Stay away from this location. Uneducated employees that do not know the store policies and price matching competitors. Take your money elsewhere. Needed a part for my boat asked associate if it would apply he was uncertain looked it up in the catalog, I purchased another product and shared with him amazons pricing (which west marine matches) he advised me he wouldn’t do it because he had to look up in his catalog? I was at a loss for words because I’ve never experienced this at any other west marine establishment. Jim should get some extra training in customer service and people skills.

This was an awesome experience today! I called, interested in the lowrance hds live units and the guy told me they did not have any units there but they do have them at cabelas. He talked to me about a sale west marine was having on the garmin 94sv units and how I might be better off going with garmin over lowrance. I went to cabelas checked out the lowrance units then went to west marine where the guy went into in depth detail about both units and changed my mind and I ended up getting the garmin. Great customer service!

I actually have been there twice and have never walked around their store! I went to find prop and than again a belt for my boat. Both times they were not able to serve me but gave me places i could call. So I'll say they don't sell anything for a Carver Montego! Workers have always been helpful thou!!!! Maybe 1 day i can stroll the store. I did see numerous things just for general boating purposes etc.

Very unhappy with West marine.drive oil was 8 dollars a quart more than Wal-Mart. Last year I was told West was lowering price's and matching other stores. But wouldn't match my prices because the store was out. B.S.

Knowledgeable and friendly service it was like getting service in a small town. And the manager Montana is very knowledgeable

Exceptional customer service and friendly staff that truly go out of their way to help you. Felt like they actually cared about helping me find what I was looking for my project and even helped me come up with new ideas. Thank you Kevin for all your help. Clean and fortunately the sump hose we needed had arrived that morning 😊. Only one clerk. At checkout, sign posted said something like: They have shorter hours and may close at random times. Best to call first. 😳

The clerk was great, out of inventory on quite a few things I was looking for.

Has a cooling system problem with my boat. Called in and talked to Sarah and she talked me through the different problems and parts. She even looked up schematics on the parts and emailed them to me so I could see exactly what I was looking at. Got the parts and was all set. Thank you for being so patient with me! I’ll definitely go back.

This is a great shop for all of your Marine needs. They offer many accessories for boats as well as small watercraft like kayaks and paddleboards. I was able to go into the store and find exactly what I needed with the help of the sales associate. All pricing is clearly visible and everything is well marked. I will certainly return to this location for any future needs.

Stock in store seemed lacking. Both items I wanted to purchase were out of stock. Lots of empty spaces on shelves.

Friendly staff, prices are reasonable, good selection for everything you'd need on a boat. It's a shame that there aren't more of these stores around

Needed a hook for a trailer strap. They didn't have one. When I asked the store clerk about it I was told they were not a trailer store. Really??? Trailer's don't have anything to do with boating? My response was... You aren't an auto parts store but you stock oil. You're not a paint store but you have paint. Oh..... And every item they do carry is WAY over priced!!!!! WHY???? Because they are not THAT kind of store. What ever you need,,, find it somewhere else.
