There was next to nobody in here at 3pm and it’s taking forever to get my order, drink, etc. After an hour, I finally got my food. Horrible, horrible service but the food was good. Would not recommend this location.

David needs a raise!!! We walked in where hostesses could not accurately estimate wait times. Tables were empty when there were 6 servers, it was a small place, could've easily had it full with 4-5 servers (I've worked on restaurants front of house, I know sections and wait times). We decided to sit at the bar. David, the bartender, was awesome. He got our drinks quickly and as soon as we were finished with drinks he was asking us if we wanted another. He also got us a deal on 2/$25 meals which we didn't even know we could get with what we ordered. He went back to the kitchen to check on our orders and was very attentive and friendly.

If we can't find any other place to eat at, are go to place to go is Applebee's. It never fails us!!!!

I come in after work with 2 other coworkers on sunday’s. We don’t scream and we aren’t rowdy. We are kind and we tip always. A woman named Jordan should get a raise she’s the only one that treats us like humans. She is so nice and makes the service enjoyable. The other servers when the woman Jordan isn’t there don’t seem to care for us. The other servers see us come in on sunday and they don’t greet us. They fake like they are doing other things and we feel the obvious signs of racism honestly. They will literally be sleeping in the corner or wiping off the fake dust on the table. We sit there for 20–30 minutes at the door each time even if it’s empty. My friend always asks if we can get seated and they always have an excuse. So when we are finally seated they speak like we are an issue. My asian friend apologized for the waiters even though he’s not the issue. Now I don’t play the race card or religion card but I have to. A Black man came in and had to seat himself and flag down a waitress. A white group came in and was seated within minutes. My coworkers are Black, Asian, and muslim. They literally just look at us like we are invisible. We flag down people just to eat. We did not tip him the very last time because he didn’t give us water until half way through. He sent other people to deal with us.Then he didn’t give us any forks, knives, spoons, nothing. He gave us our food then left and we all looked at each other and said he did it on purpose. As we were leaving he watched us leave, it was so disgusting. We already have to deal with racist and prejudice people everyday, but just to sit down and eat after a long day. If you sit with us and eat you would feel what we feel. He seemed like a manager but he’s worse than the other people there. If you are serving people of different races and religions don’t show your bigotry or hatred. Leave it at home…

After ordering through Uber Eats we only received one meal missing a whole other meal and appetizers. When we called, the restaurant admitted to not having the order out and then proceeded to tell us we could come back and pick up the old food that had been sitting for over an hour or pay them again to remake it. They said they cant give out free food even though we never got the food we paid for. Absolutely disappointed in how this was handled and will not be ordering again

I've been coming to this Applebee's for the past few months and I have been impressed with the changeover in staff. Today, Wednesday January 25, 2023 was our 10th time coming back. Our first time back was just before Thanksgiving and David was our server and bartender. Outstanding and very friendly! He was extremely busy but never lost his smile. We told him about our past bad experiences and he said that the new management team of Lori, Emily, and Amy helped reshape the place. He explained about us waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby with lots of open tables. He was right - we can't see if their kitchen is staffed and the number of takeout orders were processed. I saw numerous orders for takeout and understood. David is our regular server now as we ask for his schedule weekly and see him at least once as week. He is a friendly and fun bartender who did well under pressure of the busy nights. All these negative reviews about wait times need to get in this Applebee’s again as it has changed. Good food and the restaurant is full now, not empty. People need to understand that staffing in the kitchen may be an issue which from what we've experienced in the past and from our recent experiences that issue has been resolved. Great job to David. We love him - go in and ask for him to be your server and you will be amazed as we are.

After hearing from a co-worker how amazing the four cheese macaroni was, I decided to try for myself at my local Applebee's in North Olmsted. What I got, was cooked plain noodles with a spoonful of watery cheese sauce poured on top that all ran to the bottom. The chicken tenders on top were good, but to call this four cheese macaroni is just a bold faced lie. Buyer beware.

Me and my mother went out for Veterans day. I know it was super busy but I ordered pasta and chicken. A very easy meal to make. I was also a line cook at Panini's so I know how long it takes to cook the food. I waited patiently. 20 minutes went by, then 30, then 40. So we asked how much longer and they just kept saying they were going to check on it. Other people who sat down after me and order things that would take longer to make (steak, burgers, etc since they're made to order and have different temps) got their food before me and finished. I still hadn't received my food so I just left. Not going to sit their for hours waiting on pasta when I can make it at home in 10 minutes or less.

Good experience tonight... Got these unlimited deals $15 all you can eat mix and match chicken tenders, riblets or crunchy shrimp. Kevin was our waiter and he did a good job of keeping our pops filled up, real down to earth guy.

The place was busy, but we only had to wait 15 minutes. The food was good. My niece said the hot Cheetos chicken wings were good.

Food was pretty good. Service was slightly slower. Server was very pleasant but obviously flustered. Did not charge us for our beverages (non-alcoholic)

Got the App Platter, Sirloin Steak and the Four Cheese Mac and Honey Pepper Chicken. Our app was out so fast!! Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh, and just everything I expected. Thanks to the kitchen and our server, David, who gives exceptional service and is extremely friendly. Absolutely enjoyed everything tonight from the service and people to the food! Thank you David and the other guy that brought extra sour cream just now 💜💜

Our waiter was excellent. Made the dinner much more relaxing . He made great recommendations and was very friendly . Just wish the servings were a little larger , but what do you expect on the 2 for 25 menu .

Came in, sat down at bar and was totally ignored. Sat for 20 min and no one came up.. got up and just left. Before was much better with service and all.

Ashley was our server..she seemed new...wish her well...enjoyed the service..

Went there on Veterans day. Extremely busy but they were doing there best to get people seated. They were acknowledging the veterans for their service. The service was good considering how busy but did take a while to get refills. I would definitely go back.

Worst restaurant experience and will definitely not be back at this location. Employees weren’t happy to be there at all. No hostess at all. People were leaving because they couldn’t get sat. We sat at the bar waiting to see anyone even working there at all for 10 minutes. Had to listen to all the employee drama after that. What a miserable experience. Customer service has went to hell. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this one. Employees shouldn’t argue in front of customers. You need a new staff including the little manger walking around talking bad about employees. Just terrible

Applebee's food is always tasty and a fair value. Happy hour app deal seems to have existed since last century - pretty sure it has. Service was fantastic at 3pm and the restaurant was spotless. Enough TVs to view from just about anywhere if a game is on. Always a staple no matter which location, the Great Northern spot is fantastic.

I'm sorry but this store lacked employees kitchen employees and there was no manager on-site at all. The food was horrible they ran out of steak, they didn't run out-of-steak. So I finally ordered a steak it came barely cooked I had to send it back. Then they look at you like you did something wrong I ordered it medium well. And they had more excuses for what was going on then I ever heard in my life. Won't be returning.

Door dashers and ubereats beware. This location seems to never have orders ready on time.Then when you ask about it they get nasty (Yikes!). Several dashers were coming in waiting and cancelling due to the high waittime and unrealistic timeline they provided them with. Time is money with this job. Won't pickup from this location again. Customers if you want your order on time, order from some where else. We waited 20+ minutes for our customers orders. We asked the hostess to check on it so we could give our customers a realistic expectation of their delivery time. Hostess went to the back and next thing we knew the manager was in our face yelling at us to "sit down" because they are busy. We thought it was just a fluke and maybe they really were just busy. Picked up there again today and waited 10+ minutes after being told it would be a 5 minute wait. I didn't even ask for a time check this time due to not wanting to be verbally harassed again.

Wings cooked till hard . Little sauce.. had to ask hostess about getting more sauce for over cooked dried out wings. Sauce brought out cold. So cold sauce with dried up now cold wings. Worst I have ever had. Fair service and yuck food. Poor service still left 18% tip. But she really earned a zero tip. Will never again eat at Applebee's in North Olmstead Ohio.

We ordered from Applebee's on Christmas Eve and used ActiveMenu for delivery. They went above and beyond. I will definitely order again. Thanks for the great food and service!

Was in at Applebee's this past week and had an exceptional bartender named Autumn. The whole time I was there she hardly stopped moving and was on top of all the orders she was getting in and still helping the other servers. Wish she was behind the bar more often.

It was great!!! Service from the moment we walked in was excellent!! The ladies who took care of us were awesome! Our waitress was quick, and had us set with what we wanted so fast! Our drinks, appetizers and meals were perfect!! Best experience I've had eating out in a really lobg time!!!

Order the grilled chicken, mashed, and broccoli. It was very good, except the chicken was very salty. It was low in fat and calories, but the sodium level was way over 2000 mg.

Surprisingly, I really enjoyed coming here for half price appetizers and beer. Our waitress was extremely kind and the food actually tasted good. I was impressed.

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat. We were seated right away and there were about 6 patrons in the whole place. Our server was okay. Our food came out hot and was really good.

Quick eats, lots of screens to watch sports, very friendly staffs.

We don't come to this Applebee's very often but it's always good when we do. The servers are always super nice and we get seated pretty quick as well.

It was great food. The waitress Emily was the best host and very considerate. She made sure we was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Great experience.

The manager is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and incapable of dealing employees and the public in a positive manner. We love eating there, but when she is there you can't get seated, even when 50% of the restraunt is empty. Employee turnover is extremely high. Her attitude is rude and arrogant.

Was commendable. The food was tasty but not off the charts. I do believe they were understaffed but did a nice job still keeping drinks filled.

Ordered carryout. Food was supposed to be done at 6:07 but knowing its usually a bit later, especially on the weekend, I left my house at that time since I'm less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant. Show up, give who I'm assuming is the manager my name, and she goes to check on it. Never once after that does she come back At this point I'm waiting at the bar because I didn't want to stand in the way. After 30 minutes and watching as 5 people pick up orders before me I finally go back up to her and ask if it will be done soon and low and behold, she comes right back with it. At that point I can feel that it was just warm and clearly not just made but needed to get home to get my kids their food and was, once again, met with disappointment. I got 2 kids meals. Both chicken tenders. One of my kids meals was missing a chicken tender. The burger i got was missing French fries. The mac and cheese was soggy because the noodles were so overcooked from sitting in a box for 30 minutes. Every single meal was cold. If they had taken any accountability such as a simple "I'm sorry I forgot to check", I wouldn't be as upset since I would've expected cold-ish food but they tried blaming the kitchen being busy for the reason of delay so I expected hot, just made food. Normally I don't write reviews but this is the second bad experience I've had back to back. It's never been a five star establishment but its going downhill quickly.

The restaurant in North Olmsted is a charming place to visit. We always feel welcomed and the employees keep the place clean. We watched between 30 to 40 guests get turned away from this place; due by o being understaffed. For all of us patrons in North Olmsted. Upper management pays for Jesé workers 4.00 dollars / hour. + tips…. Are you kidding me???? No wonder this place has no employee .
