poor lady order (even though this LOCATION doesn’t deserve the business ) This lady is ignorant and doesn’t deserve to keep her job. Not to mention My order was made wrong & things were missing !! 0 stars!!!

    RUDE! I stopped in this morning to order a sausage egg and chess sandwich. When I picked it up at the end of the counter the sandwich was a bacon egg and cheeses. (Bacon is gross and I don’t order it) The person taking my order typed it in wrong. Then the super rude lady said I needed to order another sandwich and pay for it if I wanted the sausage. I never left the store or touched the food, just read that my order was wrong on the ticket. How bloody rude! I’ll escalate this. On top of that I’ve been here for a half hour just waiting for my correct order. But wait it gets better, I got the wrong sandwich again! Love it. Guess I’ll be buying a 3rd. This location needs a serious change in leadership and improved training.

    This Panera needs serious management change. I’ve ordered from here 3 times and each time they messed up my order. First 2 times I asked for sauce on the side with my sandwich and both times they did not give me the sauce on the side (I always order rapid pickup). Third time I arrive 20 min after my pick up time, and they can’t find my order, asking me to pull up a receipt but then find it and now they have to make it when I have somewhere to be soon which is why I got rapid pickup. Very disappointed. Going to stop ordering from this Panera all together. Stay away from rapid pick up or thoroughly check your order before you leave the restaurant.

    Staff and food was great. However the shift leader , I assume, wearing a blue shirt- tall- skinny- glasses- assumed male- was rude and yelling at his staff to hurry up. Unprofessional and should not speak to people in that tone.

    Normally very friendly. Not so much today. I went to get a super charged lemonade on my lunch break. The lady working the register was awful. I've never seen her before, and I'm there frequently. She was a middle aged african American woman. I asked her when they would be getting a certain flavor of lemonade, and she replied "when she feels like making it" then said "maybe some time today" dont get what the attitude was about. If she is a manager, they made a mistake with that one. No ability to conduct herself in public.

    Service was a bit slow as a young man walked off the job while working in the kitchen. Not sure if the team is happy or tired. Those who waited on us and took our order were polite and kind. Toasted cheese croissant and tomato soup how could you go wrong? Perfect comfort food! And a kitchen sink cookie! Darn good!

    Was sent here from North Ridgeville because they were out of broccoli cheese soup which I was trying to get for my sick wife who can only eat soup right now and I got here at 8:47. The sign says they close at 9. They said they already put everything away and they’re not having any more food. You should probably change your closing time to 847 instead of 9 o’clock thanks for the wasted trip.

    Been here 3 times now. I always give it 3 tries. But the service here is pretty bad. I stood in line for 15 minutes at the counter waiting to be served. There were people behind me too. The girl doing the counter was too busy flirting with a coworker. Other employees not acknowledging the line. Finally ordered. Got my food. And she put my bagel in the same bag as my croissant. When I had asked for a separate bag. Lisa on front counter needs to pay better attention.

    I order bagels and muffins for my office every week and multiple times I have had to call them and argue with them to deliver our missing items- most of the time being our cream cheese packs. The first time they had me take time away from my job to go pick up the items they forgot- AND STILL there were items missing when I double checked. Why am I paying for delivery just to have to do THEIR job?? Next time I'm asking for a refund on the delivery charge. The next time I was more firm and the manager was smart to send someone to deliver the missing items without an argument. Happens again today-missing two muffins and ALL of the cream cheese packs. I call and the manager went back and forth with me trying to get me to pick it up or call door dash to fix it. This was your doing YOU fix it. I shouldn't have to fix it- terrible customer service. Eventually, after going back and forth and being put on hold the young manager delivered it himself. I don't see why this should be happening so often- and why Panera will not take accountability. Incredibly bad customer care. Panera needs a better system in place to make sure everyone is getting what they ordered, and if anything is forgotten it should be on Panera to fix the problem.

    Went to the north olmstead Panera location and ordered the you pick two on the app with broccoli cheddar soup and a chicken Cesar salad. My salad didn't come with any croutons or chicken...solid $7 spent on lettuce in a box. Do better!!!!

    I just went there Wed evening. It was not busy. Several employees were hanging around not doing anything. While I was waiting w no one in line, the mgr made herself a meal in front of me, told me she would take my order in a min, made herself an off menu item, then after 5 min, told an associate who was doing nothing for 5 min, that she was going on break and to take my order. The associate told me what topping that I noticed looked good on mgr's soup wasnt available to me. The professionalism and service has always been sparce but this one took the cake. I will go up the street to North Ridgeville. So done trying to get service at North Olmsted.

    Two bowls of soup were offered with 2 slices of stale baguette ! When questioned Panera refused to replace the hard , old bread without payment for 2 new slices. Counter person was rude. Disappointing visit.

    I ordered a Cesar Salad with no meat and a Broccoli and Cheddar soup. While mixing my salad I noticed I had pieces of chicken in it. Returned the salad to the counter. The young man dumped the salad in the garbage and used the same bowl to remake my salad in it. The soup was not good at all.

    I went to order inside and waited for just about an half an hour for my food. They made online before my food and I had to watch the same chicken sandwich made and pushed out and all I had was a pick 2. Food was warm that I had to rewarm it again.

    I just wish they would get one of those kiosks so that you can order and pay yourself. Everyone is lovely and I've never been disappointed with the food here, but they're swamped and there's no need to wait on a line that's 5 deep to get handed a cup. Let me do it myself and keep the line flowing. Management - please invest in the self-checkout option. Your customers and employees will thank you. I would thank you! And you will get more orders. Promise. As an example, I have attended several meetings with other small business owners at Panera where 4-5 people would want a coffee and bagel, but don't want to wait in line, or don't have time before the meeting starts, so they go without. If they could do a self checkout, that's a sizable increase in sales. ALSO, from my experience, people buy more when they don't feel the pressure of a cashier and a line. Do it. It's warranted.

    Not a fan of these self order kiosks. When I didn't want to use one and stood in line. I was practically ignore for several minutes. This used to be a great place for meetings but I'm wanting to find a new location that actually gives customer service. Note- it was three different occasions I experienced this service.

    What I liked: They finally got a new soup! Chicken Tikka Masala soup, extremely good soup. What I didn't like: The French baguette was not fresh, no crunch, stale. The price was $8.20 total, just a cup of soup and glass of water. Very expensive. Good soup, just is not worth it. Went again, what did they do to their baguettes? They used to always be crunchy and warm. Now, it is like day old bread all of the time. It is extremely disappointing. I don't mind paying for good food, but come on! I keep going here hoping that things will improve to what they use to be. It's not like I haven't given them a chance to improve. I'm not hard to please, just look at my reviews. Will I go back? Not soon.

    I wish this location would add in the self order kiosks or at least leave cups out. When I order in the app my order is never all in one place when I want to dine in. It's impossible to get your cups here if you order on the app. Ridiculous.

    They were short staff and I have to give credit to the person that I assume was the manager. He was running register, making drinks, toasting things in a toaster that didn't work, and handled the mass of people pretty well. I don't normally go to Panera because I don't really like the vegetarian options they have. This time I got a salad, the squash soup, and the vanilla latte. I've never had any of these items before, but again didn't really care for them. I have to note that the squash soup was so incredibly sweet that I had trouble eating it. The coffee was also overly sweet, but I should've known to order fewer pumps; that was my mistake.

    I usually don’t leave reviews but I saw the best costumer service ever yesterday thanks to a girl at the register. My daughter has been struggling with eating for numerous years and she was whispering to me that she wanted the large but the small had less calories and I the nice girl at the register overheard because she said, “Don’t look at the calories. I won’t look at the calories, you won’t look at the calories and your mom isn’t going to look at the calories. Eat however much you want.” I’ve never been more thankful for a random stranger in my life. Thank you Panera Bread, for such a positive experience that didn’t leave my daughter crying.
