The clothes are a bit on the elderly side. The store is clean and well cared for but the ladies at the desk always seem to be short and have attitudes. Even when I was checking out I felt like I was a bother huffing her breath every few seconds. I would love to see more clothing for the 25-50 range, less jewelry and more in clothing options.

Older owner woman there was rude to customers if they were buying and/or selling cloths. Said my nice barely worn cloths were shabby and faded. I had a lot so think she was just being lazy. Lots of 4X so probably didn’t want that large. Will never step foot in the N Olmsted store again.

I brought a ton of expensive clothes last month and they only picked a few out of a huge stack!!! And the clothes they have there are not as good compared to what I brought in. The one lady who is very tall is not personable, rude and has an attitude. It is very disappointing to have someone like that representing a business because they will be losing customers.

I typically do not leave reviews, but Carol’s demeanor left me inclined to do so. The way she treats younger people and profiles them is off putting . The second I walked in she was all over my case. It was one of the more condescending social encounters I have experienced. I almost said something along the lines of hey ma’am with all due respect you could really benefit from thinking about how you treat people who come in here. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and maybe I just caught her on a bad day. A smile goes a long way :)

I agree with the reviewer who wrote that the clothes looked "elderly." However, the elderly women I know are very classy and would not wear most of the clothes I saw at Clothing Mentor. The clothes at this store fit the 1980s and 1990s suburban aesthetic. I also agree that the women at the front desk could be more professional. I saw a woman come in with a large bin of clothes to sell. The Clothing Mentor employees sorted the clothes on the floor of the store. As a potential seller and as a customer, I had to leave when I saw that they do not follow basic cleanliness protocols.

The staff at the North Olmsted location has the rudest staff. I felt this way years back but I thought I would give them another try. The same woman was there with no personality at all. I asked her a question and she acted like I was putting her out. You lost me as a customer at this location.

I will not be shopping at Clothes Mentor in North Olmstead any more due to an elder employee is so rude to shoppers and people bringing in clothes. I have shopped there for years and bought many things but there are other places to shop. No one needs that aggravation.

This place is an absolute joke. Will pass on brand new and barely worn designer clothing but carry complete junk in their stores. Staff is incredibly rude. Do not waste your time buying or selling here

The staff is wonderful! SO MANY GENTLY USED NAME BRAND ARTICLES OF CLOTHING, SHOES AND PURSES !!! great prices 10 out of 10 highly recommended

Sat out in the car with the dog waiting while the little woman rummaged! Must be a great place for women to shop. Saw plenty of beautiful ones leaving with stuff!🤣🤣🤣🤣 Whatever! If it makes her happy! The dog and I are happy!

Love this store. The ladies took dresses off mannequins for me and held my purchases behind the desk while I shopped. So friendly and great prices!

They do sell clothes on line as well. So some items are tagged for online and in store which is confusing. 8/8/22 Stopped back today and just like every business the prices are higher than than what you expect and that leaves me priced out even for high End Labels I'm sorry but a hard pass for me at the price increase. Staff is very welcoming and professional

They usually have luxury products and a nice selection of classic and trendy brands for women. I find many deals here.

Well, let me start by saying it was a three day event, which I only was trying to sell a pair of Gucci slides which may I add are very authentic so first they say the manager won’t be there till Saturday to bring them back. I get there Saturday morning and the manager is there not the owner and they still cannot tell me if they even wanted the merchandise that I brought down so they told me that I could leave the things and they would contact me on Monday regarding a decision. Well they told me that they can’t authenticate whether the shoes are real or not which may I add they are and then they tell me they don’t want the Valentino leather bag because it has an odor to it. Yeah, it smells like leather so many things in that store looked like it came straight out of the thrift store. How dare they ?? has been nothing but a waste of time and an insult may I add I live all the way in Euclid and this store is located deep in North Olmsted . I’d rather give my things away to a homeless person, then go back to mentors clothes to buy sell whatever anything from them I don’t want anything from them not even the little change. Did they offer you to sell your things that they get for full price ? Think twice about going there try to sell online first if you can. Went to the Mayfield store first was very dissatisfied with the service that I received their thought. It would be different at the store but they’re about the same full of it.!!!

I was told because of my style of clothing they don't accept. Of course I went to another location and they accepted. They even told me my stuff were in good condition. Truth be told they don't accept African American business.

My name Yvette , I’ve had TERRIBLE experiences at this location! I believe the manager is just a crab, every time I brought anything to sell she don’t take it! And then if I take my belongings to another location THEYLL TAKE IT! I truly believe she’s a racist! & by the way the things I bring on are great and we’ll kept items like Louis Vuitton, Gucci ETC. stay away from this location if your OF COLOR!
